Terrible service. Paid for a part with express shipping, they sent me a tracking number that shows for 12 days it has not left gold coast. I asked for a refund and told them not to send me fake tracking numbers and next minute i get a phone call from one of the customer service reps literally calling me a dumb fool that does not understand… Read more
shipping and he was just being a total abusive piece of trash swearing and vulger words coming out of his mouth it was quiet disgusting. i feel sorry for his missus if he had one. In the end he told me i was not getting a refund. What a pathetic business. I ordered my part from ebay with actual express shipping and proper tracking for half the price.
Ordered car part expecting 'fast delivery' as promised. Contacted them by email, SMS and phone after 4 days to ask where my order was (being delivered to North Brisbane from GC). Their response was they would contact the courier to find out what was happening. Incorrect tracking number was supplied. I contacted the courier myself and they did not… Read more
have the package. The package arrived the following week, damaged, and from NSW! No communication whatsoever to state the car part was being sourced elsewhere and would take longer to arrive. Very bad communication and customer service!
Out of 2 separate M.A.F’s sent, both gave a Barometric reading error P0105. Advised Parts Factory told me to take it to an Auto-Electrician, which I did. Replaced to a factory M.A.F , error was immediately cleared. The Mass airflow sensor also is a barometric sensor all in one, and cannot be calibrated. The experience ended up up just costing money, as I had to post second unit back prior to refund.

Nissan blower fan – I bought a new blower fan from them and once received and fitted it was rubbing. I’ve checked the ducting and no problems there. The old fan which still works but is running slow and intermittently, turns fine without rubbing. The new fan work fine if I pull it out of the ducting by a mm or so. I contacted them by phone, email and text. At first… Read more
[Name Removed] seemed helpful but now no response. Not to sure about the no nonsense warranty. If I return the blower fan and they bench test it, it will work fine, so they may not refund me.
READ THIS BEFORE BUYING PLEASE! – Originally this post was 5 stars and I had very good things to say however this product quality is sh*t. I have a ve commodore I bought an alternator and later a power steering pump from these guys for context After 4 months since the alternator was installed: My Alternator light comes on some times, restart car and disappears, does 13.4V… Read more
average now instead of what it should at 14.1 (it does do these numbers sometimes but its mainly in-between the 12.8v and 13.4V range now), and i have a whining noise when car is on, which DID turn out to be the alternator. The alternator ended up trashing itself randomly on my way to work one day months after I got it, which I talk about further down. Literally worse quality than the nasty Chinese eBay ones. If i needed another alternator, knowing what i know now i would recommend a second hand or scrapyard one for cheap, they are noticeably better quality, otherwise buy the nasty Chinese ones I thought since this brand said they were “Australian based” they would be good or even worth the extra cost but it’s obviously just people selling from a nasty chinese retailer.
I went through the process to see if I was entitled to any money back and NOPE, it’s a big nothing the don’t even respond…
Also bought another item, decided nvm within 30 mins after i purchased it, emailed for refund, they said they will sort it out, and its now been over a year and i have gotten 0$ dollars back, and they wont respond to my emails anymore. Over 100$ just gone from an “Australian company”. Bunch of chicken trash
After 6 months since that original alternator was installed:
After all this muck around the alternator completely broke this Jan (6 months), nearly left me stranded on the highway and their warranty won’t cover it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS GET A WRECKER OR CHEAPER OPTION NOT WORTH IT. Stopped charging entirely and hear metal clanking and grinding when it’s rotating, meaning it blew up, not up to oem standards at all. NOT HAPPY 250$ for something that lasted less than 6 months, when I could have bought 4 second hand alternators for the same price is crazy.
And guess what, bought a 50$ scrapyard one after that whole ordeal and it’s been working like a treat doing 14.1v for over a year now. Screw this brand!!!
Bought a hilux clock spring from parts factory and saved $320. Genuine Toyota part was $400!! The new clock spring functions and fits as it should and is indistinguishable from a genuine Toyota part. Excellent service. Rates 4/5 only because Postage stated 2 day delivery and it was actually 4 days. Overall Excellent experience. Cheers.
I bought a fuel pump for my 2007 Nissan Xtrail and they went above and beyond. There was a mix-up with Australia posts shipping and these guys sent out a new part free of charge, I highly recommend going through here. They value their customers and will always do their best to help
Bought a new rocker cover and gasket on the website, for a 2017 Barina. Dealt directly with Byron using the websites online chat function. Very quick and easy transaction. Was able to secure local pick up the very next day from Byron personally from the shop address. The car part was packaged securely and brand new, not second hand. Company is… Read more
legit and the real deal. Car is now fixed up and running again!
If you have some sound mechanical know how, then this is a hell of alot quicker and cheaper sourcing your parts through these guys than having to pay top dollar elsewere online or pay a mechanic to inflate the prices for your car parts and labour. Highly recommend A++++ Will deal with again. Thanks

