Useless OshenWatch does not PAIR with any cell phone a waste of money – From the beginning, we had trouble PAIRING the OshenWatch Luxe. We downloaded the app (in the instructions-it said download FitPro app. Make sure you down load the correct one. How do we know which is the right app to download. The least your instructions could say - Download this app for OshenWatch. Support desk never got back to us. Don't buy this piece of garbage. Save your money.

It’s as useless as tits on a bull – Can’t charge it Can’t turn it on Absolute waste of money I bought 2 of these about a year ago neither of them do what they suppose to do. Well I don’t really know what they should do cause I can’t even charge them to find out. Anyway if you are thinking on buying one, I have one word of advice. DON’T.

OSHEN WATCH SCAM! – Stephen Melbourne: I ordered this Oshen watch online and took up the offer of a second one at a reduced price on June 3rd 2020. I received them yesterday 6th of August 2020. Setting them up, almost drained the battery after a full charge. Recharging to full charge again, I took it off my wrist and by morning the battery was almost flat again. You… Read more

may be able to see the charge icon if you enlarge the photo. I wish that I had checked the reviews first. The fact the this sort of "business" practice is permitted is outrageous. Their conditions state state no returns from date of order. So I'm stuck with them. Probably give them to kids to play with. I'll tell them they are "toys", which is a very generous description

Just scammed me too – Working with my bank immediately to get the funds back. Seemed like a reputable business, i honestly cant believe i was scammed on something that not only looked legit but took 178. When they said the total would be 145.. including life time insurance. Which they then quickly emailed me not with a receipt but with a notice i hadnt finished paying… Read more

FRAUDULENT BE AWARE – Order a family bundle on may 29th 2020 didn't receive tracking so contacted company they assured me they were sent and provide me with 1st lot tracking nearly month later, so I looked up tracking and said number etc was wrong so again contacted oshenwatch they then sent me the 2nd lot of tracking with a link clicked on link it said left border… Read more

which was Hong Kong and then said priority plus Switzerland to Australia thought all of that was odd considering I paid USD so I thought it must of been coming from USA so then manually looked up on Google the shipping provider not the link oshenwatch provide me with and them put in tracking details came up with not a registered number not found! So another words they provide me with fake shipping details all along! The tracking company They provide me with is : aftership tracking and posted through : Swiss post, I've added pic of what oshenwatch sent me with and a pic of when I manually typed in Swiss post+ and entered tracking and it was in Swiss so had to be translated to English so I couldn't read it another suspicious point and why did it say on tracking Switzerland to Australia another suspicious point it was all beginning to be clear it's not legit. I paid via pay pal to secure my payment so glad I did as I did not receive my order waited nearly 2 months numerous amounts of contacting the company witch I never had any problem with correspondence they always responded to me I opened a case through pay pal they refunded my whole amount back in US dollars I'm from Australia so my payment was originally paid in AUD then was exchanged in to USD rate so the rate ended up been over $100 AUD Moore it didn't specify that until payment taken and receive a invoice via email in USD should of been wary then considering the order supposedly shipped from Hong Kong should of been in their currency! The company's name on invoice is : Strong Current Enterprise and is based in Hong Kong. Hope to of shed some light on my experience all in all don't order buyer be very aware fraudulent. If you choose to Order my only advice is to secure your payment through pay pal at lest if you don't receive it pay pal will refund your money.

Oshen Watch incapability – so far I have found it useless. It would SEEM that an arm of the watch is dual purpose. There are no instructions on how to use it as, say, a USB connection. you can plug into a USB port correctly or upside down, but which is which? There is no switch on the device and no indication if it is charging up, if it is, and no indication if charge… Read more

which it could be after being plugged into a USB charger for a long period both ways. more to come from me as i try to find a way to make it do what the seller has claimed it can do. take this as part 1 of a review. part 2: I have now discovered accidentally which is correct. When you first plug then give the watch face a stroke, and if you get a picture of a battery charging up you have got it correct. The instructions then tell you to bind by clicking 'settings', then 'bind'. instead, when you have loaded down 'fitpro' and started it there a green strip at the top which states 'bind devices to etc....' which you press, and it comes up with a list of devices including my Garmin watch [which does work as promised] and something which may belong to a neighbour and 'LH719', not 'LH726' as in the instructions. they all have a number to go with the label which is meaningless. if you click on one of these then it comes up with a screen that has "Try to connect..." on it plus other labels of settings you think you can do but which actually do nothing, then that part times out. it is all still showing the watch as useless, but maybe my part 3 experimenting will come up with an answer. ... watch this space - no pun intended - Part 3: I had to get in touch with the suppliers. ONE positive out of all this is that they have been most helpful. The pity is that they have such a useless product to deal with. I have also found that the phone app "Fitpro" which you have to use is almost as useless as the watch. with their help I was able to get the heart rate monitor working. However, it only seemed to work on the app and the figure is unbelievably out of whack. in other words useless. the heart rate was about 30% wrong, as was the measure of blood pressure which actually was about 40-50% wrong. I was also able to get the measure of steps working, if you can call it that. I took about 60 paces and it measured about 80. I suppose I don't have a standard pace length - sigh! it actually also measure the number of paces I had when sitting at the PC typing out the emails to the supplier, but it WAS measuring that my rate of pace was a really high time/step! It will not surprise you that I am now trying to get back the money I paid for this device. I WILL extend this review if I get the money back, but so far they are not responding to do that. They want to help me get the device working. I have had enough. Part 4: The help desk was actually very good after I informed them that I wanted my money back. They sent me the address to which I had to send it which I have now done in registered mail. It now looks hopeful that money will be returned although there is now the expected loss of post and packaging cost. Part 5. I really have to give the help desk a big tick. The money was returned immediately they received the returned Oshenwatch. No argument. They did as promised.

