Do not buy from this company - They have terrible communication, I ordered an item from them they told me it was out of stock but gladly took my money, followed up within two weeks later they sent me an email, I could order another item or my money back , I asked for a refund. It’s been 5 weeks and still no refund. I contacted my bank. Shoulnt have to do this. Terrible company I will never buy through them again. Show details

Total scammers - I ordered and apid for a shed and got a curt reply weeks and weeks later saying - "Too bad, we're out of business." Take them to court and make the owners pay their credtiors. One Star is far too much! Show details

I wish I read others reviews first. they stole my money and they are saying goodbye to us all. people scamming others should get prison sentence and their assets should be sold to cover people loses. otherwise 5 minutes later they open another scam under different name. Show details

I ordered 2 bed bases online on 7 April 2026. Over the next 2 weeks I contacted the store a couple of times to get an ETA of receiving the bases. April. To date (11 May) I have still not received my refund, nor have I been contacted by them. I have followed up again today and look forward to the next response. Very disappointing and I will not be shopping with them again.

Dang, looks like I have been scammed too. I followed up on delivery and was advised it would be 01.05.26. I followed up again and no response. Requested a refund. I don't expect to received that either.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I received half my order and no refund for the other half. They are happy to take your money and not deliver the order in full. Then they will offer you 3 options. time frame and after not advising you in the first place that the item is on back order).

Half the order was not delivered due to being on "back order", I was never advised these items were on back order and was only advised when I questioned why they weren't delivered along with the other half of the order.

* 6/04/2026 - Order placed with Oz Goods Depot for 2 x mattresses and 2 x bed frames. Money paid in full.

* Tracking information was provided for both mattresses and bed frames with Hunter Express as the carrier.

* 20/04/2026 - 2 x mattresses were delivered but no bed frames. Contacted Oz Goods Depot to be told they would investigate where the frames were. I then contacted Hunter Express the freight carrier who advised they only received consignment details for 2 x mattresses and the bed frames may be with another delivery carrier.I passed this information along to Oz Goods Depot for a second tracking number to be provided. I was advised there was only one tracking number for all 4 items ordered.

* 21/04/2026 - Received an email stating the bedframes were actually on back order and they gave me some options with refund being one of those options. I immediately requested a refund for the undelivered items due to the fact it was never stated when ordering that these items were not in stock, however they still took the funds and did not notify me the items were unavailable until I questioned why the items were not delivered with the mattresses. Upon investigating the company further, they have a terrible history of taking money for items that are not in stock and NOT issuing promised refunds for unavailable/undelivered items.

* 22/04/2026 - Emailed Oz Goods Depots again after no response to refund email.

* 23/04/2026 - Emailed Oz Goods Depots again after no response to refund email. Have advised them that bank dispute has been sent. I have now also reported them to ACCC and will continue to leave reviews on every site possible.

I ended up ordering frames via Bunnings marketplace. Order placed 22/04/2026, order arrived today with no dramas from Bunnings.

I will never shop with OZ Good Depot again. Such a dodgy business.

Terrible, “Scammy” business! cancelled (but no refund given yet) as they have no stock! So, they get orders by lying that they have items and then stall and delay untill they get them or the customer give up! Horrendous business!

I was prompted to put my email and phone number in to find out the shipping cost of an item. I never ended up making an order, but I have received a multitude of texts and emails from them since. They give the option to ‘opt out’ yet disregard any attempt to cease promotional messages. I have had to block the number, as these are only some of the messages I have received from them.

because your landscaping deadline came before the product that you ordered months in advance, they won’t issue a refund because it has allegedly already been shipped. The tracking ID has always said completed. We do not have the product. We lodged a complaint with our bank and they refunded us. And now this company are calling US thieves suggesting we have intentions of receiving the product and not paying, and have even threatened to refer us to their legal team.

We did pay, but because we didn’t receive it, (because they didn’t ship it) the bank refunded us. (Still haven’t received the product btw). It’s known in the world of business that mistakes happen but it’s how it’s corrected that shows the true core of a company…. Well this is their core. We chased them up several times prior to lodging this with the bank, they responded once on 5 March, saying the product was delayed until end of March, we had landscaping booked the week after Easter, so we needed it by a certain date, so when it didn’t arrive at the end of March, we had to urgently make other arrangements. The icing on the cake is the threatening email saying we are being referred to their legal team as we have the intention to receive goods and not pay for them - just to reiterate…we paid, no items have been received, the bank refunded, the goods are still not here, BUT they are referring us to their legal team. Bring it on. I can’t wait for the call.

Stay away from this company selling products that are not in stock , notify you pretending to offer alternatives but refuse to actually answer to what the alternative product is , when pressed for an answer they cancel order ( can only communicate via email & correspondence is dismal / unsatisfactory

Does not accurately show what is actually in stock and what isn't, but will take your money anyway. Do not trust this store, I'm now trying for a refund after getting stuffed around and it has caused difficulty with a birthday present!

you have a look at these reviews on multiple pages you will see the same people's names providing different reviews saying different stuff but all under each other?????? When completing the review it says it will verify the review, when I completed it did verify my email, but surprise surprise my review has not been published!!

I guess I learn from companies like theirs's and should have looked more in depth about the external platform reviews that people leave on the company that are averaging a 1-2 star, rather than the fudged reviews that you state on website and Facebook page.

Be aware that "FAST" delivery is not fast at all and due to "EXTREMELY SLOW" as they justify 7 days for delivery from Melbourne to the Gold Coast as fast.

Also not one ounce of personal care or understanding was accepted about the "SLOW" delivery which they consider fast. They need to clearly state that 7 days is fast. Due to their "fast" delivery I went on holidays before it arrived 10 days after ordering, therefore by the time I returned it fell outside their 14 days return for change of mind, only because of your "SLOW DELIVERY".

Quote from them directly "We do not accept threats, including threats to publish misleading or defamatory statements. Our reviews are genuine, independently submitted, and not controlled or manipulated by our business.

Any suggestion otherwise is incorrect. Should false or defamatory information be knowingly published or distributed, we reserve all rights to seek legal advice and pursue appropriate action."

Nothing on here is incorrect and clearly their own website reviews of 4.7/5 by 500, that appear verified do not state the person's email address and with multiple reviews on multiple pages by the same name is not so genuine.

had been processed and would take 2–5 days. Seven days passed with no refund, so I lodged a complaint with PayPal. Conveniently, the refund was only actually processed today, immediately after I opened the dispute. Now I have to wait yet another 5 days to receive my money. If there was zero stars I would give them that! I ordered a product waited for ages then they inform me it’s out of stock. I requested a refund which they said they processed but after nearly 3 weeks I’ve still not received it. They just keep saying it’s been done and they will not correspond with me any more. I’ve asked for payment receipt from them but they won’t provide it!
