Good Quality Furniture and Excellent Customer Service – This is my first purchase through Our furniture Warehouse, but it will not be my last. Quality furniture at a reasonable price. The staff are experienced, responsive, friendly and helpful - from customer service through to delivery. Highly recommend!

Service was punctual and polite as with delivery, however product purchased of poorest quality imaginable – Crystalbrook queen frame should not be on the market. Inferior design, structurally unsound, roughly manufactured in Vietnam out of flimsy materials. $1000 dollars down the drain.

Wonderful end to end service! You don't see that too often these days – I purchased a TV unit. As it happened, they arrived into them within 3 weeks and they shipped them all the way to us some 2200 K´s away for an overall price which was cheaper than buying from Johnny´s. That´s amazing and as their website reads, we deliver all of Australia and I can confidently confirm that they do, ours arrived today about a month after leaving Adelaide. RESULT! DON'T BUY if you are outside of Adelaide – Sounds like they treat you great if you are in Adelaide and go to their shop! I see all these reviews about how wonderful it is that they remove and the packing put it together for you. Well forget that if you're out of Adelaide - its's dump and run.

I asked if the couch I was ordering would stay together since it was in 2 pieces and was told of course! It just clips together! it doesn't. I was told it would "just swivel out", like I'm stupid. Just use the alligator clips! There is literally nothing on this couch that swivels and there most certainly are no alligator clips.

It came with all these plastic L shape parts and screws. No instructions on what they are for, no holes for any of this to go into. But they treated me again like I was stupid for not just knowing to screw random bits somewhere into this couch. I'm so upset that I bought from this company, they just took the money and left me with parts.

As I write there is no resolution, just brushoffs acting like I'm stupid from them. Please, don't give these people your money if you're out of Adelaide, they treat you with contempt.

Excellent easy and friendly – I have purchased twice online from this company and have had the easiest transactions both times. Best service ever – Never had such great friendly online service. Was looking for a cuddle chair that was way more expensive at other stores and found it easy on Our Furniture Warehouse site. After very quick replies to my email made the purchase and the chair was delivered to VIC within 3 days. The quality of the chair is oustanding and it looks amazing and so comfortable.
