3 year old car full of issues

I bought a 3 year old Hyundai Santa Fe that I saw online. The sale process was okay. The finance lady was a little rude and not very helpful. I was hit with a few unexpected loan establishment fees. But my biggest issue was the car had issues that should have been fixed before being sold. One of the doors doesn’t seal completely. I only found out during highway driving. The tyres were bold. It cost me over a $1000 for a new set. The car needed a major wheel alignment. Another $100. The car is a 7 seater but the paperwork shows otherwise. This caused issues with my rego renewal. The car was dirty. They said that they were too busy to clean it. The windscreen had stone chips. The list goes on…. I do not recommend these guys

I tried to buy a car from them, they were not professional and lack customer service skills. Very careless salespersons and they couldn’t care less. I don’t recommend buying from them. Just be careful

There car yard at Penrith took how deposit money never passed our loan and keep our $500 [Name Removed] your full of crap stop screwing people up and telling them nonsense.

Rude Manager but salesman nice

So after test drive...we went to the office, the 'manager' asked our drive while he was busy with calls and infront of his computer. He was talking to us as we are not important client. Yes, the manager without customer service. We want to get the car but because of his attitude and we can pay in cash, we left the garage immediately!

Shonky as they get, do not buy a car here!!

I was looking for a used car, found some of their cars on a website, then after trying to find how many kilometers were on the engine, i gave up, because i realised they dont tell you the condition or engine age . they make you call them to find out, if you are interested. They were rude as heck! unprofessional and down right UN AUSTRASLIAN! they say there name is Ozzy Carsales but they do not act like Aussies at all, and a using crap buisness tactics to ripp uninformed people off..

Very helpful and honest I went to ozzy car sales where I saw a car that was advertised for 18k I only had 17k and I told Abdul I needed the car urgently to drive to Queenland before they shut the boarder as I had my kids with me and I needed to get them home and he offered me the discount to get back home

I think some people must be mistaking Ozzy car sales for Oz car sales. The staff in Minto were extremely helpful and completely honest about everything. Great work. Highly recommend

I was put in a situation where I could not buy the car that I put a deposit on and the people there were very sympathetic to what had happened and helped me out with getting my deposit back and I am very thankful for their help

Ripped off big time!

We purchased a Ford Ranger, 4WD just over 12 months ago. Nothing but trouble, and have had to spend a small fortune (yes, we have the insurance which is 3rd party, and absolutely useless!), one thing after another, cracked head now. Paid $10 000 plus insurance, then about $4500 in repairs and now traded in elsewhere for $3000! Called them, basically they just keep lying. They knew this car had major faults, advised us that they were fixed, however, unable to obtain those receipts! You live and learn, never again. He did say however, bring it back and I may give you $5000 trade in. No thanks. It would seem by these reviews, we are not the only ones who have been ripped off big time.

Avoid like the plague

Bought a 2015 Falcon from OCS in March. Literally, as I was about to get in the car and drive 3 hours home, the dealer informs me the display screen was faulty caused by work being done on the battery. "Take it to your local Ford dealer; it just needs to be reprogrammed. Should only be $150. Send us the bill."Said dealer diagnosed a far more serious fault which would cost $2300. Despite several phone calls and texts, and a multitude of excuses, my car remains faulty. I've also lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.
