I bought a queen-size mattress. The delivery was fast, and at first I thought the mattress wasn’t very firm, but over time it became firmer and I was able to sleep comfortably. I don't usually like pillows always find them high and often when staying away push the pillow aside but the Origin Air soft pillow was made for me. Love it, perfect. Only pillow I will have now for the rest of my life. Thankyou. Show details

I liked this very much initially but it seemed to lose the integrity of it's structure fairly rapidly unfortunately. I though I had found 'the one' pillow but I was wrong.

Was excited to receive the Origin AirSoft pillows, but find them over stuffed and uncomfortable to sleep on as they put your head on an angle rather than being inline with your spine. Maybe they'd be suitable for a person with broad shoulders? Definitely not for back sleeping or even side sleeping for me. Not a fan of th pillow whatsoever, feels plush when you first lay your head down, but then it ends up with a big imprint of your head making it feel as hard as concrete. I prefer my target pillow for $12

Very soft pillow. My 11 year old son loves the two pillows. I like the pillows too but my mellon size and weight head is too much for the pillows. Only downside is that the pillows need to be degassed as they stink when removed from packaging.

Delivery was not smooth. They did not make it on the day and promised to send it the next business day first thing in the morning but that did not happen. I had to call them a number of times before it was finally delivered to my place. Show details

Terrible customer service. Ended up buying with an Australian mattress company.

It is kind of bouncy and your head stays high causing neck pain.
