I've written off the $85, the kicker is that the winch they incorrectly sent, wasn't packaged in any way, and looks like it would last about 30 seconds.

Awful service ordered product on the 8 February 2026, still have not received item or an update on the order. Takes a long time to return emails and does not answer phone. Do not recommend this site at all.

I placed an order on line with Ozanda on the 3rd March 2026 for a disability rail to help my mother in law. now the 19th March 2026 and I have heard nothing. I have emailed Ozanda twice and phoned them once. nothing ever happens, an ETA is all I need.

Avoid at all costs. I paid for an item that never arrived. When you call up via the Australian number, you are then directed overseas and they just hang up on you. Luckily I paid via PayPal.

Got these extenders to lift a folding table and they’ve been spot on. Build quality is better than expected and the table stays steady. Simple to set up and does exactly what it’s meant to

already given me a tracking number, so my item should be with the courier right. Wrong. 5 days pass courier website still can't find my item that was allegedly sent with them. The latch is solid and well made. The metal feels strong, and the latch moves smoothly without sticking. Installation was quick and easy, and it fits my gate perfectly. It looks firmly in place and gives me peace of mind knowing the gate is secure.

Steer well clear – What a dishonest and fraudulent bunch on crap hats. I paid for my goods and with express post. After 2 days I asked for a tracking number, no reply. Another 7 days later I ask again. Goods are finally sent straight after the email is read, they then reply and say oh there is a problem with the delivery address. There wasn't you just showed how dishonest you are. Admit to your mistakes crap.
