Great mattress for the price! It was a little slow to ship, but big items usually are. The temperature control is excellent, and for a side sleeper, it is very comfortable. Impressed that it showed no sign of sagging or developing grooves. The removable and firmness-adjustable top is a great feature too, allowing washing of the mattress top and a choice of how firm the feel is. Highly recommend this mattress. Show details

straightforward to assemble. It is a great balance of softness and firmness and i have been finding that I am waking up a lot less during the night as I am not tossing and turning anywhere near as much. I also got 2 superior coolmax pillows and being in Brissy thats a gamechanger. It also is nice to have a good quality pillow rather than some cheap versions of the past. I can tell this will last for a long time.

I also love that you can choose your firmness level! We flipped the insert for firm, and the support is unreal without feeling hard at all, it still feels soft. It’s comfortable, supportive, and feels luxurious.

I was initially concerned due to unreliable delivery tracking. However, after receiving the mattress, it has been very comfortable so far. It is a great combination of initial feeling of softness with underlying support in areas where it is needed. I have been having pain in my hips for the last couple of years after a few hours in bed - this new mattress seems to have fixed this problem. Very happy with our purchase.

Follow-up · I have now had my dream mattress for over 3 months and yes delivery was easy, although I did need help from family to get upstairs and installed. Still no creaks and groans and sleeping beautifully through the night. So glad I purchased - even though at the time I was a little nervous buying online without actually testing.
An excellent, top quality mattress. However, even using the less firm side, it's a little firmer than I expected / was looking for. It was good we could purchase it on sale and postpone delivery a couple of months until we moved into our new home. Show details

actually have in stock. The communications with customer service were not helpful & seemed to just brush me off as I had no leverage, I'd already paid. I was then finally given a delivery date, yet the mattress arrived days earlier and it was luck that I was home as I wasn't expecting it to arrive. After only a week of use there is a compression mark on both sides of the mattress which is very obvious when the bed is made, you can see the raised area down the centre of the bed where it doesn't get slept on. Prior to buying this mattress I slept on a latex mattress (20 years!) which was more comfortable & took years to get those same compression marks. I wish I'd kept it!

given away our old mattresses in preparation for the new so by Oct 27th when we had received nothing, I contacted customer service who replied (after 24 hours) "Thank you for reaching out to us. Your order is currently on pre-order, with the next shipment for Hybrid Plus - Queen and King size scheduled to arrive in mid-November. Once your order has been dispatched, our shipping partner will be in touch with the delivery details, including a tracking link, so you can easily follow its progress. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or need additional assistance."
We heard absolutely nothing further until Nov 15th when we received a barrage or delivery notifications saying that the mattresses had been picked up and were in 'en route' and would be delivered in a matter of hours!! Fortunately it was a Saturday and we could arrange to be there to meet the delivery team at short notice! The mattresses themselves are literally a dream. Easy to set up, very supportive and extremely comfortable. We have now enjoyed 2 nights sleep on them and have no regrets over the purchase despite the lack of communication and delay in delivery.

firm side is about 6.5-7/10. I’ve tried some extra firm ones in Myer and this is definitely on the softer end compared to those. But plenty of support and it’s good for me (77kg). The softer side is about 6/10 firmness so not very big difference but the level of support remains the same, which is reasonable given how the firmness is adjusted, i.e. by flipping the mattress topper. I had back issue due to sport, I think it has improved, but I wasn’t expecting some magical panacea anyway. The sleeping quality seems to have improved too. Overall I am happy every time I lie on it. So what can I say. I haven’t been using it for long, but the quality seems to be good. Good edge support as well.
Delivery: I ordered the mattress on Thursday and the mattress was delivered the following Wednesday. The mattress was delivered in a box but it is pretty heavy. The delivery guy delivered the mattress to my apartment. No fuss.
Price: the price is cheaper compared to Ecosa or Emma. Haven’t tried these but i am content with mine. They seems to be always having the “flash sale”, but the price do change sometimes. Sometimes it include some gifts but the price seems to increase to reflect that. If you use those saleback websites you can get another few percent off. The ability to use afterpay is a plus.