After a bit of a delay because of xmas not their fault , my part arrived. I have no mechanical experience whatso ever and the quote from the mechanic for labour was $210. After watching a U tube tutorial , part fitted and $210 labour saved . I don't normally write reviews but the issue for this company seems to be delivery and that unfortunately… Read more
most of the time is out of their hands. The product was good at the right price and it arrived in a reasonable time, a small Australian business deserves a bit of leetime so don"t be so quick to criticise because they dont have the punch of TEMU or AMAZON give the young fella break and buy from a small Australian genuine company not an on line drop shop.
My partner and I picked up some parts from this business today and were very impressed with customer service and ease of transaction. The parts were for our Hyundai i30 and worked a treat as we could install them ourselves following their easy YouTube tutorial. Thanks for quality products and service, saved us time and money and fixed our problem. Highly recommend this company :).
Ordered part for my Ford Territory on the 8/4/25, tracking order was provided. Parcel has not moved on tracking order. Today is the 22/4/25 and still no parcel. Postage to Victoria is 1-2 days on your website. Its been 14 days parcel still in Goldcoast, still no email reply or updated tracking. I have edited this post, as I had originally gave … Read more
1 star rating. I believe the issue was with the courier company and not with seller. I did receive package on the 05/05/2025. Package was as described and packaged well.
Negative reviews
Boast about being a comprehensive parts supplier, took 2 contact attempts to get a response only to then receive a pretty blunt reply 2 weeks later that they don’t stock the part required for quite a common Hyundai model.

As with the experience of others here. I have also have been waiting months for a refund, with consistent emails, calls, and text messages going unanswered. I was told three times that the refund would be processed for there to be no refund. So on multiple times I have been lied to. I returned the item in person which was not the correct item as… Read more
advertised for my vehicle (there are two alternator types of this vehicle, only the pins are different). The two young men who greeted me, who looked to be in their early twenties, seemed dumbfounded that I had appeared there and did not know what exactly to do; they just stated they would process the refund later that day. I walked away feeling that the interaction was incredibly unprofessional and realised later it was also because no confirmation of receipt was given to me when returned the item (which was still unused in its packaging as it was an incorrect part).
I texted, emailed, and called regarding this to no avail. I finally reached the manager who promised a refund (which I obviously never received) and who seemed surprised I found his number (which he had given in a response to a 1 star google review).
As we all know, when returning an item in person a refund is usually processed straight away and if not, a document of evidence that the item was received is given. Customers usually do not have to chase a business to refund them.
As my background is in e-commerce, business, and marketing, I can tell everyone here that what I saw is a small group of young male friends still practically boys in their early twenties who had a great concept and have started this business not knowing how to properly run one. Refunds are being delayed because they do not have the funds, because they are using what funds they have for business expenses. They delay people as much as they can for refunds, until they scrape the funds together.
I used their website because I fell for how professional it looked. They have done well with their business concept and the marketing of it, but terribly with the execution, customer service, and finance.
I have sent another text today regarding the refund, and will update with what happens and attach images of my interactions.
They have made it easy for people to find and purchase parts they need, but are unfortunately unreliable and untrustworthy.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Poor Customer Service I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. I received a faulty product, and after multiple conversations, they finally agreed to accept a return and issue a refund. Initially, they refused to reimburse the return postage—even though their… Read more
own website states that faulty items will be collected or returned at no cost to the customer. Only after I pointed this out, did they agree to refund the return shipping.
However, even after I paid the postage out of pocket and returned the item, it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for the refund of the return shipping and other associated fees.
Their customer service has been consistently unprofessional. Most of my emails were either ignored or responded to with significant delays. I had to repeatedly follow up by phone, and each time I was told that the refund would be processed "straight away." Unfortunately, nothing would happen, and I’d have to start the process all over again.
Every email I sent included detailed information—order numbers, screenshots, and a full explanation—yet I often received replies asking for the same information I had already provided. This gives the impression that my messages were not even read properly.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Dealing with them has been a waste of both time and money.

