##** AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE**## – I recently purchased an item from Optimoz. I was having some issues with it, and Optimoz worked quickly on my behalf with the supplier, to try and resolve the issue. As soon as it became obvious that there was indeed a fault with the item, a refund was processed. I would like to thank make a special mention of the work Lilla put in to provide me with an amazing outcome, in a very timely manner. Truly 5 star service from Optimoz.

I ordered the hydrogen tablets and didn’t get any update for the order until I reached out. No change to the label and took over 10 days to arrive. The product looked damaged or old. Customer service told me I should pay extra for express if I wanted better tracking. Not good enough. Not sure if what I paid for is even viable to use. Really disappointed as these guys were recommended and great reviews prior. Unless those are fake.

Perfect Amino XP great product – I bought two tubs of BodyHealth Perfect Amino XP Mixed Berry of 120 servings each! Very happy with the product gives me energy , maintains my muscle mass and keeps my cravings at bay ! Especially after doing intermittent fasting! Highly recommend OptimOz , very helpful customer focused company that will help you in any way.
Never received item – It’s a bit telling that others have had issues with this company as well. I can’t say their partner deliveries companies are any better. and a half ago from their website. Several days went by and there was radio silence from them for me as well. I contacted them by email which seems to be the only option, and asked what’s happening. Everyone wants to pull the Covid card as an excuse for everything these days. Other companies are still organised, productive, respectful and communicating clearly- this company does none of them unless pushed to. They said they processed the order and condescendingly told me that I should have some patience! In a Covid riddled country like USA I can still order and receive items within 10 days. No such luck between Sydney and Brisbane. (?) At Auspost end it was still sitting in Sydney for several more days after that. While I was at work yesterday I was notified by AMS a random delivery company, that it was delivered. Since I live on my own and have a clear sign on my door stating do not leave packages here if not home (due to nosy neighbours) I assumed they would’ve left a card in the letterbox as also stated by the instructions note permanently stuck to my door. I arrived home only to find that nope, no package and no delivery card in the padlocked letterbox either. Charming. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back from this mob and will not buy anything from them in future nor recommend them to any friends or family via social media either. AustPost also has a lot to answer for in not reading instructions then causing more work for themselves and their customers to chase up their slapstick service. The signature on the electronic device they claim was signed for reads ‘CV19’ or ‘GV19’ when they shouldn’t have given my belongings to random people to sign for them not even at my property. Nobody communicated anything about needing to sign for it and nobody communicated anything about not allowing me to have it sent to a post office for collection. Poor communication all round. I have attached the AusPost slip and removed my personal details from it. The fight now begins to spend even more time and energy to get my money back and keep communication going to resolve it. 8 days for express post….. sounds legit.

Great store stocking Hard to find products – If you listen to any of the podcasts by Dave Asprey or Dr Mark Hyman you will find yourself desperate to get your hands on products like C8 MCT oil and other stuff. Optimoz offers them all at sensible prices. Delivery is fast. Their newsletter is also filled with good stuff.

zero communication – Placed an order and received a confirmation and a despatch advise on the same day then absolute silence. The tracking no is still offering the same information 5 days later and the info email address must go to the spam folder. It’s quicker to purchase OS
Completely unresponsive customer service – I ordered a bottle of supplements from their website. It took about a week to arrive. When it did, I found that the bottle's seal had already been broken. Tried to contact their customer support via e-mail twice with no response whatsoever (not even an automatic reply of receipt). Fortunately, I was able to open a dispute with my payment provider and recuperate costs. Complete and utter waste of time.
Good Bulletproof selection. Slow dispatch times – Given that Optimoz are one of the few bulletproof retailers in Australia I have shopped with them many times, however their dispatch times are very slow and are delivered by regular post even when you spend over $100. Ensure that you place your top up order well in advance.
