Taste is ordinary – I have tried the Chai becuase it was on special. I wouldn't by it again because of the taste, it was not a real authentic Chai flavour to me. I had to make myself finish it. The chicken soup was strange too. I trust the Optifast brand. My father use to yse it fot weight management
