At all times, Aram was available to help, and I trusted his word. My removalists, Audish snd Esho were complete gentlemen, respectful to both myself and my possessions. Absolutely amazing service from Aram and the team. Had a big interstate move from Sydney to Brisbane and I'm weird and had a bunch of big potted plants and things that I wanted to take. Full truck all packed up, loaded and delivered and unloaded in a little over 24 hours. They even dismantled and set up our bed, fridge and washing machine. Beyond impressed and highly recommended.

They hooked up the tv and tested it before leaving. They are very reasonably priced. The unloading was as smooth as the loading. The gentlemen on the truck were very nice. Follow-up · Everything moved was wrapped in plastic by the removalist before carried down stairs to the truck, and everything arrived in a satisfactory condition. Communication was impeccable regarding departure and arrival for pick-up and delivery. We asked for a four day delay in delivery, which wasn’t a problem. They had enough trucks on hand to leave our things in the truck already packed before delivery. We encountered no negative issues at all.

These guys are IMPRESSIVE.
We **HIGHLY** recommend On Time Removals, and our experience with Aram, Rami and Steven and their crew was **5 STARS++**!! We just completed a BIG move from Sydney to Regional NSW, including pickup from multiple locations, and it went smoothly start to finish. Their price was super competitive, they were responsive to all our questions, and they were happy to work with our changing needs and requirements. There were NO SURPRISES.
On the day of packing, they actually arrived ON TIME - everything was packed with care, they were super professional, and had the entire house unloaded within **4 hours** and we had a ton of stuff from a multiple story house.
Delivery to the new location went as smoothly, and quickly. Not one single thing got damaged. Honestly, these guys removed all the stress from what is normally a super difficult, problem fraught and stressful process. Do yourself a favour and hire these guys for your next move!! booked our pick-up for May 29 and delivery on May 31. The fixed price included 2 men and a 12-tonne 50 cubic truck with a tailgate loader, wrapping the furniture that needs to be wrapped, and everything else required, i.e., GST, tolls, fuel, public liability, and goods in transit insurance.
We moved from a two-bedroom apartment with forty-some boxes and furniture, and we barely filled one-third of the 12-tonne truck, as you can see in the attached picture (all our stuff is in the back there).
Two friends referred On Time Removals to us, so we decided to use their service — and we have absolutely no regrets! We would use them again and will recommend them to others who need it.

it was time to dismantle the beds (they did it for us) or remove the food from the fridge. They wrap the furniture and organised the truck like a puzzle. They worked non stop and by 9:36am they were done. A 4bed house in that time was unbelievable! Everything arrived safe the following day to Brisbane. They arrived earlier than me so I am glad I organised to leave them the keys in a safe place in the house for their collection. By 10:30am they were leaving and I am glad as it was a warm and humid day for them to work. We were tired and stressed and their calm personalities and professionalism helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends now and next time I need to move they will be my first call. We used On Time Removals recently to move from Bossley Park to Narrabeen. Aram and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time, packed everything professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. For the amount of time and travelling they spent with us, the cost of the move surprised us as it was much lower than expected. Would have no hesitation in recommending On Time Removals. You will not be disappointed with the service.
Such great service. The men came on time, were quick and efficient wrapped and did everything with care and even the way they lifted it all into our house which was a bit tight with care and no damages. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended.

The 2 guys who Picked up and dropped off were amazing to say the least and done everything I asked without any questions.