Ordered an in-stock clock spring. AusPost tracking number supplied within 48hrs. Then the wheels came off. No updates on the tracking number after 2weeks! Contacted PFA via email. Lost in-transit (apparently). 3 days later finally got a message that they had shipped another (with no tracking number?!). 3 weeks now and counting. Ffs.
I ordered a pair of Hyundai i30 front window regulators over a month ago and I am still waiting. They shipped the passenger side one alone even though I ordered both sides. No big deal, shipping mistakes happen. I emailed them the same day it arrived (16th April) and they told me they’d send it out the next day (17th April). I repeatedly emailed… Read more
them over the next 2 weeks and didn’t get a reply at all, no ETA or shipping information. They finally got back to me and blamed an email system error, then they STILL didn’t send it until May 7th!
They said ETA was Monday. It is now Tuesday and I still haven’t seen it. I literally just want the tracking information so that I can update my customer and know when to expect it as these amateurs cannot be trusted to answer an email.
Thanks for nothing.
Order placed 16 March. On 17 March was provided a tracking number. There have been no movements or updates since. Ordered a replacement drivers door lock mechanism for a Mazda 3. Unfortunately the delivered part was faulty. I contacted Parts Factory Australia, explained what was wrong and they immediately sent me a replacement door lock mechanism which has now been installed and works perfectly. This process was quick and easy. It was great to experience quick and friendly customer support. Thanks Parts Factory Australia!

Another "Parts Navigator"? – Ordered interior front passenger door handle for 2002 Hyundai Elantra. Door handle that turned up does not fit. Exceeded my expectations – I ordered an alternator and I couldn’t be more happy with the quality of the product and the ease of install after watching the alternator installation video, exceptional service.
Awesome as stated no fuss 3 days – Awesome service kept me informed. Jumped on it straight away.part delivered in 3 days ordered lunch time sent that day.5 star barrie
Excellent – Ordered a $350 aircon compressor for a Holden Barina. My maintenance guys had quoted me around $900. Some dealers sell for $600. This price, $350 with a 'No nonsense 3 year Warranty' seemed a good deal. I showed my mechanic who confirmed it would fit and who was astonished by the price for a new part. has a justifiably awful reputation and to be sure, we waited 11 days for a 3-4 day promised delivery. When it did arrive it was well packaged, clearly good quality at least at surface level! Just had confirmation that it fits fine. Be aware though that when you take a part like this to a mechanic, he will guarantee the repair only inasfar that the part is not responsible for the failure. Seems a minor issue to me. Really happy with Parts Factory and giving a five star review despite Aramex. But please guys -consider what they do to your reputation! Will still see how well this works but didn't want to hold back on a good review. Thanks guys. Easy to buy. Properly packaged. Good product information and images. Easy to pay. Shipping insurance facility. That's it!

Dont read this – So looking to fix my car prior to Christmas holidays 2024 , ordered a part from the Parts Factory Australia on the 20-12-2024 as the 2 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY is offered .I was hoping to at least receive the part 5 days at the most after purchase with no delivery days(holidays in between to be fair}. Remember 2 day express post? Today is 3-01 2025 the part is still on its way due next week. So before you buy have a think do you need your car fixed now or in two to three weeks waiting for the part. I can provide images all documents date's date times locations required to prove my claims made here.
This place has a good set up on you tube with purchase link to buy parts .But I will never buy or use again.
Resolved – In relation to my very poor review, I am now very pleased to say that the issue has been resolved. There was obviously a loss in communication where parts factory Australia did not receive my email. That has now been fixed and I can honestly say that I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you Byron.
Unreputable – Purchased a fuel pump and fuel sender which had a faulty fuel sender gauge. Order #108159 Attempted to contact business by email several times with no response. Business is clearly unreputabl
i30 Boot Latch broken – Hyundai i30 boot latch. Crumbled and then fell away. Had to fix so googled and found site and YouTube video. Ordered part $60. Then fixed it myself. Amazing for me a 57 yo female. Would have cost a fortune via service dealership. Easy to find and follow instructions would recommend site.
