Can I get a copy of the manual for this machine that’s not an online version I am thinking of gifting my machine as I no longer use it but I can’t find the manual with the recipes etc that came with it

Hi Ruth, unless you are giving it to someone who is say, very old or needs help with things and who cannot access the internet, the manuals for almost everything ARE available online - you just need to put the relevant key words in to a search engine, together with the word 'manual' and/or 'instructions'. Usually the manufacturers website is the best place to start looking for specifics but the 253's recipes and instructions can be downloaded for free from a number of sites. If you think the person who you are likely 'gifting' it to cannot do this, best off trying to sell it, as a tech-savvy person will snap it up I'm sure.

Go to your local library with the web address of the Panasonic manual for download and ask them to help you print it out. You will have to pay for the paper involved in printing it but this should not be too much! Alternatively, contact your local Panasonic customer service number (in your country) and ask them if they can send you a manual, this may not be possible but you never know!

I've had my SD200 for nearly 20 years and it's still going strong. The only issue I find is that the bread sticks to the sides now, whereas that was never a problem before. I was going to purchase a new pan but at nearly $80 I thought I'd ask if anyone has had the same problem and come up with a solution?

Hi mine is fine still, but you could try lining the inside with some cooking oil or lard. it sounds like the non stick coating has been worn of.
