VERY good – I was concerned about my delivery taking so long; Oz Med agent Simon explained that delivery can sometimes be delayed - he gave me not only the tracking number, but two tracking SYSTEMS to use!! Delivery then showed up with a bonus 20% quantity FREE OF CHARGE!! Will certainly use this company again - AND recommend them to my friends.

Totally Fine experience and Delivery 2 weeks – Ordered again in spite of a few negative reviews on here (noted they are from last year and older during Covid). Great experience for me. Emails / communication was always pretty speedy. So OK : as they say, the delivery is about 2 weeks. Thats the price of getting decent generics from overseas i guess. Meds worked as good as ever. Will order again.

Appauling service after 10years of commitment – Place and paid for order and after not a confirmation nit even a word 6weeks later and all emails being ignored I pay high frieght also to get medication promptly and again 6weeks and nothing but ignored emails after being with this company since 2011 I would highly not recommend highly dissappinted

consequently you will almost certainly find that emails from this company, relating to your order, will be automatically filled in your spam folder at best. So look there, first! That's where I found mine.

The communication was perfect.

The goods did take a couple of weeks, but that was what I expected as it had been stated all along.

Payment was made by bank transfer, without issues, and was acknowledged swiftly.

The products have been as advertised so far, and I have no complaints.

Pricing is roughly in line with competitors.

Previously, I've used a site which no longer exists, Oz Pills, and was sad to see them go. I am very pleased to have found a legitimate replacement, and I don't hesitate to recommend them.

A lot of people seem to get it confused that [Name Removed] is “deliberately” withholding their money or their orders when in fact it always comes down to an international customs issue or spam filters blocking, to which is out of his control and he goes above and beyond to provide tracking numbers and inform customers of when this occurs. Due to the nature of the products being sold, there are a lot of grey areas with international postage that a lot of people don’t seem to understand. I cannot recommend OZ Meds Direct enough, given that i have been a customer for many years now and although due to customs issues the wait times can vary, [Name Removed] very much goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience for all of his customers.

Can't complain – I knew from my last order 3 years ago that the meds will be shipped from India so a bit of patience is required. I submitted my order, paid via online banking and didn't hear back for 2 weeks (room for improvement). I sent a friendly email to see if my payment has been received (not a complaint) and got a prompt reply with an apology and 10 extra pills as compensation for the delay. A few days later my package arrived and I couldn't be happier.

Be Patient – Agree that this business could do much better with their communication but as I've found several times before if you are patient then you will be satisfied. I ordered 30 tablets and was sent 50 as an apology for the extended waiting time. The product is first class, the communication is third class. It is not a scam and the company does exist, people should be more careful when making accusations that are untrue.

Legit. But you must be patient – This site is legit, but you have to be patient. Be prepared to see your order in "Pending" status for a while while the order is being processed. If you get concerned, just send the site owner an email. He usually responds in a day or so (or a few days max).

Delivered – Mine were delivered by Aus Post. I emailed the site to follow up. Simon Responded. Simon responded with tracking number and I received within the next 10 days. Had an extra 10 for the delay. His site has paused taking orders at the moment so I would say buy at your own risk.

Yes slow to respond lately but did refund – The website is having problems of late due to supply issues and customs delaying clearance. I did get my refund.

Scammers do not buy you won't receive product – Paid $200 for tablets did not receive, scammers impossible to contact even through email

They ae not a scam, just getting difficult to run their business – My Payment went through and 6 weeks on, I didnt have my delivery. Simon refunded me my money stating it was hard to get things through customs now. He is not a scammer and has an Austraia Bak account to pay into.

Scammers – The other reviews are correct. These guys take your money and do not deliver, impossible to contact - 100% scammers - do not use their services.
