Amazing quality service
I just received 2 sleeping bags(snugpak jungle bag terrain)purchased online. The online experience Amazing! Was kept up-to-date and tracking number provided. Inside my carefully packaged goods i recived a beautiful handwritten note(hardly seen these days a company to do that,I'm so grateful i purchased from you!) The sleeping bag i opened up and without any issues fits comfortably and a suprize bonus, i received emergency survival blanket(OMG! who does that these days?!?!) I have to say,the amount of detail this company has put into my simple order is A++ from me and have now gone back on their site to purchase another item i cant find elsewhere(knowing i am getting Quality service, quality goods and postage on time!!) A big THANK YOU!! Show details
Absolute professionalism from this company
I have purchased from Survival Supplied on two occasion and both times I have been blown away with the professionalism of thos company. This company is run the way any online retailer should run theirs, they are fast to respond, quick to package up orders and they communicate very well.
I can not praise the experience when dealing with this company enough as it seems companies like this are becoming rare.
I will happily purchase from them again, simply because they do their job well and offer lots of great products.

I recently purchased a hiking back pack from Survival Supplies Australia. I contacted them through Facebook messenger and they were able to help me out with my inquiries immediately. Their prices were competitive and best of all, I didn’t have to purchase this item overseas and was able to get what I needed from an Australian stockist. Payment options were brilliant as well, offering far more than options than many other suppliers. Will certainly buy from here again! Show detailsFaultless Supplier
I ordered a Solo Stove Titan. Firstly, the item arrived in a timely manner with transparent tracking. But then, there was a small fault with the top section of the Stove. I emailed a comment to Survival about this. Without any quibbling, Survival had a replacement part in the mail with express post immediately! The new part was perfect. The real test of a company is how they deal with problems like this. Survival Supplies are an extremely good company. Doesn't get any better than this. Show detailsRecommended honest company
I have ordered a few items off SSA over the years.Prices always fair, service and communication good, and delivery quick form WA to Vic.
I had an issue with one order and the item was defective ( item was unopened from manufacturer so SSA could not have known). Wasn't a problem and SSA sent a new item and paid for return shipping.
I recommend them.
Oh, and they aren't nasty deceitful drop shippers. They actually have stock. Show details
