Origin Hybrid Pro Mattress

I bought this mattress after seeing how many 5 star reviews it had. I found it to be too soft the first night and it has gotten worse. I put ply under it to try and remedy waking up with a sore back but it did not fix the problem. Shortly after my purchase I was offered cash for a 5 star review which told me everything I needed to know. I will be getting rid of it and going back to an inner spring matress. Show details

Supposed to be medium firmness but hard as a rock! Despite having a "pillow top", I had to buy a separate pillow top to try and sleep on this brick. Have had nothing but back and hip problems since purchase. If you have an hourglass figure, do NOT buy this mattress as it does not mold to, and support your curves. Show details

and we both agree that it is probably the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. It was received within a week of ordering and after assembling the new bed and unrolling the mattress we let it sit for 48 hours so that it had fully expanded before we slept on it. I find it firm but supportive and don't find myself waking up with any aches or pains related to sleeping posture. My sleep has been considerably better than my previous mattress(based on sleep recording on my smart watch. Although my wife tends to move around a fair bit at night I do not get woken up by the movement as I did on our previous mattress. All around it has been a very positive experience dealing with Origin and we are both very happy with the mattress so far.

mattress offered, could not be delivered to my new address (even though I had moved after they delivered the comprised one and was advised it could only be delivered to my old address where I don't live anymore) and I was told the 120 day warranty would not be extended to replacement mattress and that they were replacing this this in good will outside of their standard policy. They offered a 10% refund for me to keep the existing mattress. Lets see how quickly this is processed. As good as this product may be the lack of customer service does NOT make up for it. The worst customer experience I have ever had with any online retailer. I feel very disrespected and I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are equally good if not better retailers of similar products out there. Do yourself the favour and look elsewhere. This company is way behind the ball as far as customer service is concerned.

This mattress is extremely firm and takes a while to get used to, especially for side sleepers. There is no side support so sitting on the edge isn't ideal. topper which softened it enough to drastically improve our sleep; without the topper the mattress is just too firm for us. My husband couldn't feel any cooling but I could however using the topper removes any cooling effect. There are straps on the sides of the mattress to assist with moving it however it isn't strong enough and feels like it will rip.

I have been using this mattress for 2.5 years now, and it is still very comfortable. There is no damage or sagging at all. Our whole family is happy using it, and we think it is definitely worth the money. Show details

I wish I had changed to the new generation of mattresses long ago. The Hybrid Pro Mattress is like sleeping on a supportive cloud. I deal with a fair bit of joint pain. I was surprised at how much better I feel when I wake up compared to my inner spring mattress. they relied saying they would ask their shipping partner to provide an ETA, or I could contact them myself. I didn't hear anything for about another week, then sent them a msg asking to cancel the order and refund my money - mostly as there was no communication as to what was happening. They then replied saying the mattress had arrived in their warehouse and they would start the dispatch. It eventually arrived a month after the order and payment was made.

If I had know the timeframe for delivery, I would have purchased elsewhere.

In short, good product, poor service.

Product is fine, customer service was below expectations. Delivered to incorrect address well after the requested delivery date and without the promotion qualifying pillows. Managed to get everything resolved but it required significant time on my side to achieve an outcome. Show details

Terrible customer service. Happy to take your money, very slow to respond to enquiries. I ended up getting a refund and they even ensured they got their free pillows back.

I’m amazed that a flat pack mattress could be so good. I needed a new mattress as I was suffering from back pain and within a few days I already felt the difference and was sleeping better. Highly recommend

This mattress is awesome, so comfortable my sore lower back has almost surprisingly disappeared. be handy if the delivery person could actually put the mattress on the bed instead of just dumping the box on the floor as it is too heavy for an elderly person to manage. After saying that I am very happy with my purchase.
