The worst item and the worst customer service – The freezer and prime fresh were good but the fridge temperature is terribly bad. I noticed that it was not cooling enough since day 1 but I thought giving it some time. It gets worst as time goes to the point that no cold temperature at all and our foods esp fresh milk for my son get spoiled! Customer service staff dragged us by letting us to wait for several weeks for the 2nd visit of technician but when we rang him, he was not aware that he was tasked to revisit the fridge. The impact of their poorest communication wasting our food that we worked for to put on our family table. Never buy this brand, fridge, and stay from them
