like a bit of marketing magic, however, i can confirm i have never had a more positive experience, and the results are exactly as promised, lower latency and never experience any significant lulls in performance/latency/speed. I was experiencing daily drops in latency which i was certain was due to congestion which superloop and leaptel attested was not correct. Moving ISP to Ozot, and that's a thing of the past, cost a little bit extra, but you get what you pay for here, and id much rather spend 10-20$ extra a month than spend 3+ hours a day trying to fix my internet when i want to just come home and play my game and unwind in the afternoon.

I’ve had a really good experience with Ozot overall. The connection has been the best I’ve had in a long time, especially considering the challenges with the Sydney–Perth routing in the past. My ping has been around 55 ms, which is the lowest I’ve seen in a while and it has made a noticeable difference for online gaming.
The team has also been very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciate.
For someone who lives way up north in Yanchep, this has been the best service I’ve used so far. I can imagine it would be even better for someone living further down south.
Overall, this is the best connection I’ve had recently, and I’m hopeful the stability will continue to remain strong. The support from the team has been excellent.

Follow-up · A. Latency for games continues to sit at the 45ms range at all times. I tend to be the lowest ping in-game for Perthians. B. The latency is stable - no noticeable variations during sessions. C. The modem advice was primarily for non-FTTP connections where the DSL chip was required. But showed the technical and support expertise.
Definately one of the best internet providers i have ever had, customer support is out of this world, dropped ping when playing on OCE servers from 75-80 to a constant 59 on most games, and when playing anything EU from 390-440 down to about 200-210. Show details

Couldn’t be happier with Ozot. My latency is the lowest it’s ever been, consistently lower than the mates I play with. There’s also next to no jitter - highest I’ve seen my ping vary throughout the game is 5ms, but it’ll usually stay within 1ms. Complete game changer. Ozot gaming – Best isp in perh for serious gamers. Tried other isp's, but only ozot can do it with such reliable consistency.

Great service with top-notch customer support – I've been using Ozot since mid 2023, and the experience has been phenomenal. I have not experienced drop outs, the connection is incredibly stable, and their efforts to drive down ping, jitter, and packet loss is not matched. another player for them to turn around and one shot me to taking down those mofos before they could turn around. In game it felt different than before, it felt "instant". I pop a shot, my client sees it, the enemy registers it too. No drop outs, solid stable connection and churn was easy as rebooting my router once my internet dropped out. I understand how QoS works and why typical speed tests won't show. The easiest way to explain is this. Lets say you have a speed of 50. QoS will reserve a portion of that for gaming traffic, lets just say 10. That 10 will be prioritised over any other traffic like netflix meaning if gaming data and netflix data is flowing in, your gaming data will always come first. Because that 10 is reserved, any speed test will show 40 because the speed test isn't going to use the reserved gaming QoS because the speed test isnt gaming traffic. V-Rally had limited understanding and there will always be people who are too self righteous to listen. As for the invoice, its not gibberish. Take a look, its a unique ID. You can't please them all, especially the ones with double digit IQ.
Performed average for 1 day – The internet service itself ran pretty much below average of what you would expect from any other provider. They said they were going to investigate and so because they'd always *instantly* reply to my emails I was happy for the time being. I was happy enough to pay my bill before due date. It seemed like once the payment had processed, playing any games online became impossible as every game I would jitter, stutter,teleport along uncontrollably. They also stopped replying and the invoice i received in the email was gibberish..
Once I got the invoice I hit up my bank to dispute the transaction. Problem solved. Just don't mess with this#$$^!
Good internet with good ping – Good ping for my fps shooters. Great tech support with fast responses if you need assistance. Only downside is the max download speed for an NBN connection is 100mbps but for gaming you don’t need this as much as ping so I’m happy. E-sports edge, great customer service – Customer service has been amazing with OZOT which is a major relief after all the issues I have had with Telstra. Gaming on Apex servers to Singapore ping is now between 50-60ms for me compared to 75-90ms with Telstra, no packet loss issues. I have the edge in connection over my mates! Ping to Sydney is 40-50ms again about 20ms better that Telstra was. I've been very happy with the service so far, no issues streaming movies etc. Show details
Couldn't recommend Ozot enough – Firstly I have to say support is authentic not sitting on the call to Telstra for 3 hours to get a response you already knew. Seccondly U sit on around 54 ping from Midland while playing Warzone and other call of duty titles which is fantastic for Perth internet. There was always network spikes which was a major disadvantage in competitive gaming such as CS:GO or Valorant. The only way to prevent this was kicking the family off the network while gaming, which was very selfish and unfair...
A quick Google search for "Gaming internet", I stumbled upon Ozot. A Perth based internet provider catered specifically for "Gaming".
Reading through the homepage you quickly realise they market themselves as "Quickest Ping & Prioritises Game Traffic etc..." Which was great as I previously tried setting up QoS, but failed because the settings weren't syncing properly due to the modem being bridged in AP mode. Thankfully Ozot rectified this and prioritises gaming traffic without needing anything to do on my end.
I had nothing to lose so I decided to give them a try. Compared to my previous providers, the difference has been amazing! All my ping and packet loss issues are finally fixed and non-existent.
The NBN 100/40 (Platinum) can easily handle large households. For perspective, my family has 6 people. We have multiple devices consuming high bandwidth throughout the day.

• 3x 2K CCTV recording footage and uploading to the cloud
• Multiple mobile phones
• Multiple smart home devices
Beware... The plans they offer are slightly more expensive compared to other competitors. It's worth it if you want the best, you get what you pay for!
The aftercare service is 10/10. I had some technical queries regarding setting up custom DNS Adblocking. I sent Oliver an email at 10:30PM AWST, thinking I'd get a response the next business day. To my surprise he replied in a couple of minutes and guided me through it, which was really nice of him as it wasn't related to problems with the service.
All in all, awesome Perth based ISP provider, and superb customer care!
