definitely would not recommend this mattress. I wouldn’t even re sell the mattress as I’d feel guilty for the next person.

I am now sleeping on the couch until this issue is sorted.

Rubbish bed – Amart salespeople are just like many have described here - pushing this horrible brand, because they are probably on commission. They talk down the Sealy and push the Orthokinetic. home and test it. This mattress is way too heavy for its own good, and it dips in the middle. Amart will tell you there is a 12-15 year and a 180 night return option - good luck with both of those options because that is a nightmare in itself. I figure Amart make a greater profit on these beds, but they really should only sell quality beds because customers will not come back if they buy a bad product.

hubby and I are in bed together I feel like it’s uneven and I roll into the middle. I have started sleeping on my fold out sofa bed to avoid the discomfort. I have gotten excruciating lower back and hip pain as well as neck pain too. I’m now seeing a chiro once a month plus weekly massage and acupuncture. My gp is now talking physio too. I’m on full time pain killers and nerve blockers to try and get sleep. I wake up every morning at around 3am and have to get up to do stretches to alleviate some of the pain. Hubby has gotten a sore back too and has never complained with the cheap mattress we had before we spent a fortune on this one. The store asked me to email photos but the photos don’t show the dipping. Due to the pillow top but you can feel it immediately after getting into it. We have given it 3 years now and I’m sick of it. I have rotated the mattress every time I wash the sheets which pretty much weekly in summer and fortnightly in winter but that’s fine nothing for it either. It’s a very expensive mistake. Do not buy this mattress! Terrible brand, deceitful sales people, horrible customer service. Shop elsewhere!!

better since then. We complained to the company about ed, I am complaining for the second time in less two years about a mattress that we purchased 3 years ago. (Please refer to below emails)

One of your representatives came to have a look at it and said it was our bed causing the mattress to sink as the slats on it were too far apart. He recommended us to add more slats to the bed and said it should solve the problem. My husband did so a few days after but here we are again with the same issue, a mattress with dips in it giving us pain every single morning when we wake up. We're now waiting for the rep to get back to us once again.

They said they will probably end up repairing it but all I want is my money back!!!

Terrible Mattress – We brought one of these mattress's 18 months ago and after 4 months the foam had lost all of its support and I was having terrible back pain, we had the manufacturer come out and take a look as they replaced the foam for us at 8 months which fixed the problem for around 5 months but now we are back to the same issue and my back pain is even worse.… Read more

We went away on holiday for 5 weeks and slept in over 8 different beds and no back pain, as soon as we were home I've being unable to sleep because of it. We've had the manufacturer come out again to look at it who said she will talk to super a mart about it to see what they can do. We have followed up twice with super a mart and had no response! Waste of Time and Money!

It is the worst mattress I have slept on – I brought my mattress in supper amart in July 2015, got it home and it was so uncomfortable but I stuck it out for 2 weeks. I then rang supper amart and they gave me a new one and said it was from shipping the mattress was uncomfortable. It has now been 6 months and me and my hubby can not sleep in the bed we are sore all over. It appears to have made dents in the mattress and a lump in the middle.

the shop ,but i taught maybe its just the newness of it i'ii wear it in. I understand things need a few weeks to adjust to but that hasn't happened. I used always sleep on my back which is supposidly the best position to sleep in i can't do that now im waking up and all my lower back is stiff and sore,i literally have to curl myself into a ball in the mornings to get relief like that shouldn't be the case and ontop of that im now forced to try sleep on my side more often and im now waking up and all my shoulder and arm is sore,stiff and numb nearly and ifs its as good as i was told i shouldn't be getting any pain whatever position i sleep in,i'm afraid this mattress is going to give me problems. and he got into bed, both of us would roll into the middle thereby making it very uncomfortable for both of us and ruining a good night's sleep. So now I sleep on the mattress and he sleeps on the floor mat.

Added to this, the depression in the mattress has put so much pressure on the slats of the bed that the main central slat has started cracking.

Whatever be on offer, please refrain from buying this mattress.

Worse than camping – Honestly, this would have to be the worse bed we have ever sleep on. Twenty five years of marriage and can finally afford a new mattress. We constantly head butt one another because it sags so much in the middle. Thought about taking it camping so the kids could use it as a wadding pool. So very disappointed and have rotated it every week as told, but actually thought it made it worse.

worst mattress – Sags in the middle, have rotated as per instructions, feels like I'm sleeping on a 20 year old mattress. Very disappointed for the price. Constant back ache in the morning. Tried this bed in store was very comfortable, great for the first 6 months until it appeared to be higher on the sides, then slowly started sagging in the middle.

Absolute Rubbish – Do not waste your money on this cheap rubbish from China. This mattress has started to sag in the middle and it is not even 2 years old. My previous mattress lasted for a very long time however it was a different brand.

Save your money – At first we thought we had found the perfect mattress but just after 12 months now our King mattress has body impressions that you have to roll out from in the morning! Both my husband and I are very disappointed considering the money we spent. No mattress should be this bad in such a short time. We had better support from our old $350 queen mattress than this almost $2000 one! Save your money and buy elsewhere
