Con artists. Stay away! – Scammers. Placed an order, took my money and never delivered. After emails, phone calls and contacting Shopify still nothing. Stay away!
Wrong item, doesn’t respond to correspondence – Ordered a particular floating vest from their website but they sent a different one. Sent multiple messages(emails) with no response. Take your money,Zero communication, zero care !

Total scam – Ordered a popular style of arm floater for my toddler for swimming. Paid $50 for it and turned out to be as legit as a Chinese version you can get from eBay for $10. I’ve emailed for a refund with no response, it’s a total scam. I’m certain their well-made website fools a lot of people but truly, don’t even bother.
I wish I read reviews first – Took 17 days to arrive in Perth and when it arrived it was the wrong product. I have emailed and had no communication from this company. I will be contacting the ACCC to deal with them if I don’t hear from them with a refund by the end of the week. If you can’t run a business professionally, shut it down. Order number #8251
Terrible product quality and customer service - steer clear – Brought a Teepee for my daughter. Absolutely terrible quality!!! Received random parts which had no apparent purpose or were entirely wrong (i.e. window cover). It is made of very cheap material, which is unacceptable given it was $165!! Peek-a-boo elephant – Never buy from this company again. Where is my order? – I placed an order for floaties on 15/10 for a birthday present. I received an instant confirmation of my order and the money was taken but I’ve heard nothing since. There is no phone number. There is no button and the bottom right of the screen to contact them. The company have not read my messenger messages sent and have not responded to emails. Never buy from this company!!!! – This is a terrible company that steal your money and then refuse to communicate. They ship small items and then steal money for larger items never received. When disputing with PayPal they show shipping details for the smaller details as items for the large me more expensive items even though you state that’s what’s happened PayPal take their side. Do not support this company in anyway!!
Paid $50 for floaties 2 months ago - NO CONTACT – Like most here, I placed an order for floaties on 16th Aug $39.99 + $10 shipping. It’s now 15th Oct 23, and I have heard nothing. I’ve emailed 2 different email addresses multiple times and FB messaged… NOTHING! We all need to report this to Fair Trade and get our money back!!! Update - I lodged a claim through paypal as 2 months after I placed my order my products still had not been shipped and they had not answered any of my messages. Paypal investigated and issued me a refund which says it all really.
Wish I could give zero stars – I bought some floaties from our baby nursery about a month ago. After taking forever to arrive, it was a different print than what I ordered. I have sent 3 emails and no response. Wish I read these reviews before I bought from them!!

Scam!!!! – The whole site is a scam don't buy. Nothing came. I sent two emails. A shipping notification was sent and then nothing. I've just gone through all their reviews on their site and they are clearly made up, as they don't make much sense. When I googled baby nursery scam I can see that others have also been scammed. Their 1 star reviews don't appear on their site. Don't buy from that site.

Order of Baby Earmuffs Never Received – My daughter ordered some baby noise cancelling earmuffs on 9 Dec 2022 and the payment went through on 12 Dec. We queried the non-arrival on 5 Jan 2023, and received an email saying that we were in the queue of responses. It is now 20 Feb 2023 and still no response. On their website, it says no refunds unless a product fault and to press the refund button on the bottom right of their website. THERE IS NO REFUND BUTTON option. Very poor behaviour.
They cancelled the order and mentioned refund-scammers – I ordered Ultimate Slime Kit they cancelled the order and send back as refund but not received it’s been 3 months now If they are not able to process the order it’s their fault not mine I got scammed
Don’t recommend – Bought two float vests which were faulty-fell apart within a couple of wears, not good quality at all, emailed for replacement-twice, no response.

Awful experience. Order still not received – Ordered 2x breast pumps 9 weeks ago. 8 emails later and no response as to where my order is. Have contacted their social media pages and no response. 100% would not recommend ordering from this company. My baby is now here, I’m without a breast pump and a couple of hundred dollars.
Not received order and Bad customer service!! – Purchased 13th March and have repeatedly sent emails asking where my order is. The only response is an automated reply telling me to contact their customer service and not to keep sending emails as my ticket goes to end of the queue??? So the order has not arrived..but in the meantime the baby has!! :(
Do not purchase – I wished I read the reviews before I placed my order. I had a missing unit number so they couldn’t deliver, fair enough. Item was returned to sender. I requested for a refund or have it resent and they claimed to not have received it. My Auspost app says it was returned and when I called auspost they confirm in had been sent back to them. The company is non responsive. Terrible customer service.
