A real, Australian company – I’ve been with Pentanet for about 5 years and have found them to be simply brilliant. When I’ve had a problem, their Australian-based help desk has talked me through it step by step. Im a bit of a techno-phobe so their help was invaluable. The same person rang me back a couple of days later to make sure everything was still running and I was still happy. Yesterday, I had to ring them about FTTB connection that NBNCo was supposed to install. The help-desk guy was super friendly and helpful. He explained the process to me but was unable to change my mind on the inefficiencies of NBNCo.

Continuously constant speeds – Although I am 1600m away from my node, Pentanet has never made this my issue. I may not be able to obtain full 25/5 speeds on my connection, but I can guarantee that my service is always up and I can use it for absolutely everything I need to. Nobody needs a flashy speed test result. All you need is reliability, and Pentanet has pulled through with that.
I may have had to contact their Perth-based support twice over my 2-year connection time, and both times my issue was met with a qualified Support member and handled extremely quickly.
Everyone in the house agrees on one thing, and its that we love Pentanet.

Not Good Service – Always outage . Very poor service. Even costumer service not accommodating . When they have outage they fix it for ages . Ridiculous!
Hi Lalaine, We send an advanced email notification to every customer who will be affected by a planned maintenance window, and do our best to schedule maintenance in the early hours of the morning to minimise disruption. For unplanned disruptions with no advanced warning we will post a notice on our network status page as soon as we become aware. We do apologise if you've recently been affected by a disruption and understand the frustation caused.
As a local team we're affected by the very same disruptions so do believe us when we say we care deeply about ensuring the highest quality and most reliable connections to the people of Perth.

Amazing Internet – Very reliable connection, no dropouts. Company has been amazing to deal with always fantastic service. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone looking for an internet service.
