NO STARS - Crooks selling junk – Thieves. The items are nothing like images and literally rubbish. Return policy will not honor the poor workmanship and they will make you post to China at a fee of $50 postage and then tell you afterwards that they will refund the item NOT the postage. I am yet to see any money returned. Crooks

SCAM – I ordered two YETI cups in December and never received my merchandise although the money was taken out of my account. It is now April and company stopped answering emails and their phone is now disconnected. I have asked numerous times to have my money refunded and have never gotten A response.

Don't buy from OutdoorsOnline! – i ordered Dec 2,2016, 59.98 was taken out of my account Dec 5, 2016 I've emailed several times all i get is it was back ordered but its in stock now and will be shipped in 5-8 business days, of course product never comes, I've asked for a refund...still no product no refund 4-16-2017.

called every day. Also tried using the live chat they claim is 24/7. Still nothing. Now when I call the phone number has been disconnected. Also have sent numerous messages. Still waiting for any kind of response. I am very disappointed with Outdoors Oline and want to make sure others don't get taken advantage of. I would not waste your money on this company.

Wondering if I have been swindled – I placed two separate orders with this company. The first was Nov. 15, 2016 when I ordered 3 Yetti tumblers to give as Christmas gifts. The price paid in full up front was $89.97. The second was on Nov 23, 2016 when I ordered 3 leakproof lids and straws to accompany the tumblers for $37.96 paid in full. not have my orders. I have contacted them several times, only getting replies 3 times with different answers every time. First was "we did not estimate the overwhelming response to our sale and they are on backorder. The second one was "We just received shipment of the orders and they will be filled in and ready for shipment in the next 8-14 days." The last one on Jan 11th when they said the order must have gotten lost in transit and a replacement order was requested. "Wish should ship out within 5 to 8 business days." and "10-15 business days for delivery". Worst case scenario I SHOULD have my order by February 14th for the first order. It seems to me that I have been fooled. I either was swindled out of $127.93. or they have taken how many more customers money to give themselves an interest free loan. Either way I wonder how much money is involved with unknown amount of orders by honest customers like myself. It is amazing how this company claims they have a 5 star rating. No company, no matter how good they are can totally please everyone. I will give this company until Feb. 14th to receive my orders in full. If not I will file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible service – I placed a large order on 12/12. I made numerous calls, emails and chats. I spoke to a person once and they assured me the order would be prioritized and sent right away. That was 3 weeks ago. I have received nothing! So frustrating. This is obviously a scam and I want my money back!

TERRIBLE Service – I ordered one purple Yeti Tumbler December 3, 2016 and have not received a thing. I have emailed. I have called and no one answers or replies to messages or emails. It is unsettling to think how much money these people are making for zero service. This is straight up theft!!

Service is horrible – Order 12/16/16, have tried about a dozen times to get an order status via live chat, email and phone and only once actually got someone on live chat and the information was bogus.

could refuse the order when it came. Of course they could sent an email w/ the order status. I was told I would receive the cup in 5-8 days. It has been 10 days and still nothing. I feel that I have lost my $35 dollars as I'll never receive the cup nor get a refund. Do not order from this company. I don't know how they still have an online business. I only give them one star because the site won't allow me to not select anything. They don't even deserve the one star.

Still Waiting 45 days later – I ordered 14 coated yetis on December 1, 2016. I have only received 9 and the rest are sitting in Shanghei China post office according to UPS tracking. They have been sitting there since December 24th. I have requested refunds with the same issue. They want to charge me for a return I have not even received. When you call you cannot get a live person. I hope no one else has to go thru this.

I have emailed the company many times any nothing has com back. i have called them and was told that they were waiting on what i had ordered to come in . I would like a refund , however the phone number is dis connected . I paid by credit card and might be able to retrieve my money through them.

terrible service – The product i received was not the one that was advertised and this was 4 weeks after i had originally ordered it. When i called to inform them that the product i received was not the same one they confirmed that i was correct but did not offer an apology nor a refund/exchange. I had even emailed them before ordering to confirm the product and they still got it wrong! Will not order from them again.

I have had the same problems with Outdoors Online Australia – Terrible. I placed an order mid November. Have phoned, emailed got a few responses. Now there phones are disconnected and i cant get in contact with them at all. Do not place an order. You should be able to get your money back from the bank after 30 days. I recommend everyone reads the reviews in future next time. Goods not delivered

Not happy! – I placed an ordered in early October and have not yet received it. I have emailed to company but have had no response. Today I have been trying to access the web site and call but it won't let me on and the number seems disconnected :( I really want my order just not sure how I go about getting it now. Order not received – Yep, I ordered in Oct 2012, for a birthday present. I have paid for goods, not received. Lots of calls and today 10/12/12 their phone numbers disconnected. Hopeless – Found a product at a great price, and bought online. I heard nothing word from the store for approx 4 weeks, then starting calling often to check progress of order, then after a few more weeks, started calling daily. and somehow no consignment number being generated. This eroded all trust I had in the seller. After 53 days of waiting for a product to arrive, I requested a refund with Outdoors Online and Paypal. Money received. Thankfully. Bought the item at another store and it was received two days later. Though the seller sounds like a nice bloke, I would not purchase from this store and would recommend people avoid it, because with these business practices, the seller will not be in business long. Business owner does answer the phone most of the time. Failed to call me back at agreed time, everytime. Story for delay continually changed.

Paid for item and not received – I bought 2 items 3 months ago and still have not received them yet I have emailed and phoned 5 times and been told they will be sent out. The excuse that was given was awaiting stock or that they have been so busy that they are running behind with orders. There was always an excuse and a promise that the goods would be sent. They have still to arrive. I didn't get the goods I paid for only excuses.

I will not be dealing with Ountdoors online again. I would suggest everyone to review other comments before placing an order with Ourtdoors Online to avoid the heartache and extra expenses of trying to retrieve ordered items.

manufacturer, despite my contract being with him. He says he has fulfilled his obligations once he sent the swags. He has refused any refund as he says it is user error, no product he sells can withstand a tropical downpour/rain. Neither of our tents leaked (although they were not purchased from him), just water leaked into the swags at the low lying zip areas. I had intended to include his response including his admission that his products do not hold up to heavy rain but he told me he could take legal action, he says that is not a threat though, he says he was just telling me and I should carefully think about my actions.

Everything, very poor customer service and business practices

I got was obfuscation and eventually a tracking number for Australia Post that resulted in "no items found". Phoned again and was told he'd ring AusPost and call back in 20 minutes. Never happened.

I think this outfit is fraudulent.
