Terrible. Would never buy Oricom again – This is the worst baby monitor I’ve owned. It’s forever saying out of range when it’s not. I’ve called support and did a hard reset which worked for all of 1 day and then back to saying out of range. It also freezes every now and then and multiple times I haven’t been able to move the camera, I’ve had to turn the parent control off and on again. Has been great. Customer Service exceptional with any issues! – This monitor has been really great to use. Have had for 3 years now & although I’ve had some issues with it over that time, customer service have always been prompt with responses & replacing parts where necessary. Great baby monitor has gone the distance – I have had this baby monitor for 2.5years now. It has been a great unit to ease this first time parents mind. You have options of whether you would like continuous playback, or set VOX (monitor will only go off if Bub makes noises). purchase) was great despite the fact that the issues arose months later after purchase. The coverage was great - I did not find any interference. The audio and image quality was surprisingly good. I found the zoom quality was also good. Set up and use of the monitor was easy if you follow and use the instructions. Where I found the product to be not so good was that I found the monitor to glitch one too many times, and sometimes "resetting" did not work - I would have to wait hours for the battery to die on the monitor then it would reset itself once it turned off from low battery and turn back on. This to me was extremely frustrating and defeated the purpose of having a monitor as I could not use it to monitor my babies. For the glitches I removed 2 stars as a new mum with new babies does not need the headache of failing technology that is meant to put some ease into parenting. In saying all that I could have possibly gotten faulty stock, but this was my experience.

that if he cried I wouldn’t wake. Once we moved houses to a larger house it began to glitch. Randomly losing signal on the left side of my bed only, But worked on the right side, The picture on the monitor would freeze or go all distorted. Through the night it would be in beeping at me to suggest there was no signal. This all began around 6 months into living there, so not immediately. Unfortunately I had to move again, this time to a much much smaller home. I contacted oricom and happened to be within warranty period as per the manufacture date so the monitor and camera were replaced. Here is where the nightmare Began. The monitor now turns off through the night. I have a 3 month old and 2.5 year old both who still need me during the night. With this damn monitor turning off I can’t be there for my children. This has left my 3 month old without a night time feed and my toddler terrified that mummy has left him. Please do not buy this product. It is not worth the stress and guilt. Like being a mum isn’t hard enough. I am disappointed and disgusted. Oricom won’t help me because the item is out of warranty and with moving I am unable to locate a receipt. (I was under the impression there was a 5 year warranty and the item was purchased in January 2019, just before my son was born). They’ve been absolutely no help - other than the one and only replacement offer, which they sent me a unit that was 100% worse than the original.

Disappointing performance – Pretty disappointed with this monitor. Really surprised at the number of design issues given the price. Key issues: 1. indication (no beeping) that something is wrong - and the only way to fix it is to turn it off and on again. Very worrying as our baby sleeps far enough away that we wouldn’t hear her cry during the night if the monitor blanks out. 3. Camera angle adjustment is quite limited and it’s not possible to get the full view of the cot - we manage to see half the cot only, and only because we precariously blu-tacked the monitor to the railing of the cot (not sure what we’ll do when baby starts standing & grabbing things!) 4. Audio quality is average - it does the job but sounds a little robotic.

Due to the poor reliability we’ve had to buy a backup monitor which, despite being a fraction of the price, does not drop signal anywhere near as often and has much better audio quality.

Unfortunately this monitor was our biggest regret in terms of baby purchases. Not recommended.

good to have all cameras divided on one screen but that’s the only negative. Monitor life lasts for 5-8 hours before needing to be charged which is great. Oricom is an awesome brand and would buy through them again.

Do not recommend – Where to begin. When it works it does the job. However when it disconnects in the middle of night it is quite difficult to re pair it especially while trying not to wake the little ones. regularly, and there can sometime be a delay in the audio.We only bought a second unit so we could interchange parts as needed , but now wishing we had of purchased something else entirely. Disappointing considering good the price point. We have been relying on this monitor due to baby having had multiple neurosurgeries and needing to keep an eye on him, however i mostly want to throw it in the bin but unfortunately can't afford to do so. Currently waiting on a warranty replacement to arrive, let's hope this one works as it should.

Unable to position cameras for a good view – Camera has to sit flat for it to work and it doesn’t pan down low enough to give me a full view right down into cot because the base is so bulky and obstructing. to press it multiple times, sometimes requiring to restart the monitor all together. This is not ideal when you want eyes on your baby. I contacted oricom to get a replacement which eventually they agreed to. I am required to send the faulty product back. The new monitor is better but at times it freezes and there’s a delay requiring it to restart. Unreliable for a product you absolutely need to rely on. My advice would be get another brand. After all the drama over the faulty monitor I then had to drag 2 babies to the post office during COVID to return the product at my expense. After emailing to see if I would be reimbursed, the answer was no... poor form Oricom!

Good monitor realistic price – This is a reasonable price to pay for a baby monitor there are some pretty fancy and expensive ones out there and I honestly wanted something where I could see bubba, communicate back without going into the room and had decent battery life. the facial expressions very well I didn’t need a high quality image. With the price I paid I’m cheering :) Purchased in feb- early March roughly..? And I’ve had no problems with it

Pretty average for the price – The range on the camera can be very poor. Sometimes I’ll be less than 5m from my son’s room and it will go out of range. The night light is extremely bright (much too bright for my son) so we had to put stickers over it. Camera quality is pretty good and it’s easy to set up. When it’s working in range it’s good but it goes out of range so often it’s not that reliable.

Disappointing. Wish I didn't buy it – Doesn't have time on the screen or white noise. Doesn't have a Menu option instead lots of pressing random buttons in funny orders to get it to do things, risking having music blaring into the nursery or hard to explain the complexities to a babysitter etc. Don't need the hassle of that when your sleep deprived and blurry eyed stuffing around with… Read more

battery non existent, turns itself off do not purchase – This is the second monitor i have purchased..thinking i had done something to the first - none same terrible product!
