I think this is a fantastic invention and such a clever idea — it gives you the flexibility of essentially having two different comfort options in one mattress.

Another feature I really appreciate is the cooling feel. The mattress feels fresh and comfortable throughout the night and doesn’t feel overly warm, which is especially nice during warmer weather. The combination of comfort, support, and cooling makes it much easier to get a good night’s sleep.

The mattress also feels very well made and supportive without being too firm. The overall quality and design are excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the mattress both comfortable and practical.

straightforward to assemble. It is a great balance of softness and firmness and i have been finding that I am waking up a lot less during the night as I am not tossing and turning anywhere near as much. I also got 2 superior coolmax pillows and being in Brissy thats a gamechanger. It also is nice to have a good quality pillow rather than some cheap versions of the past. I can tell this will last for a long time.

I also love that you can choose your firmness level! We flipped the insert for firm, and the support is unreal without feeling hard at all, it still feels soft. It’s comfortable, supportive, and feels luxurious.

I was initially concerned due to unreliable delivery tracking. However, after receiving the mattress, it has been very comfortable so far. have decided to keep it. The only disappointment was a quality control issue on some stitching but they have agreed to replace the cover of the mattress under warranty.

The layers shown on the product page are not the same. The base layer is only springs and one thin layer. The topper has multiple layers which is the actual mattress I believe. customer service perspective.

The mattress developed a significant indentation after only one year of use, despite being advertised with a 15-year warranty. The indentation was severe enough that both my partner and I started experiencing back aches. However, making a warranty claim was anything but straightforward.

I was first asked to provide photos of the indentation without clear instructions. After submitting them, I was told they were insufficient and was then asked for additional photos, measurements, and even my and my partner's weight. After three to four rounds of emails and photo submissions over several weeks, they finally accepted that the mattress was faulty. Their responses typically took over a day each time, making what should have been a simple warranty claim drag on for weeks.

Once the claim was finally approved, I was given the option of receiving the same mattress model as a replacement or paying the price difference to upgrade to a higher model. I chose to upgrade and was told to place a new order, with the assurance that my original mattress would be refunded. Unfortunately, they then delivered the wrong mattress, collected my old one, and left us without a bed to sleep on. To make matters worse, despite confirming they would process my refund once I provided my bank details, they later delayed the refund by introducing new conditions that had never been mentioned before.

A company's true quality is measured by how it handles warranty claims and customer issues. Unfortunately, Origin Mattress failed at every stage. What should have been a simple warranty replacement turned into weeks of unnecessary stress, delays, poor communication, broken promises, and inconvenience. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.
