Only negative thing is delivery, but can say I'm happy to wait for the mattress now seeing what the results are.

Very happy with our purchase of the Origin Hybrid Mattress, it is firmer than I thought it would be but it is very comfortable. Follow-up · 18 months on, still very happy with Mattress. No sagging, I sleep close to the edge of the bed and the support is great. Mattress felt cool over summer and now it's winter it's warm ( one Doona and no electric blanket) I live on NSW south coast. Delivery was not a problem and on time.

The biggest difference has been my back — no more pain when I wake up, which has been a game-changer. It still feels comfortable, but with the right amount of support I clearly needed. which was okay but would have liked it a bit thicker and softer. So I purchased the mattress topper to add softness. This was not really a good product and probably not worth the extra. Having said that it adds some comfort. I also bought the bed frame which is absolutley brilliant, well designed and easy to put together, solid and well built. Happy with my purchase overall and sleeping well.

Ordered the origin Lumbar Cloub mattress, put it on the bed and left it for 3 days before sleeping on it. Am so impressed, have Sciatic pain on my left side and have not been able to sleep on that side until now. They contact their charity partner (Salvation Army) 3. Salvation Army is at capacity 4. Origin tells me I have to drop it off myself (contradicting T&Cs) 5. When I pushed back, they tried to drag out the process indefinitely The Real Problem: Origin markets a generous 120-day trial to make you feel safe buying. But that trial is nearly useless if they won’t actually process returns. It’s a marketing tactic that doesn’t match reality. My Advice: If you buy Origin, don’t expect an easy return. Their ‘120-day trial’ is conditional on factors they don’t disclose. The mattress itself is mediocre for the price. You’d be better off with a local mattress shop where you can actually return things without a six-week odyssey.”
