Received shoes that had already been worn. Returned to exchange as the shoes were too small and they refused to exchange because of the condition of the shoes. Now I am stuck with worn shoes that are too small. I have lost my faith in purchasing shoes online and will never deal with pace athletic again.

This business sucks for using Team GE for delivery services, they cant locate my package and delivery took 3 weeks, if I didn’t call they might not be delivered, delivey guy rock up, I was at the back of my house it just took me 5seconds to go to the front of thw house delivery guys is gone in 3 seconds and left a card. What a joke. Lesson learned I will never order again and for those on the fence don’t order from this company. Show details

After waiting for 5 days and paying extra for express delivery. Received an email that product is not available. Never buying from this store again.

Extremely poor service. Waste of time. Paid upfront, they cancelled after a few days saying they don't have stock. Probably sold to someone else!

I'm very happy with pace athletics i got the shoes I wanted Brooks glycerin max and their great shoes, delivered express in 3 days from ordering them. I'll be buying stuff from them again and from my experience I don't mind recommending to anybody thinking of buying goods from them. Show details

I got the nike alpha fly 3's- excellent service, speedy delivery - shoes arrived within 24 hours of ordering!!! shoes were $20 bucks cheaper than the nike store and are definitely NOT fakes.

Ordered online definitely fake runners very disappointed iv purchased this style many times at reputable stores so i know these do not fit

Dissapointing – Recieved my order from this company, it was the wrong order. No return postage sticker on the bag. I asked the company to send correct item with return sticker so that I could repost the item when my correct item was delivered. This made me feel like I was untrustworthy as a customer and that I did the wrong thing. I would not shop here again or recommend this company to anyone, I am unsure the outcome whether I am going to recieve my shorts as they blocked my number when I expressed my frustration to the customer service department.

Perfect, easy – Ordered late at night and they were in transit the next morning, arrived a day sooner than estimated at my door, no damage to the shoes inside. I would recommend pace athletic to anyone.

Terrible – Don’t waste your time! Placed an order, they processed it then 3 days later said they didn’t have the shoe. Refunded to then but again. Emailed to check they received it and it was all ok. They confirmed it and said it was going out next day. 8 days later I received an update to say it had only just then been shipped. Dreadful customer service, go to the many other places offering shoes.

Worst company in Australia – As a full time marathon runner with runs in Berlin, Boston, New York, Chicago, London, Tokyo I can whole heartedly say Pace Athletic is one of the most unprofessional companies out there - they process an order, take many days keep the order, to then decide they want to cancel it. purchase on a very popular shoe which I use for my regular training - the Superblast. If they had contacted me earlier I could have sourced it elsewhere. In short - do not expect nor trust what they list for sale is what they will sell you and do not expect them to verify anything rather just cancel. Try another company - I will no longer support Pace Athletic.

Excellent and efficient delivery – I ordered a pair of ASICS Nimbus via the online store . The shoes were an amazing price which was the start of the positive experience. My order was placed at 8am on Monday and they were on my doorstep by 4pm on Tuesday which was fast considering I live a long way away from the Sydney stores. Okay store, poor customer service – Made two orders and both times got shipped the wrong items. Second time they wanted a restocking fee as part of the return (when it wasn’t my fault) and when I said I shouldn’t be liable for this I got a very passive aggressive reply from the customer rep saying they could cover this minimal fee if it wasn’t such a inconvenience for me. Lol

Terrible service – Late shipment and once shoe recieved I noticed that there is a tear on top of the shoe, after couple of back and forth email they didn't accept the return or exchange and offer me 20% discount. Horrible customer service – I ordered a pair of shoes 2 weeks ago, for some reason this week they arrived in my state to then have an update saying a new addresss has been updated and is now shipped back to nsw I have messaged 4 days in a row trying to see what is happening but have failed to get any reply.

instance, I particularly want to say thanks to a member of their staff who took the time to let me know an item I ordered was out of stock in my chosen colour , offered me alternatives AND delivered it to my house themselves to make sure I had it in time for Xmas, as it was a present. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to fulfil the order before Xmas - great customer service, thanks Pace!
