good reviews aren't true. I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company. I have spent more that $1,500.00 for 4 x 4g Solar Cameras which have never work since I got them earlier this year. What a disgrace

I was shipped the incorrect product. Attempts at contact eventually succeeded. I was offered some choices in terms of refund or replace etc. I replied with my preferences via text and email more than once and I have had no further contact from them. For me, how a business deals with problems is more revealing than how they deal with everything running smoothly. That puts these guys in the DO NOT RECOMMEND category for me.

Ordered 3 security cameras and only received 2. Tried calling them ,sent messages but no answer. Do not buy from them. Its a shame they promote themselves as an aussie company. Shame on you

I have 3 cameras from this company 2 PTZ solar powered 1 PTZ which I use inside they are excellent cameras from a great company with excellent back up for help or information

To be honest they are for my grandchildren at Christmas, they certainly are small, but perfect for small hands ✋️, charged quickly , so all ready on Christmas day. Only one issue, this product isn’t exactly on the cheap side, they come with great reviews....but the box it comes in looks like it came from a cheap store.

These guys are thieves. Happy to take your call when trying to sell you something, no comms once you have paid. I paid for a solar camera setup. Never delivered,. Tried via consumer affairs to get my money back, and even they couldn't get a hold of them. Running a fictional company Stay far far away..

Please be aware!! Extremely poor service and complete RIP off. I am seeking applying to VCAT/ Tribunal as these guys are complete scumbags and cheaters. I have paid them 2.5 months ago and still haven't received the camera. I have been promised several times but still nothing.

It's is not worth the risk in buying from Oz Security Camera Warehouse.
