was left for NBN to sort out. In the meantime, I had already received a message to let me know about the outage from NBN.

I rang to check in about 2hrs later and got Carol again when I rang, and she had confirmed that there was still no fix happened. I did mention to her that I had some urgent work to do, so she advised me to keep an eye on the modem and if all my modem lights came back on in the meantime, it would be OK to use again.

About 30 mins after that call, Carol rang me to make sure I had seen the system was fixed, and said as I had told her that i had some urgent work to do. She had been keeping an eye on the system to see when it come back up, and decided to ring me and let me know in case I had not noticed.

That was in my mind great service from Carol and was much appreciated, and in line with all the great service I have received over the years from Pentanet. Please pass on my thanks to Carol for her great service.

still happy. Yesterday, I had to ring them about FTTB connection that NBNCo was supposed to install. The help-desk guy was super friendly and helpful. He explained the process to me but was unable to change my mind on the inefficiencies of NBNCo.

Continuously constant speeds – Although I am 1600m away from my node, Pentanet has never made this my issue. I may not be able to obtain full 25/5 speeds on my connection, but I can guarantee that my service is always up and I can use it for absolutely everything I need to. I may have had to contact their Perth-based support twice over my 2-year connection time, and both times my issue was met with a qualified Support member and handled extremely quickly.

Everyone in the house agrees on one thing, and its that we love Pentanet.

Not Good Service – Always outage . Very poor service. Even costumer service not accommodating . When they have outage they fix it for ages . Ridiculous!

Amazing Internet – Very reliable connection, no dropouts. Company has been amazing to deal with always fantastic service. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an internet service. Show details ·  1
