Instructions, thanks Renee!
Hi, I have peg-perego capsuls and bassinet. Are they attachable over other brands prams? Are they standards to attach on other brands pram? Which pram brands are match to peg-perego capsule and bassinet?

Is there anywhere to purchase a replacement insert in Australia?? Thanks
Hi there i was given a second hand peg perego primo viaggio SIP (2010 mode), it seems a great capsule however it doesn't have 5 point harness, it only has 3 point, doesn't have shoulder harness clips, I'm just wondering if it's made that way or actually the other two harness gone missing somehow?
Thank you!
Katie
Hi Katie,
Ours did have the 5 point harness so it looks like yours has gone missing. Sorry.
We have just purchased a Mountain Buggy duet and I was wondering if this capsule has an adaptor to suit this model pram?
As far as I know they are compatible...

Good luck!
Hi Lachlan, thanks for your question. Adaptors are tested and validated for use by the stroller manufacturer. We suggest that you contact Mountain Buggy for further advice. Kind regards, The Britax Team.
I have just purchased a peg pegaro primo viaggo. We want a spare base for our second car. Would any peg pegaro capsule base work? Even if it was a primo viaggo 2010 model?
Thanks in advance for your help :)
I'm really sorry, but I'm not sure. We needed a second base too, and I just hired one from Hire for Baby for $75 for six months. Sorry I can't be more help!
Hi Kelly, thanks for your question. Unfortunately we no longer have the base only available as a separate item. We looking for a second base please ensure that the series number ends in 2010. Kind regards, the Peg Perego Team.
Hi I was wondering if my primo viaggio sip car seat capsule is compatible with a strider plus pram, and if so where can I buy an adaptor?
Hi Jenny, thanks for your question. Unfortunately the Primo Viaggio isn't compatible with the Strider Plus stroller. Kind regards, The Britax Team.
Hi just wanting to know if you need any adapters to fit the peg perego viaggio capsule to a peg perego uno I bought in 2009 or does it fit straight onto the pram ?
Thank you
Michelle
I too would like the know the answer to this as I am in the same situation. Thanks
I have this exact question. Any information is appreciated.
I have been sent a primo viaggio capsule by my sister in the UK. I'm not sure about using it in Australia. She sent me the UK base she had but as it doesn't have a top tether I expect it would not be legal for use in Australia. Can anyone tell me if I can get a base that will make it compatible with Australian standards? I hope I can because she also sent me the rest of the travel system and the pram seems great. Also one of the strap pads is missing and I wouldnt mid getting a new infant insert. Is there anywhere you can get spare parts for these in Australia?
Thanks.
Unless the capsule has an Australian Standards sticker, nothing will make it legal to use. The capsule won't have the guides for the top tether and the harness is most likely threaded differently to ours unfortunately. What a shame!
Hi Anna, thanks for your question. All child restraint sold and use in the Australian market are approved by the Australian Standards. The road rules states - Child restraints must meet the Australian/New Zealand Standard for child restraints (AS/NZS 1754). This standard is one of the most strict child restraint standards in the world, unfortunately the base that you sister has sent you is unable to be used legally in Australia. Please feel free to give us a call on 1300 131 477 if you would like to discuss this with us in further detail, kind regards, The Peg Perego Team.
Does the primo viaggio tri fix k car seat recline into sleeping position.if so then how do I adjust it?
no rear facing seats in australia recline.. they need to be at 45 degrees as set by the australian standard.. also the primo viaggio tri fix model is a us model and doesnt meet our standards.. only the primo viaggio is aus standards approved
My baby is 12 weeks old and average size (prob 5.5 kg) and the straps are already too tight. Is there any way of buying something to extend either the shoulder straps or buckle so I can continue to use it? she sleeps well in it but won't be able to use it if I can't get an extension
Hi Mel, Not sure if you've already tried this, but You can loosen the straps by pushing the metal bar where the excess strap comes out (between where your baby's feet would be). You tigten it again once baby is buckled in by pulling the excess strap.
