I have contacted them 4 times concerning the return and not once have they responded. Right after requesting the return the part suddenly disappeared from their website and Ebay store, but not a word to me at all from them.

Hugely disappointing.

about $400-$500 worth. It was my mistake, but some of the AN fittings I ordered were for PTFE hose which is not the hose I ordered in the same order. My engine was out of the car being rebuilt, so I didn’t realise within the 30 day return policy, fair enough. I then ordered the correct fittings I needed and emailed ROLAN asking if they’d consider a return outside the normal 30 days for the initial order. Initially I was asked to provide pictures of the products which are still new in their packaging. After doing this I just never received another email. I politely sent two more follow up emails, but still have nothing back in 6 weeks.

Yes it’s been over the busy Christmas period, but I’m pretty disappointed with the lack of even a response, I wouldn’t think they’ve been closed for 6 weeks. I’m asking for something outside their policy, but to just be ignored is poor service in my book. Plenty of other stockists sell Aeroflow for my future needs.

Ordering from Rolan Australia was really easy. The website was straightforward, and they kept me up to date with shipping details. Delivery didn’t take too long, and everything arrived in good condition. I haven’t used the Anchor Hi Temp High Resistant BBQ Black paint yet, but I’m confident it will do the job. responded, they pointed me to their long handling times and that it's been transferred from their offsite warehouse. Well, their 'offsite warehouse' is the supplier's warehouse. Why else wouldn't they respond to my message for 5 days? If they have multiple warehouses, are they 5 days shipping time apart? Why not ship from the other warehouse? They claim to hold the stock, but it's clear they don't. This disadvantages honest businesses that do hold stock. This is one step worse than drop shipping as it takes even longer. I got the part on the 8th day. In Summary, part turned up 8 days later despite being 'in stock' and express post. Not happy Rolan.

The ordering process was super easy, used their car garage feature to ensure I got the correct cabin air filter. Part arrives and it doesn't fit. Asked customer service for a refund and eventually received it but ended up paying shipping both ways for a refund while they "guarantee" right fit!

poorly handled. The product was suddenly marked “out of stock,” and a 10% discount code was offered — but it didn’t work. I tried contacting them four times — three via email and once via their website — with no response at first.

Eventually, they replied with a 15% discount, but by that point I had already been forced to buy the item elsewhere due to urgency. To make things more confusing, the same product was soon relisted at full price on both their website and eBay, contradicting the earlier “out of stock” excuse.

I even filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trading, but since I had been refunded and offered a discount, they didn’t pursue it further — which is frustrating, because it still felt like selective order cancellation rather than a genuine error.

I’m not writing this review to demand the original price be honoured — just to share my experience and how disappointed I was with the way it was handled. I hope Rolan Australia improves their transparency, communication, and customer service in the future.

Bought same ngk ignition coils for 80 Aud each (was on sale though!) which were lowest 175 aud each in local stores in hobart, on time delivery within 2 days and car running great. Happy customer and definitely recommending. Thanks

I forgot to order a product and contacted asking if I could add an item to the order that I placed. They said no they couldn't add the item. I made the second purchase and paid the postage again. Both orders arrived in the one small package. So they could not add another item, though they managed to ship both orders as one. Thanks for the double shipping charge.

ordered parts for a 2005 subaru outback from rolan and they sent me parts for a subaru brumby, the part number on the bag tells the story, along with its completely different. instead of just accepting they stuffed up I'm asked to prove I have a 2005 outback

Quality and great pricing – Ordered on the 14/01 arrived 20/01. Very happy with the service from Rolan Australia. Will definitely order again. Just tracking update delays were the problem but that’s due to the carrier “fastway couriers” other then that A+ service.

Dodgy – For my first purchase, I completed an application for $10 off. I forgot to use it at the checkout. I contacted Rolan by phone - "can't do anything". An email from them suggested I "try" to use it with my next purchase !!

Stay away - dodgy drop shipper – Would give them a big fat zero if I could. Rolan is a dodgy AF drop shipper. Don't use them. don't. They promise up to 3-5 days to process express shipping chosen but 2 weeks (10 business days) later and they still hadn't shipped the goods. Christ, I ordered Bendix Ultimate rotors on the same day from another supplier and they were delivered "the very next day" direct from the Ballarat factory. Called Rolan and a lady starts making all the excuses under the sun about how they have half my order but are waiting for the other half to come in from an outside site. Rubbish! I could have popped into any SCA and bought them off the shelf. For that matter, the Genuine Toyota OEM part is only a few dollars more and is stocked by every dealer. She didn't like the fact that I told her the delay and the total lack of communication from Rolan was very unprofessional. Cancelled the order and contacted my bank to have the card transaction reversed.

Rolan - disappointed – Even though I specifically requested that this $12 item be left on the wooden box on my verandah, and this was printed on the delivery address, you chose the Aus Post option which requires a signature. I am not home during working hours. The post office is open Mon-Fri only between 9.30am and 5pm. That make this $12 purchase a pain. Why can’t you just read the delivery instructions?

Supply and deliver – Rolan has supplied me with two sets of shock-absorbers. The first fitted, but did not come up to my expectations, so the second set ordered and received. On both occasions the process was easy, and efficient, with delivery to the door. I would have appreciated a bit more information on the products without having to go to another website and then back to the ordering process.
