Their communication from start to finish was excellent, we knew exactly what was going on throughout the process. They came and inspected the site so they could give an accurate quote...... Very impressed with that...... Other quotes didn't even offer that. They showed pride in their business and customer service. They arrived on time, efficient… Read more

Support removalists – Ric and the boys are very efficient, professionals and on time.
Absolutely amazing service from Aram and the team. Had a big interstate move from Sydney to Brisbane and I'm weird and had a bunch of big potted plants and things that I wanted to take. Full truck all packed up, loaded and delivered and unloaded in a little over 24 hours. They even dismantled and set up our bed, fridge and washing machine. Beyond impressed and highly recommended.
Second time using On Time Removals and again, brilliant service. Quick loading and unloading. Nothing broken and everything in one piece. Could not fault the job they provide. Thank you again.
Moved from Sydney to Brisbane. Everything was quoted up front, the team showed up on time as communicated. The move went great, everything in prefect condition and not a single scratch. I would highly recommend and use Aram again.
I would like to thank you team for being on time working efficiently and professionally taken care of my products wrapping my glass tables and all my furniture having worked on one of the hottest days on a Saturday and nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend using them.

Follow-up · I thought the cost of the move was reasonable and everything seemed to be packed securely. There was only one pot plant broken which was okay considering the long distance move. Thank you
I moved from an upstairs flat in the lower north shore Sydney to a house in Brisbane. The removalists were courteous, punctual, extremely helpful and even though removing more than a hundred boxes and some tricky shelving along a narrow walkway… Read more
with a ninety degree turn, did so with patience and no complaint. They were kind when i hadn't quite finished packing as well! They turned up on time as promised, took care of my request to delay delivery until I could get to Brisbane and then arrived as arranged. At all times, Aram was available to help, and I trusted his word. My removalists, Audish snd Esho were complete gentlemen, respectful to both myself and my possessions. I would unreservedly recommend On Time Removals to anyone moving house. They took a lot of the stress out of what is a highly stressful time. Thanks to all involved!
Follow-up · They didnt pack anything, but the option was there (reasonably priced as it included materials and labour, other companies charged extra for packaging) and they even checked the night before to see whether i needed a packer. The price was fixed which worked well for me as I ended up with more boxes than I expected so it gave me peace of mind. The… Read more
The guys were on time, very professional & efficient. I recommend them for a long distance household removal at a competitive rate.
Follow-up · Aram was very helpful with the quote and booking processes. The guys moved my furniture 6 hours away after packing the truck, then put the furniture into the house. Everything was wrapped, moved carefully and arrived safely. On Time Removals are exceptional workers.

These guys are IMPRESSIVE.
We **HIGHLY** recommend On Time Removals, and our experience with Aram, Rami and Steven and their crew was **5 STARS++**!! We just completed a BIG move from Sydney to Regional NSW, including pickup from multiple locations, and it went smoothly start to finish. Their price was super competitive, they were responsive to all our questions, and they were happy to work with our changing needs and requirements. There were NO SURPRISES.
On the day of packing, they actually arrived ON TIME - everything was packed with care, they were super professional, and had the entire house unloaded within **4 hours** and we had a ton of stuff from a multiple story house.
Delivery to the new location went as smoothly, and quickly. Not one single thing got damaged. Honestly, these guys removed all the stress from what is normally a super difficult, problem fraught and stressful process. Do yourself a favour and hire these guys for your next move!! You'll be glad you did.

Great experience with On Time Removals! Would use again and recommend – We moved interstate from Brighton Le Sands (2216 NSW) to Sunshine Coast (4551 QLD) and had zero issues. The communication was great and responsive, the service was very professional, and they handled the items carefully. They charged us a fixed fee, with an initial $500 deposit to book the service and the remainder once they finished delivery. We… Read more
booked our pick-up for May 29 and delivery on May 31. The fixed price included 2 men and a 12-tonne 50 cubic truck with a tailgate loader, wrapping the furniture that needs to be wrapped, and everything else required, i.e., GST, tolls, fuel, public liability, and goods in transit insurance.
We moved from a two-bedroom apartment with forty-some boxes and furniture, and we barely filled one-third of the 12-tonne truck, as you can see in the attached picture (all our stuff is in the back there).
Two friends referred On Time Removals to us, so we decided to use their service — and we have absolutely no regrets! We would use them again and will recommend them to others who need it.
Amazing removalists! – First time using On Time removals to move from Sydney to Brisbane and they were amazing! From the first call Aram was very polite and relaxed. Then on Monday 12th of December 3 guys arrived at 5:50am and they were very quiet parking the truck and start uploading it. The kids were sleeping and they didn’t make any noise. They communicated us when… Read more
it was time to dismantle the beds (they did it for us) or remove the food from the fridge. They wrap the furniture and organised the truck like a puzzle. They worked non stop and by 9:36am they were done. A 4bed house in that time was unbelievable! Everything arrived safe the following day to Brisbane. They arrived earlier than me so I am glad I organised to leave them the keys in a safe place in the house for their collection. By 10:30am they were leaving and I am glad as it was a warm and humid day for them to work. We were tired and stressed and their calm personalities and professionalism helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends now and next time I need to move they will be my first call. Thank you very much Aram, Younan and the other 2 guys (apologies I didn’t write their names) for giving us an outstanding service. All the best with your business!!

Great service, literally on time and very helpful and quick. Only small comment was there were a couple of breakages where perhaps fragile boxes ended up on the bottom. Otherwise they were great and finished ahead of time.

From the very beginning, the communication with On Time Removals was excellent.
