Mix skim milk with it – I do not do my shakes with water, and can fully understand why you think it's disgusting. That is why I add skim milk with my shake powder and it tastes beautiful. And yes, you still lose heaps of weight. Show details

couldn't get them to mix properly. So I tried them and my god it's the most disgusting thing I've ever drank. It was like drinking a strawberry milk that didn't even taste like strawberry and it had way too much salt in it. I added more water than it said too and it was still a strong salty taste. I had to throw it out. I can't have salt at all so these aren't going to help me whatsoever. My neighbour gave me 3 boxes that I will either give away to someone else or they can go straight in the bin. Don't waste your money on this crap. Buy the lady shake, you will love it.

Great product – I have tried strawberry and vanilla, and I really like the taste, (I do add ice to my shake) I don't eat chocolate flavoured anything so haven't tasted that. I can lose weight very easily on this product, but after the 4th day of any diet I get hungry. More will power needed. I wish they had a shake for that! Show details

purchase this flavour again. You can really just close your eyes and dream of a Big M, they are tasty and not overbearing in artificial flavour. The shakes are so simple, you can take them anywhere and prepare in an instant. I have been a previous skeptic of meal replacement programs but Optislim has really changed my views. So far I have lost almost 7kg in 6 weeks, but a relative has lost 40kg in 3.5 months after the Doctor placed him on these for morbid obesity @150kg. Best price I have found is Chemist warehouse 2 boxes for $55.
