money by knowing l did not have to buy at the top of range but still got what l was looking for and l was astounded by how much Seamus was able to save me on advertised pricing, and all that despite me changing my mind about colour when everything had been organised, l was worried about causing more work but for Seamus it was all about what l wanted not how much work it caused for him. Seamus is a perfect example of someone who communicates to suit the customers needs not what is easiest for him, he should be teaching his method to others. received email just link to manufacturer website . No greeting, No introduction, No explanation Just a manufacturer’s Website. After some research, I found out myself hybrid model is called H6 Hybrid Ultra. I reply to that just link email but no reply back after 2 days. I asked about my email to him. He seems has no idea which email. It’s alright we are all busy but I was politely asking what’s the best price he can get and he answered Chinese manufacturer’s are offering very low price at the moment so He can’t do anything about making the better price. However, I got offerers from dealer few thousands dollars less than listed price and I told him. What response do I get? He just hung up while I was saying thank you. What is the point of using car buying brokers? Getting a better price right? and I was willing to pay cash in full as loan interest rate is not attractive at the moment. The thing is I was not going to leave any reviews about this online business but Daniel was hung up on me when I was just saying I got better offer price from dealer can you do better. Obviously he didn’t call me back right after disconnection so it wasn’t disconnected by accident or something. I see many 5 stars reviews but now I can hardly believe they are all genuine reviews. mins to confirm my request. Within 24 hours Craig had sourced a dealership that could deliver the vehicle to my door, with my requested options, for cheaper than the dealership could offer (ie RRP). It was that simple - no sales pitches, no haggling with sales people etc Bonus - The car was promised by end of September, but was delivered at end of August! (...and end of September was quicker than dealership, that they could deliver by end of November). The car was transported by truck to my house, with registration in my name. I took the car for its one month first service/check - no issues - all legit and registered in Subaru's system. The car was not delivered with the requested cargo mat - but after a couple of months waiting (stock shortage), the part was sent from dealership with no hassles. I would do this again to buy a new car in the future.

We had an excellent experience when dealing with Online Auto and Seamus. Seamus definitely saved us thousands off the price of a Mazda CX60, much more than we could have negotiated ourselves including the price of the car we wanted to trade in. By the time they had come back with an updated price, this vehicle was not available and the 2026 vehicle was not available until August at a slightly inflated price. We went ahead with the deal and almost as soon as the contract was signed with the dealer the expected delivery became November. All of this could have been avoided if accessories were included in the original quote.

Overall, I use these services to avoid the engaging with car salesmen and dealers. This time Online Auto provided a very similar experience.

Most Difficult Individuals to Interact With – I wish I could give them a negative rating. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Audi, or Lexus, making Online Auto irrelevant for anyone interested in those vehicles. There are other car buying specialists who perform much better than Online Auto. From my interactions with the Online Auto team, I found them to be arrogant and inflexible, and they don't listen to your requests. If they believe they are the top car buying experts in Australia, I wish them luck with that attitude.

So I thought okay I'll go elsewhere. I went to motorscout and got $2,500 off in the model spec I wanted and the few accessories I wanted! The sales people were incredibly helpful, patient and efficient.
