I buy a fair bit of gear from these people, always spot on have never had a problem with any of it. Delivery is always fast, which being out of town a bit saves me a lot of time. They are great.

Freight turned up in the expected time and the quality of the product was as expected, the only negative comment is that the team need to be aware that the item which was a radiator needed to be packed a little better as all the protruding parts had cut into the cardboard which could have caused unit damage. can’t find a part listed, just give them a call. Most of the time, they can still help you find the correct part, even if it is not listed on the website. A few times, parts I was looking for did not show up under my car, but after they gave me the listing number, I was able to find and order the correct part. Hope you don't need to return stuff – I will preface this by saying I have bought parts from this shop before, and not had an issue, until recently. Car's alternator failed, and I ordered a Bosch replacement. The replacement appeared fine but the battery just would not hold a charge overnight. I replaced the battery, but the problem persisted. new alternator and it was faulty. OAP wanted the auto electrician's report before anything else. They then declined to replace the unit until "the manufacturer tests it". Not only is this a breach of consumer law, but why did I need to pay for a report if you were sending it for testing anyway? So now I'm out for 2 alternators, a battery, an installation and removal, the cost of the report plus postage for the new one and the return one. Then I had to ask where the claim was at, as nobody kept me updated. I was eventually refunded the cost of the (specially discounted) 2nd alternator but was still out for all the postage, which I was told would be refunded. An expensive episode, poor refund / return system and 1 unhappy customer. And at no stage has this company reached out to me.

Being a motor mechanic for the last 50 yrs, and owning my own shop for 30 of those I have delt with a lot of part suppliers in my time. Since retired I have used Online Auto Parts a few times and have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable in what they sell. Their prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend these guys. Will definitely be back in the future.

Requested brake pads for my 2010 outlander, seems there are two options for front brake pads, the ones I requested were the wrong ones. Spoke to James at online parts, provided the VIN and and he organised for the correct parts and all I needed for a refund of the wrong ones was to send them back. Great service and great help

well packed. arrived 3 days after order, but I live 400 km north of the capital, and they shipped it from interstate! gold medal shipping! Wish the new one had the bolts embedded in it, as i forgot to drag them off the old one and it is fiddly once it is in the car...mt mistake i suppose. unit works well and is like oem.
