I attended an inspection at a property, and was advised by the agent that "money talks" and that I should offer a higher rent to improve the chances of my application being successful. I applied (at the base requested rate) and have had 3 phone calls so far the following Monday, asking for my bank statements, and the final call requesting if I could pay the bond today to secure my application's place among the top three apps. The agent would only then put my application forward to the landlord for consideration. Ah.... no.
The service provided by the agency north and the agent, Johnny Ho was absolutely non-existent. I always payed the rent on time, in fact 10 to 12 days in advance. When had dishwasher problem, right at the beginning of the lease I had to follow-up dozens of time until I got a response. They took over a month to get it repaired.
When I left the property it was the same. Johnny kept procrastinating the return and the extra days of rent paid for 2 weeks. In during one call to follow up I heard the absurd saying he he was too busy to worry about that and was going to update me eventually when he hear something from the owner.

Terrible customer service. House listed for sale for 3 months and in that time agent has done nothing to sell the property. Phone calls from customer went unanswered for 2 months. Customer wasn't provided with a copy of the contract of sale and now that the customer is fed up and wants to list with a different agent they are trying to charge $2500 in fees.
Best to use any other agency than One Agency
Avoid this company
They ignored my calls for a leaking hot water system for 6 months during winter, was only when I rang them one day after not having a hot shower for 5 days that it had to be done that day or I would organise it myself and send them the bill they sent someone out.
They they assured me there were water saving fittings in every tap, when all 7 inside the house didn't have one.
They made fun of me when I actually begun to read my lease contact, so I just stopped and signed it. Now I have to change house and leave the lease early and pay a leavers fee which was hidden in there somewhere of 6 weeks rent. When asked if the lease can be handed over to a new tenant they just replied you still have to pay... for what?
Terrible customer service
We visited the house for lease and everything was fine, but we didn’t thoroughly inspected the house as someone is still there when we visited it. Upon signing the contract, the manager told us that there was a very mild mould issues and she assured that we can still put our clothes inside the cabinet. When we checked the house it was a large black moulds scattered the whole cabinet and even discoloured the carpet. The carpet is literally charred-coloured because of the black mould. They let us occupy the house without professionally cleaning a...nd removed the black mould. Black mould is a health hazard. I was very upset as we paid for the professional cleaning of the house and professionally hired someone to remove the mould and we also bought an air purifier on top of that. I would not really recommend them. I do not want to post hateful comments, but this is the truth and I just want to help future tenants to be aware and be mindful before renting any property. Inspect the place thoroughly and read the reviews of the leasing agency before signing any contract or bond.
One Agency Fremantle.. YEAH one agency to avoid
Rented a property thru One agency South (Fremantle).
Lovely home, looked after it, kept it to best standards I could, paid rent on time, received positive rental inspection reviews telling the owners how excellently the property was being looked after over a period of 18 months.
Then come time to leave and what a hassle. My housemate and I cleaned the heck out of it, had professional lawn care come in and left property immaculate.
Of course not up to these ppls standard.. bond was withheld, had to fight tooth and nail every step even whe...n property condition entry report corroborated the damage to walls and weeds in lawn that was present on my arrival there. Upon being threatened with court action i investigated further and knowing my evidence that I could bring,( photos, condition reports, inspection reports, emails for maintenance etc) I told them to take me to court and we would see what they had to say. WELL DIDN'T ONE AGENCY BACK DOWN THEN. They are a con, they will withhold against you for any reason. Do not use One agency South in Fremantle..
Excellent customer service, honest and genuine agents. Our experience was with Love Wadhwa, who was extremely professional and understood our needs and requirement. We really appreciate his suggestion and advice. I would highy recommend One Agency. They are not pushy and want the best for you.
Awful and rude
Renting with this realestate has been a nightmare, not only do they lie and make things up they are utterly rude and the ladies feel like they are entitled to something. Never have I ever come across such rude people who seem to not care, their compassion towards tenants is non existent! They hand out breaches like they are tic tacs, some illegal infact, stated by the rta!! I would never recommend going through them to rent or buy. Stay away and save yourself the hassle.

