I’m a small business owner and recently bought two desks and chairs for our office from OFC. The team was genuinely helpful, helped us choose the right products, and happily adjusted the quote when we realised the original desks wouldn’t fit our space. The pricing was good, delivery was smooth, and the whole process was easy. Really happy with the experience.
I bought my chair several years ago, the team was very helpful at that time, prompt in responses, easy to deal with and knowledgable. My chair recently had an issue, Peter was so helpful and responsive while dealing with getting the issue fixed. Fantastic people to deal with!

Excellent Product Service – Purchased 5 work lockers. Communication and service is exceptional, I was a little sceptical initially being an online store and assuming the communication would be painful however Anam from Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with and delivered as promised. Would happily recommend them based on my experience.
Good service and fast responses! – Recently bought a sit/stand corner desk with the cable tray and a small filing cabinet. Must say, the customer service and support have been outstanding. Had a couple of issues with the delivery, but the office were responsive and fixed the issue I had incredibly fast! Would strongly recommend this team for how well they exceed expectations. Will return to buy more in the future.
Damaged Product & Very Poor Customer Service – An order was placed & paid for 5 November 2023 for the Muse Plus Executive Chair($2730). Nothing further was received & I had to chase for an update on delivery timeframes & delivery was received 21 November. an apology for the damaged goods, no further updates were forthcoming, so again had to email repeatedly for an update.
Various dates were given when the new legs would be delivered. Due to the length of time taken already & no real date of when to expect the repair to take place, a refund was requested, but this was refused.
Eventually an appointment was made for the legs to be replaced, but I received an email the night before cancelling. Again I requested a refund, but no response.
Someone turned up(no appointment) 19 December to replace the damaged legs.
I emailed the customer service department again, expressing my concerns about the poor service but no reply was received.

very reasonably priced ($700 for my configuration).
The suggested wait on the chair was 6-8 weeks, as was a custom order… however to my delight it arrived in just over 3 weeks!
Meeting Pod-Exactly what we wanted – Dealing with the Office Furniture Company was a pleasure, great customer service and very easy to communicate with. Was able to meet our needs the a 2-4 Person meeting pod. The meeting pod was installed within the day with minimal disruption to the office and the quality is excellent.

Great communication and best prices! – The sales team is very helpful and quick to respond to queries. They beat price of all other quotes we recieved for our new office fit out. They provided links and constant updates for delivery of our furniture and followed up with freight and installer companies making it an easy and smooth process for us. Highly reccomend!
Not true to their words! – Their 'Best Price Guarantee' is misleading and dishonest. I found same chair, in-stock and sent them the link to see if they will guarantee their policy.
