Brought a Panasonic 5Kw wall system, after installing discovered the unit was very close 3 years old. You don't expect to buy a system that is already three years old from sitting around the warehouse. Very unfair. Pat from Adelaide.

Great purchasing experience – Superb service. Stace was able to get straight back to me with availability in a local warehouse and coordinated getting them to me on the same day I ordered them. It is rare to receive that level of service, thanks so much Stace. I wouldn't hesitate to use Oz Air Online again.

Online Daiken purchase – Shopped around on-line and made several phone calls to other companies for a Daiken 3.5kw split system. These guys were responsive and competitive (not the cheapest) but gave me more confidence being able to speak with someone in a timely manner prior to purchase. Unfortunately, this positive experience was tarnished by an interaction with another staff member named Mick. When I simply sent a text message inquiring about the delivery time slot (morning or afternoon), Mick's response was unprofessional and condescending. This single interaction significantly impacted my overall impression, as excellent customer service should be a consistent experience across all touchpoints, including SMS communication.

Despite this negative encounter, I would still consider recommending Oz Air Online based on the positive aspects of my experience. However, I believe additional customer service training for all staff members, including those handling SMS communication, could be beneficial in ensuring a consistently positive customer experience.

Didn't have product in stock as marked on website – Good price but listed the air-conditioners as "in-stock" on their website when they didn't have any. Had to wait a month for them to get stock and deliver.

Great Aircon & Fast Delivery / Poor WiFi Controller – The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split system I purchased is great and Oz Air delivered it to my home in 48 hrs. Dream come true – For a while I have been thinking of replacing my outdated aircon unit. Couldn’t decide who to go with. I was looking for reliable and affordable service. Aircon Deflector - It works, well! – Aircon inverter was struggling with over 40c days as it was located close to fence and drawing in hot air. Once deflector was installed the output air was directed above the fence, as such the inverter was able to draw in cooler air and work less. Haven’t had an issue since.
