Was in the literal middle of Australia (Marla, South Australia), when my drivers side electric window stopped working. Diagnosed the issue, ordered a new regulator and chose express post. Ordered on Saturday and received on Thursday - unheard of in this location. Price was brilliant, under $80 delivered, window was fixed in less than a week. Excellent customer service, will definitely use again and recommend to others!
Ordering from Ozeparts was easy. The tailgate I ordered was a perfect fit, easy to install and looks great. Delivery was fast and the part was properly packed. Communication with Ozeparts was very good and i'd be happy to deal with this company again.

Ordered Left&Right tail lights for 2010 Hilux 2WD, the left side is good perfect fit but the right side had problem of the slot of light bulb was not correct, wrong position so I had to modify it to fit and also the glue of this side not good. Show details

I just picked up my car after having these profesionally fitted, both of them are starting to build a foggy/moisture residue on the inside, the whole reason i bought brand new headlights was because one headlight i had a crack and was experiencing a similar issue. now as I spent alot of money on my car and new headlights was supposed to be the finishing touch. The drivers side headlight is also very sharp around the edges and does not fit 100% as it should.

Ok so the tail light came promptly which was good, what wasn't good was when fitted it gave our Prado 2 error codes that would not clear after trying several processes. After taking it to our mechanic he came up with taking the old wiring loom out of the old tail light and fitting it to the new tail light, this allowed the codes to be cleared. This took 2hrs and $75 ....... TO SAY WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THIS OUTCOME WOULD BE UNDERSTATING IT

later, my headlights arrived. I'm very impressed with the packaging. These guys really care about your order arriving in perfect condition. I watched a You tube upload and read some comments. Pulled a few torx screws, a handful of 10mm bolts, old lights out. Fitted globes to my new headlights and installation was a reverse of removal. The headlights look good and work properly. My original headlights were too far gone to repair. I now have, bright, clear, well lit beams once again. Thank you to all involved with my order. You have won me and my recommendations to friends and family.

Follow-up · In reference to questions asked, delivery timeframe was around 3-4 days. Product arrived within 3 days so exactly as advertised. Product was well packaged and the likelyhood of any damage occuring in transit was virtually nill. Product range is great for what I require, covers more or less evetything I can ever see me needing in future.

Absolutely vile customer service and I am taking this company to the ombudsman and consumer affairs because they have totally lied and ripped off a pensioner trying to fix his 66 year old mother’s car to get it relicensed. Unaustralian!

Very happy with the service from Ozeparts. I have an old EL Falcon that needed a front window regulator that gave up the ghost after nearly 30 years of service in my car. The Mechanic. quoted close to $250 for the part. I found it online at Ozeparts for $48. I was able to book the delivery 'express' and got it the next day. What turned out to be a possible nightmare turned into a 'breeze'.
Exceptional experience with customer support. I purchased a pair of sequential turn signals and unfortunately one had a manufacturing defect. I informed Ozeparts about the problem and after sending them a short video outlining the issues a replacement part was shipped in a couple of days. No issues at all with part replacement and customer service was great.

Aus post lockers at the shopping centre. Now item has been returned to the seller in which he was rude and have since cancelled my order. They made the mistake by allocating to the wrong courier and now it’s me that is left to organise new parts elsewhere for a roadworthy. Steer clear. They simply don’t care about the inconvenience and ship out when it suits them.
