point one am impressed. * the 5 star rate given is to do with dispatch and receive times and great tracking, both of which are big factors for me living in a remote area.

Has more available parts for my car than other parts stores. Also at a bit of a cheaper price! only down side is there’s not a whole lot of different options for some parts (most likely because of my vehicle). The part i ordered was correct to my vehicle but because of the lack of options, the gasket caused a leak :(. i wanted a metal rubber (as it’s OEM) not a full rubber gasket.

I found online auto parts while googling a part for my hilux. Their pricing was fantastic infact I actually questioned if it was legitimate because it was so much cheaper and yes they are. So I ordered my part and with in a week it was hand delivered to my door. Absolutely can not complain with this service and the part was perfect. I highly recommend using this store I know I 110% will be next time I need anything.

Easy to find the spare part in their web site, fast delivery. I installed the part myself and it fit perfectly. So far working fine no problem. If I need another part I will definitively consider first thing, Online Auto Parts.

Had the exact replacement air horn that I wanted at a good price but the big winner for me was the Click and Collect facility - no waiting for a delivery - yes!!

The replacement VY radiator was an exact fit for the OEM, it arrived quickly after an easy online order, great prompt communication with the staff. The price was good & also the prompt delivery.

I buy a fair bit of gear from these people, always spot on have never had a problem with any of it. Delivery is always fast, which being out of town a bit saves me a lot of time. They are great.

Freight turned up in the expected time and the quality of the product was as expected, the only negative comment is that the team need to be aware that the item which was a radiator needed to be packed a little better as all the protruding parts had cut into the cardboard which could have caused unit damage. But me experience with the purchase was great.

can’t find a part listed, just give them a call. Most of the time, they can still help you find the correct part, even if it is not listed on the website. A few times, parts I was looking for did not show up under my car, but after they gave me the listing number, I was able to find and order the correct part. Parts have always arrived in under a week, and most of the time they arrive in just a couple of days. I can’t praise them enough for the work they do. Thanks, Online Auto Parts.
