myself!. 11 hours with 2 very slow blokes cost me $1580 for a 2 bedroom apartment move! No invoice or receipt provided. Damaged my BBQ and furniture and actually kept a few of my items?. Very slow and unprofessional. Also did damage to walls in common area and not only refused liability but actually disconnected both their mobile phone numbers and replaced with a robot voice now for bookings. A nightmare experience! they should be shut down!

Ozziee Movers were one of the cheapest quotes we got for our move. 3 Bedroom double storey. They responded well to all my queries. On the day the move went smooth, the guys packed all our stuff with great care and used lots of blankets and straps to ensure we had no damage. Keep up the spirits, Ozziee Movers! – We engaged Ozzieee Movers to move our furniture and household items and they did an excellent professional job and completed the work ahead of the stipulated duration. The persons who came for the job were very polite and carried out the job with a smiling face!!

EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE – Ozzie moved our apartment - arrived on time, packed and unloaded within 2.5 hours. The guys were friendly , worked hard and took care with our furniture. Would use again!

Word of advice: do not make payment until you have thoroughly checked and verified that all work has been completed to an acceptable standard. They may pressure you to pay early, but stand your ground and insist on supervising the completed work before releasing payment.

When i called to see what was going on, the lady on the phone was extremely rude, tried to offer me the next day, to which i declined as I wasn’t taking another day off work. Her reply was “well if you don’t accept the offer then that is YOU cancelling us, therefore wont be refunded”. She hung up on me when I told her how ridiculous that is. rental property. They claimed I paid for a "end of lease" clean in lieu of a "bond clearance clean" for my 3 bedroom rented home - don't know what the difference is ??? Upshot of it all is that I am out of pocket another $350 and worse off for the experience. Don't get caught like I did !!! end-of-lease cleaning service, but this is misleading. The shower, blinds, and oven were still dirty in my 2x1 apartment. They failed to deliver on their advertised services. I plan to file a complaint with consumer protection, as I have proof that they did not perform the proper cleaning job. I hope this lady learns her lesson and understands the importance of customer service and proper manners.

Knowing this I reached out to them via phone only to be met with declined calls, then via email, and then via the one flare website, this was the only way I was able to contact them, trying to get a refund from the company as their services were not provided, only to be met with excuses and lies. So unprofessional and appalling customer service – They just cancelled on me this morning saying their staff called in sick. This is after they confirmed the job yesterday at 2.43 pm after receiving my deposit of $200 out of a $275 job. Moving a 3×2×2 house here and I just don't know what to do!!! pack like a mad thing. Was told they would arrive between 7:30am - 9am. This kept changing and did not get picked until close to one. Only one trained removalist and a young boy who did not really know what he was doing but they were polite. All the boxes were left in the garage. The night before the move I had transferred some money via my bank account and $120 on the credit card. The next day the CC was still in progress and even though receipts were sent through the office person kept ringing me (8+) times to pay the extra. I did but before I could stop the CC payment it cleared. I am now waiting for the refund but have had no luck and am taking it further. The truck was not quite big enough for the move. It was a normal 3 X 2 and they were informed of this. When communicating for any reason with the office, I found them extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not listen to any of my concerns and talked over me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

another 2 hours “just in case they can make it today”. When asked if we could reschedule for the next day, we were told that no, we couldn’t because there’s nobody available to take on the job, but they can move us 2 days after our lease ends. My partner -who was sat beside me through the entire phone call- called back 10 minutes later and asked about the sink hole story, as a quick google showed no sink holes in Perth whatsoever, and the receptionist told him that she never said the truck was stuck in a sink hole, and claimed she didn’t know what a sink hole was. She said that she had told me the truck hit something and was stuck. After arguing with my partner back and forth and trying to yell over him while he spoke, he asked where the truck was, so we could go check it out. She then said the truck had been towed and was no longer stuck, but then went on to give out the clients address - down to the unit number in a retirement village - to my partner, who is a complete stranger. The lack of confidentiality the clients have is concerning. We drove to the address to see what condition the truck was in, as she had also told my partner that the truck is too damaged to move us the next day. When we arrived, we spoke to the movers - who were super lovely and helpful - who told us that they had driven over a curb, and the truck wasn’t damaged, nor did it stop them from working. The reason they were so late is because the receptionist booked the job in for a 3 hour time slot, knowing they would run over. They had been at the same job from 7am, and at this point it was 4pm, and they estimated they would still be there for another 2 hours. My partner called the office again, and the receptionist tried to tell him that she had informed both myself and the other contact person on the account the reason behind the delay. She spent the whole call lying to him until he told her that he was looking at the truck and had spoken to the driver, who told him a completely different story to what she had told us. He asked for a refund on our deposit, as the job would not be able to be completed within 24 hours of the arranged time frame through no fault of our own, and she hung up on him. When asked about the refund the next day, she was rude and gave horrendous attitude. Would not recommend the company, and I hope the removalists that work for the company are able to find somewhere better to work for, where their time is respected and they are appreciated by the office staff, as they were such lovely blokes.

were really helpful given the circumstances, ie , bed hadn't been dismantled as they were a day early. MIL was thrn told that the original day she booked was no longer available and had to wait another 2days for them to finish the job. She was charged a for the large truck, which was actually was broken, when questioned, the management was rude and dismissive and still charged her well over the quoted amount, without the MIL actually signing or giving authorisation. We are currently in the process of taking this further and just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

inexperience, job running well over time $$$$ because the professional removalist needs to train on the job, I felt for him.. the hand he was given, was a first day on the job, he didn’t even know what a furniture dolly was or how to use it. As for the Mangers/Owners, they have a disgusting attitude towards clients. I'm a director of an SME, and if one of my managers talked to a client the way I have been, it would be pack your box and go. They offered a 30min discount on the job, I haven’t taken it. At 3pm still no word to which we had to ring them to find out that the issue was an apparent ‘truck breakdown’ and would now be coming between 5-6pm! No apologies or discount offered despite the terrible communication on their end. At 4:30pm they then advised they were no longer able to make the job at all on that day and would need to reschedule to the following morning for an agreed upon time for 6-8am. Once again a no show! We had to ring AGAIN to follow up what was happening. Finally they show up at 9am with 2 guys but only 1 guy actually doing the work! The second guy absolutely useless with a clear lack of experience or common sense! A quick 1- 2 hour job then dragged out to 3-4 hours. I highly suspect there was no truck breakdown and that the business is so poorly run by clearly inexperienced people that don’t have an ounce of business or customer service experience. All other poor reviews were given the same excuse of a ‘truck breakdown’ I’d say they overbook and have no proper schedule whatsoever. Avoid at all costs!
