3 year old car full of issues
I bought a 3 year old Hyundai Santa Fe that I saw online. The sale process was okay. The finance lady was a little rude and not very helpful. I was hit with a few unexpected loan establishment fees. But my biggest issue was the car had issues that should have been fixed before being sold. One of the doors doesn’t seal completely. I only found out during highway driving. The tyres were bold. It cost me over a $1000 for a new set. The car needed a major wheel alignment. Another $100. The car is a 7 seater but the paperwork shows otherwise. This caused issues with my rego renewal. The car was dirty. They said that they were too busy to clean it. The windscreen had stone chips. The list goes on…. I do not recommend these guys
Bad customer service
Look at a Ford today went to the first ozzy car sales in Penrith and they said it’s done their at the other yard done the rd so went their on door it said contact this person we did on door and they said come done to that yard and I will bring it to you also when they answer they said are you gonna buy it ? My said if nothing wrong with it and we gotta test drive it
I was gonna test drive it but it was cutting and shaking making a noise said to the dealer when he came why it it doing that and making a noise, he said what noise? My partner cam...e over and said I can hear it aswell so I asked him if I can take it to a mechanic he asked witch one I said Penrith city automotive he said no!!!! We don’t deal with them You can take it to that mechanic over the rd but Penrith city tyre automotive are next door bit weird I didn’t even wanted to test drive at the end of it Sound bodgy to me I lost interest in the car from the lie he told me when he didn’t hear anything wrong with the car He sounded rude at the end of it because I said I will just leave it worst place ever never again!!!!!!! Also they didn’t even wanted to put the Ks on the add ? Because the Ks were 277000
Avoid avoid avoid, very disrespectful and arrogant
I tried to buy a car from them, they were not professional and lack customer service skills. Very careless salespersons and they couldn’t care less. I don’t recommend buying from them. Just be careful
Avoid Avoid Avoid - Aggressive And Rude
Rang the Minto car yard to innocently inquire about a vehicle for sale asking the usual questions - mileage, what quality checks had been done on the car, the usual inquiries about buying a used car. The so-called 'salesman' was inarticulate, could not answer simple questions, could not tell me what quality checks had been done on the car, and worse of all became highly aggressive on the phone yelling at me and making all sorts of crazy, untrue allegations after I suggested that 'roadworthiness' is part of the registration process and not consi...dered a dealer quality check. Rang back a second time to get his name to report to management. My call was answered by the receptionist and I was talking to her when he again came on the line and started yelling and screaming making all sorts of crazy allegations about racism etc. His behaviour can only be explained as highly irregular, strange, disturbing and unbalanced. Racism was not an issue, and race was not mentioned at any stage of our phone calls. Clearly he has a chip on his shoulder that has nothing to do with unsuspecting potential buyers!! Rang the Penrith yard and spoke with a male there. Was given owner's mobile number as I wanted to report the incident. Owner did not answer several calls to his mobile throughout the afternoon, did not return my call, did not respond to several text messages. I did, however, receive a barrage of ridiculous and threatening text messages from Ozzy Carsales' 'administration', which only stopped after I contacted Police and reported them. Even the threat of writing this review did not stop the barrage of harassment. After reading dozens of scathing reviews here now I know why. What is one more scathing review when you've already received so many!! My conclusions are this. Highly unprofessional. No idea how to talk to customers in a courteous way. No idea how to share relevant information about the cars they're selling. Zero interpersonal skills. Resistant to answering even basic questions about the quality of the merchandise. Reactive, aggressive, abusive and highly dishonest. I was told repeatedly the calls were being recorded, which of course they were not. If they were this salesperson - and I use the term loosely - would not have dared speak to me the way he did. If his boss heard him he would have been fired on the spot - one would hope. Although not so sure judging by the lack of response from the owner. Advice to consumers? Avoid avoid avoid. No potential buyer deserves this level of abuse from a business that has a long history of double-dealing and dishonest behaviour. Read the reviews and buyer beware. I think I've dodged a bullet. Because reading other reviews here it's clear that many consumers have been stung by Ozzy Carsales. So glad I'm not one of them and that all I had to put up with was verbal abuse and abusive text messages. I'm one of the lucky ones.
Don't buy car off these car yard there full of crap
There car yard at Penrith took how deposit money never passed our loan and keep our $500 [Name Removed] your full of crap stop screwing people up and telling them nonsense.
Rude Manager but salesman nice
So after test drive...we went to the office, the 'manager' asked our drive while he was busy with calls and infront of his computer. He was talking to us as we are not important client. Yes, the manager without customer service. We want to get the car but because of his attitude and we can pay in cash, we left the garage immediately!
Shonky as they get, do not buy a car here!!
I was looking for a used car, found some of their cars on a website, then after trying to find how many kilometers were on the engine, i gave up, because i realised they dont tell you the condition or engine age . they make you call them to find out, if you are interested. They were rude as heck! unprofessional and down right UN AUSTRASLIAN! they say there name is Ozzy Carsales but they do not act like Aussies at all, and a using crap buisness tactics to ripp uninformed people off..
Great service and very helpful
Very helpful and honest I went to ozzy car sales where I saw a car that was advertised for 18k I only had 17k and I told Abdul I needed the car urgently to drive to Queenland before they shut the boarder as I had my kids with me and I needed to get them home and he offered me the discount to get back home
Highly recommend these guys. In the the process of buying my second vehicle from them. Vehicles are reasonably priced. Very reliable and honest team. Thanks to the fine people at ozzy carsales.
I think some people must be mistaking Ozzy car sales for Oz car sales. The staff in Minto were extremely helpful and completely honest about everything. Great work. Highly recommend
They were so wonderful to me
I was put in a situation where I could not buy the car that I put a deposit on and the people there were very sympathetic to what had happened and helped me out with getting my deposit back and I am very thankful for their help

Ripped off big time!
We purchased a Ford Ranger, 4WD just over 12 months ago. Nothing but trouble, and have had to spend a small fortune (yes, we have the insurance which is 3rd party, and absolutely useless!), one thing after another, cracked head now. Paid $10 000 plus insurance, then about $4500 in repairs and now traded in elsewhere for $3000! Called them, basically they just keep lying. They knew this car had major faults, advised us that they were fixed, however, unable to obtain those receipts! You live and learn, never again. He did say however, bring it back and I may give you $5000 trade in. No thanks. It would seem by these reviews, we are not the only ones who have been ripped off big time.
Avoid like the plague
Bought a 2015 Falcon from OCS in March. Literally, as I was about to get in the car and drive 3 hours home, the dealer informs me the display screen was faulty caused by work being done on the battery. "Take it to your local Ford dealer; it just needs to be reprogrammed. Should only be $150. Send us the bill."Said dealer diagnosed a far more serious fault which would cost $2300. Despite several phone calls and texts, and a multitude of excuses, my car remains faulty. I've also lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.