Disgusted – The wrist band did not fit properly to the watch face. I could not find the function key to start the watch up. I threw the watch in the bin and it came apart. Very shoddily put together. How dare people sell this rubbish with being able to return it.

Very disappointed – I wish I had read the other reviews before putting down good money for this watch. Like the other disappointed customers I find that this watch does nothing of what is promises. So it has gone with the other things that "seemed like a good idea at the time."

Scam.. Falsified average human data algorithm – If you are thinking of purchasing an Oshenwatch.. please DON'T. Hear me now but believe me later.. Oshenwatches use a falsified algorithm of average human data. They do NOT measure YOUR heart rate, or YOUR sleep time, or YOUR blood pressure.. they just show you an average one and slightly alter it each time. I am currently in the process of… Read more

overseeing the returning of two oshenwatches (I was given one as a present), I haven't received a refund yet, & am not expectant that the refund will come, but there was no point keeping the watches, as they do basically nothing. Poor customer service and product – I would not recommend this product to anyone. After it eventually arrived, i was surprised at how plasticy it was. The charging element broke within 6 months (not broken off, just would not work) and when seeking a replacement or refund they informed me i was past the 30 day trial period so could not help. Do not waste your money on this product

Bad service – I ordered 2 Oshenwatches in May 2020 and never received my order. I live in South Africa and every time I contact customer care they advise that I should place another order by paying again. Eventually they tried shipping another order and I am still waiting. I would never recommend this product to anyone!

Inaccurate data then Stopped working, poor Customer Service – The watch took more than two months to arrive. When it did I couldn't initiate it and the instructions were poor. It’s a scam – Terrible service waited months to receive it. Was cheap plastic. Didn’t give true readings they were way out. Sent product back to address they told me only for the watch to be returned back to me saying no known company at this address. So no refund. Do not buy an oshen watch.

Worst experience ever! – I purchased this as a gift for my dad who's birthday is in August. It took 2 months to get here so I ended up buying him something else. When the watch finally got here it was horrible quality so I was happy I got something else for my dad. I returned it the following day and still haven't received my money back. Its been almost 7 months of crap with these people. Im going to just consider it a loss... Don't waste your money!!

Utter nonsense – This smart watch was offered through Seniors discounts. Since my old watch has somewhat disintegrated and we were in lock down due to covid, I decided to buy the Oshen watch on line. Total scam. Junk product, zero customer service – Oshenwatch are a complete scam. Waited 2 months for delivery, with terrible customer service and no tracking info in that time. It finally arrived and worked for 1 week before dying and could no longer be charged. I returned the item for a refund, now they won't answer my many follow up emails to find out where the refund is. How can these people be in operation?

Complete Scam – Ordered in June 2020. Several emails to customer service who seemed not to really know what was going on. Told me was shipped but I had not received item in September 2020. I gave them another month and asked for a refund. To date no refund. I will pursue further.

Do not buy – This product is a total scam. Received them and they did not do what was advertised. Took 2 months to get them then I sent them back and took me nearly 3 months to get some of my money back. Had to hassle and argue for that. Their service and product is horrendous. Online advertisement looked legit – Total crap product and even more crap are the people behind the scam.. definitely don’t get sucked I. Like I did..I wanted to monitor blood pressure.. against the machine it was not ever even near the actual reading from my monitor.. it’s scary to think that this can be sold In Australia.. considering the strict rules around consumer laws.

VERY poor customer service & product misrepresentation – I would strongly suggest you DO NOT buy an Oshen watch. On the back it states that it is WATERPROOF, but it is clearly not. After getting mine wet, it no longer works & OSHEN WATCH refuse to do anything about it because it is more than 60 days old...don't get caught like I did

A complete waste of time and money – I ordered 3 watches, which I requested a refund for 4 weeks later when they had not yet been sent to me. receiving. I opened a case with PayPal, whose promise for consumer protection isn't worth the bytes they use to advertise it. Oshen Watch had not responded directly to a number of emails I sent them regarding both the refund and the missing watches, but did respond to the PayPal case stating that they would not communicate with me directly on the matter (which they weren't doing anyway??!!). Watches finally arrived, and the first one I used broke on the first day. PayPal have closed the case in support of Oshen Watch, thereby supporting and encouraging an unethical supplier. So now I have 3 useless watches with no protection from PayPal (what do all of those fees we pay them actually go towards?), and a supplier that won't respond to any emails. Save your time and money and steer clear of Oshen Watch. And PayPal.

Disappointed – Good = battery, comfy, looks. Bad = heart rate tracker inaccurate, doesn't track run distance or calories accurately. After 4-6 weeks it stopped working after getting boiling hot when charging. Waste of money
