the whole unit (1 hot & 1 cold old tap with housing units) he just wanted to get the $50 turn up fee. When we asked for a receipt he said he will send text message but never received one.

Guess what we managed to get another plumber the next day who fixed it for $150.

USE GREAT CARE WITH THIS COMPANY. We called a plumber out on a Saturday morning. that the plumber would tell us further terms on arrival . These terms were that we had to pay for FOUR HOURS WORK even though the job , in fact , only took only 10 minutes !!! So, either we lose our $250 call out fee and don't get the work done Or we pay over $600 for a 10 minute job. This is an OUTRAGEOUS case of Lack of transparancy and a case of overcharging . THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS COMPANY FOR EMERGANCY WORK.

Excellent plumbing service. Johnson and Josiah went out of their way to get me the toilet suite I needed and fitted it with the minimum of fuss. Josiah knew all about the product and how it worked and was happy to explain it to me. He told me if I had any problems with the product he would come out and fix it under the warrantee. The product was sourced and installed at a reasonable price.

Professional Company – Needed a plumber quickly, Mick arrived in 30 minutes, gave us a quote, 2 options, He explained the problem clearly. No rushing, or pressure. We agreed on repairs and he sent Ethan who was wonderful. Despite the storm, he rectified the leak, Ethan is a very professional plumber, Very polite and very thorough. He was incredibly thorough and friendly, and he took the time to explain the issue and the repair process. Overall couldn't be happier with the service we received. Stay away.. Yesterday I had Sam come out to quote for a leak under my sink. I thought the seal needed replacing. After a quote for replacing all the pipes and waste plugs, the quote being $896. cancel and they got Sam to call me. Refusing to refund the deposit, (less the call out fee, which I was accepting to pay). My son in laws came today had a look at it and tightened up the screws, all fixed! No more leaks! My son in law is NOT a plumber. I strongly suggest Sam do the plumbing course again and learn the job properly. It’s obvious he doesn’t know how to fix things. I certainly would not recommend this company! Lee

through, in different areas of the roof. Obviously he did not find anything. He kept on trying to talk up the problem. When I asked him to just to cut a hole where I ask him to cut it he got aggressive and said that if I want him to cut holes in the roof the whole day he will have to charge me for it. Note that at this point he has been at my place for less than 30min, cut two holes where I told him he wont find anything and still have not cut the first hole where I asked him to. When he eventually cut where I asked him to we could see the water seeping trough under a beam. I asked him to cut so we could see on the other side of the beam and he said he will have to bill me. He then went off that it might be the aircon and that he will have to come back with a leak finder and that will cost me $800. I just ask him to go and paid $79 call out for spending less than 45 min, using my ladder and not being able to find the problem. After he left I cut open the roof myself on the other side of the beam and immediately found the water leak on the pipe where I said it would be in the first place.

Stay away – Don't go near this company. They came over to quote a broken pipe and the quote was $1.300. After I got up from falling over I was told they can give me a better price of $1.100. So I rang a local Penrith plumber and got the job completed for $350. Stay away from these guys. They're outsourcing the work to plumber's and it's a hit and miss if you… Read more

Poor workmanship and poor morals! – The Plumber from Optimised Plumbing did not fix my bathroom leak which dripped through the ceiling to the level below. They charged over $1300.00 and the leak is not fixed. They changed a drain grate but did not even find the leak until they returned later. They then wanted to charge me more money to fix the real leak. I think they are dishonest and poor tradesmen and I would never recommend them.

Bad service provider – I called this service. The guy charged huge amount. But the guy left job without solving the issue. Also the behaviour is not professional. I don't recommend their service.

Even in an emergency always check other companies prices – Woke to find water pouring from laundry hot tap. Called several emergency numbers these got back first. I was really stressed so arranged for plumber to come. Plumber arrived to quote then checked other taps. Added bathroom taps said needed doing, so added to job for the next day. told is very expensive. So even in an emergency always take the time to compare prices. My bathroom taps apparently are connected wrong way round (but plumber put labels on according to standard) which plumber failed to identify or inform me. When I called the woman was rude and abrupt said I could fix it in 5minutes. Eventually agreed reluctantly to send someone, emphasising not their fault.

Bathroom plumbing – I needed to have my bathroom vanity plumbing replaced. I’m happy to say Kurt has done a fantastic job installing a new system. I had great correspondence with your other staff as well.

Happy Customer – Optimized plumbing responded quickly and came out next day to quote. Was able to install and remove our hot water heater the next day after quotation. One of their lovely team members Kurt, was on time, very thorough and cleaned up very well after the job was finished. I recommend Kurt to fix any plumbing problems ☺️

Replaced kitchen taps and laundry taps – Kurt the plumber did great job replacing kitchen mixer. Also replaced laundry taps and spout. And garden tap Cleaned up everything completely thank you

Ripped off – OPS charged me nearly $4000 for a job that only took 5 hours. Feel really ripped off.

two issues we wanted to improve. One was to raise the water meter above the ground level ( it was in a hole), and the other was to replace an old toilet bowl. Ethan worked hard the entire time he was here, had all the correct tools he needed and cleaned up after himself. We could not be happier in having our all our household plumbing issues solved by Optimised Plumbing within 72 hours.

Really happy with their work, their punctuality and the clearing up – My hot water heater suddenly stopped working. Spoke on the phone to very pleasant person. By the afternoon the old one was out and gone. Next morning at Seven am the plumber was there with the replacement. Being a contractor this was great as I hardly lost any time. Thank you very much.
