Back to school order – Unimpressive customer service! We have been trying for two months to cancel our school stationery order due to their delays. Items arrived and we are now told, I have no return option.

Problem with delivery but they fixed it – There were a few items missing but I managed to phone and the lady I spoke to was good, she said missing items would be delivered in one to two weeks time and they did arrive within this time frame. I didn't have any problems with last year's order though but I know many parents had issues with this company.

If only I could give -5 stars – Unfortunately our school has decided to use this company for the third year in a row. I honestly did not think the service could get any worse but it has. get back to you email reply, however, no one gets back to you. Then on 2/3/20 I was informed “that part of your order won’t be processed and you will receive a refund for the item” Not sure how I am supposed to find this item now? Absolutely disgusting, inefficient customer service.

Hope there is a minus rating – It is a ridiculously, unbelievable service. Unfortunately the school has decided to choose this provider and all parents, students and families have to suffer. Ordered digital eBooks, as simple as sending us an activation code but it's not happening after one month. My son is being questioned with no material to use in class. I can understand… Read more

for those who are waiting for hard copies must be painful. Hope there are schools, families, individuals reading this message: just don't purchase from this company. They need much less customers in order for them to handle the workload. We formed a group petition to the school asking them not to use this supplier again next year or we will complain to the Authority.

No service! – Ordered sons bookpack which the school organised and it took weeks to arrive. Some parts of the order were missing and I have just received an email to say that I cancelled the rest of it! I didn't. It is now week 6 of school and my son still does not have a diary. There is no contact number to call. Terrible company. Will just get it all myself next year.

Pathetic service, would never deal with them again – For two years in a row, they failed to provide the book packs. Always delaying and providing misleading information about back orders. Raised with Principal to never deal with them again. I would highly recommend to not use their services.

No school should use Office Max and Winc service – It's totally dispointed with ebook service order. Firstly parents couldn't update the order with the kids' eq email address. Secondly after calling in to update the email by phone, only 1 ebook was done. We have not received the other 5 more ebooks as of Week 5 now, and was told to wait for another 5 to 7 days.

Pathetic! Do not buy from them – 20 Feb and received email to say the school book order has been canceled and refunded after waiting weeks and weeks. Never again! May as well have gone to buy it elsewhere before school went back. Never seen anything so unprofessional.

Part delivery yet full delivery charge – They charged $10 for delivery and only managed to deliver some of the items, which were $1-2 and least important, and completely neglected main item I needed. Won’t use again.

not delivered sent about 3 emails to customer service and credit services. did not here them for 3 weeks. their phone is always busy and cannot get through for hours. finally after weeks received an email saying they will deliver the product which was not delivered. looks like the customer service has not read all my messages as i wanted a refund. again had to reply to the email to refund it. This is terrible customer support. if you promise to deliver deliver it on time. kids are waiting for school items and they have to start the school without half of the items. I have raised this issue with school as well.

Terrible! – Ordered my son's book pack and more than 2 weeks later they still haven't even shipped it. Called and after long wait was told that they were waiting to get all items before shipping. I can't believe this is the official supplier of book packs for schools. The delays are unacceptable if we want to students to have their books on time!

No NIL Zitch Support after purchase – I purchased something over 2 weeks ago comprising some ebooks and physical books. The ebooks arrived 10 days after purchase which is pretty poor but it got worse when I tried to phone them. Twice I waited for over 45 mins and no one picked up and I had no idea where I was in their phone queue. Then I emailed them twice a week ago and still no response. Absolutely apaling service

later I tried to call them again with no success. Two weeks after this (and after school had gone back) my stationery arrived. Problem is I have already purchased the items elsewhere and after 3 phone calls and 2 online form submissions I still can't get hold of Officemax to return the items and get a refund.

Worst company ever – Ordered my kids school list before the cut off date to be delivered before term 1 and still have not received the full order. Have been receiving the order in small amounts at a time which is very frustrating. How do expect out kids to learn like this! Will be speaking to the school to make sure they never use this company again! What a joke of a business!!!!

Complaint – I have been trying to get in contact with officemax/winc now for two weeks. Did the online inquiry 2 times now and no feedback. Have to say the service is very bad. Orderd my sons science book withe the rest of his books and did not receive the book and no letter or invoice saying why or if it is out of stock. Will not use this store in the future. $65 down the drain

Extremely poor customer service – I have gone 4 times for a book that has been out of stock. I keep getting told that it has been ordered and that I need to call every day. Phone calls are on hold for 20 mins and no answers. Only 20 books have been ordered and there are more than 20 parents waiting in my son's class leave alone other classes ! Very disappointing

Terrible all round – Our children’s school uses OfficeMax as their provider for school supplies. We have ordered via OfficeMax in previous years and have had no issues. 2. The orders arrived in boxes which were not sealed and some were literally falling apart.

3. The orders did not contain all items and items from both my children’s list were mixed together.

4. The were no emails or communication about the items that were missing from the order. We had to go through the items list and tick off what had arrived to figure out what had not.

5. Calling them is useless. They keep you waiting for over half an hour or more. They do not reply to emails in a timely manner - I sent a query through and received a reply 2 weeks later.

6. Items that had failed to arrive the first time were apparently on back order - which we found out when someone finally answered our phone call - but they started arriving in dribs and drabs, not properly packaged so items were bent (There was a Soundwaves chart for my daughter in Year 1 that arrive bent because it was just put in a flimsy plastic envelope).

7. It’s Week 3 of school now and we are still waiting on items (such as grid books) which I have just gone and purchased from Officeworks because my daughter needs it.

8. Unreliable service, non-existent communication, and lack of care on their part is why we will no longer be using OfficeMax/Winc for school supplies. Even a one star is too generous.

has not been the case with Office Max . School has now being back for over a week and we along with many others are still waiting for the Office Max book order to be processed. Feedback from Office Max is non existent . We have no idea when or if the book list will be delivered. The late delivery has had a very negative effect on the children. I will be making a recommendation to the school that Office Max is not identified as the preferred provider in the future. Please learn from our experience and shop elsewhere.

Outstanding order – I am pretty much in the same boat as all the other Customers on here. Order placed mid December for 2 children, and less than half of my order has arrived, even though the money has been taken out of my account. Hours on hold, then being hang up on. Extremely disappointed. And no communication as to when it will arrive.

Pathetic, Worst experience ever – Placed order for kids school books late december (online order) and nothing. Can't get a email response, no one will answer phone and have been on hold for hours only to be hung up on! Absolutely pathetic experience. Highly don't recommend this business.