I bought a house here in South Canberra, I am happy to say the name for that One Agency Real Estate person but any way the name will be removed from here. He is the head of Canberra team, totally unprofessional and unethical person I have ever met. Full of lies guys always. They sold me the house with couple of faults and they were fully aware of them. They promised to me that after settlement they will get those issues fixed. I trusted him and bought the house and he wasted my 1 month to get the problem unattended. so I had to fix it myself gu...ys. Paid bloody money and more than he said will required to fix. Now he denying to pay the difference money which I paid on top. Still the other problem is unattended. I tried to communicate with him over the phone, texts and emails. No reply at all. Such a shame on you One Agency agents, your licence must be cancelled straight way. Any way I am taking them to court very soon, its nothing about the money its all about their unethical business conduct and unprofessionalism I am talking about. No customer satisfaction, no followup, just money minded people the have got. Also I will take this unethical brhavious to consumer court as well so they will know that its not easy to rip people off. What a shame. Stay away from them guys they will never miss a chance to rip you off. Totally unhappy custome I am. Also they dont have a physical address at their website so people cant chase them. I have know Idea how they can run a business without the address. They are trying to be smart as they only give PO BOX number. I would have given them 0 star rating but its only starting from TERRIBLE..
One Agency in Cooma NSW bullies and intimidates
The older property manager I have at One Agency in Cooma basically told me as I signed the lease how she would be getting rid of me. Its a small town and apparently she had heard I was difficult and therefor it seems takes it upon herself to be the tormentor. I did nothing, I am a good tenant, pay my rent and even helped their agency sell the unit. She told me it is One Agency policy to have an inspection in the first five weeks of tenancy in NSW (which I have NEVER come across in the fourty years I have been renting).
On the very first day...they told me they wanted the maintanance guy to come in even though I had spoken to them for some time before taking the lease about important things to be fixed. I had no choice but to agree as I opened the door for the first time as a tenant, moving things and dealing with everything, to have the maintanance guy there who actually was only there to make a quote. Next they had someone call without permission from me to say they wanted to do a building inspection. I wrote to them to ask they dont have people call without telling me and explaining who the person was. I also started to try to negotiate a way to allow them to sell the place while I could retain as much quiet use of the premises as possible. The older property manager took offence at this. She insisted that I have the building inspection and also a routine inspection within five weeks of being there. Not only would she not work to make things a little easier so I could show the place for sales but she tried to make the routine inspection even earlier pretending this was for my sake. On the fifth week she came to inspect and during that handed me a termination notice saying it had sold (though it hadnt at that time). She then told me how she had been contacted by people saying I was difficult (no doubt in retaliation to my taking a real estate to tribunal for retaliation, and a previous retaliatory eviction). She said she was going to also tell everyone that I was difficult as I took up "one hour" of her time in emails (though I spent hours dealing with two contradictory lots of emails from the two property managers). She took heaps of time doing the inspection though previously she had written in an email she wouldnt have anything fixed. As we stood next to a leaking toilet she tried to deny it being a problem. So during christmas I have been desperately trying to find a place while under this unofficial interagency black list for complaining. ON CHRISTMAS DAY, she sent me an email to say there would be routine inspection on the 8th of January the day I am meant to be out. She would know that would be immensely painful for me to recieve that on Christmas day and further she would know she had no right to have another routine inspection seven weeks after the first one. The first one was exactly five weeks into the tenancy. This lady or perhaps the agency as a whole, is a bully extrodinare. She should not be licenced to be a property manager I believe but in our current economic climate where real estates have complete power over tenants and the tribunal allows evictions for no reason - there is little to be done but help others know what they are in for. Be very careful of the older female property manager at ONE AGENCY COOMA.
One agency Penrith
Do not use one agency at Penrith they are using bullying tactics to push us out of our home. The owner obviously wants to sell and has recently changed real estates to one agency.
We have no problems with the owner wanting to sell it is their house after all but we know our rights and will not swayed by bullying tactics we have always been on time with our rent and am very dissatisfied with their behaviour.

They are the rudest and most intrusive people I have had to deal with in regards to renting ever.
After renting for many years in several locations this agency and its staff are the worst I have experienced.
Every 3 to 4 months they insisted on inspecting the property ! I had a professional cleaner and a lawn mowing service to keep the place tidy but that was not enough.
Upon moving out they recommended a carpet cleaning service who showed up 2 hours late and then informed me that they could not do the flea treatment ...
Fixing of urgent leaky roof repairs which took 3 months, causing health risks to the family
This was not the fist time however - One Agency Wollongong has on many occassions been lack lustre in the maintenance and repairs of the house we are renting, mould, leaky roof and the fact we ave waited 3 months in inexcusable.
December 6th 2016 Update: Repairs now taken over 6 Months for major roof leaks, mould and ceiling stains!
This is now been 6 months of the supposedly urgent leaky roof repairs and added causing health risks to the family. Not to mention internal walls still bear the ugly stains the water leak caused. Shame on the ...Property Manager! This was not the fist time however - One Agency Wollongong has on many occasions been lack lustre in the maintenance and repairs of the house we are renting, mould, leaky roof and the fact we have now waited 6 months in inexcusable and of course a joke.
These guys have no respect for tenants in a house they are selling as we have not once seen any paper work or write communication on open house days posting photo on the net with our belongings and no consent, breaching acts, miss guiding tenants and lack of communication. It's like a big joke to them.
Lying, non professional, and so so RUDE.
I nearly purchased a home from these losers, who truly have no integrity! [name removed] is one heck of a vulture, who will try and eat you alive. Once we voiced not being comfortable with her unethical approach, she quickly moved on from us, without even trying to rectify her dishonest dealings.
They don't even have an address.
Whether you're buying or selling keep away, they're quite a dishonest one woman band agency that won't last!
Deplorable Business Conduct.
I had the unfortunate experience of meeting with and dealing with [name removed] of 'OneAgency for a real estate transaction recently.
[name removed] misrepresented and deceived me through the entire process. She lacked integrity, she was deceptive, she concocted scenarios that didn't exist, she referred to conversations that didn't occur. She has no commercial acumen, lacks compassion, has no business ethics and is also known as the agent on the coast this isn't employable, (hence why she set up her own business) - no body else would condon...
