Crap company – Ordered a few days ago. Confirmed payment and awaiting tracking number. I have emailed three times asking for a tracking number and if my order has been shipped. Been almost 2 weeks now no response to any of my emails. I only ordered small but thank I didn't do a larger order.

Money down the drain – Had a previous positive experience but this time terrible. Got the hcg forte and I'm convinced it's a vial of water (no effects that normally are received from hcg and I have used several times before, also when I put some on a pregnancy test no positive result which would indicate a absence of hormone)

Horrible communication – Spent decent money at this clinic, yes they're overpriced but they actually arrive and work. Peptides were good, actually fixed my back. within 20 seconds. After 1 minute, my face was so itchy I grabbed a frozen bag of peas from the freezer. I was laughing because it was odd, the most intense itch I have ever experienced. Suddenly I almost blacked out but didn't. I told my husband I better go sit on the lounge. Lucky he followed me. I passed out on the way, smashing my face into the bathroom door on the way. He caught me from behind before I hit the floor. Walked me to the lounge, I blacked out again before I made it to the lounge which was 3 metres away. This time I was unconscious for about 2minutes. He was looking for the phone to call an ambulance. I woke but had no strength to move for about 25mins. I never took the CJC1295 again. I won't forget how scared he was. I have since gained the weight back. It's been a year since I took these. I will buy the HCG & AOD9604 again but not the CJC1295. Also, customer service, delivery and packaging was great. I never gave the company any feedback when this happened, I didn't see the point as my husband used it and he was fine so it clearly wasn't an issue with the product but just a reaction that I had.

$1000 worth of products didn’t arrive – I received a package containing needles and swabs only no peptides . I have notified peptides direct who advised they have contacted their pharmacy and now looking into their courier which is fine but I’m nearly $1000 down with no offers or options from peptides direct on how I’m going to either revive my peptides or my money . I hope I’m wrong but I feel I’m getting the run around . I will update this review as this unfolds .

Bought product but never received – Worst experience ever. I bought products from peptides direct and paid via direct debit but never heard anything. confirmed that they had received the funds but then said the names showing on the bank transaction didn't match up.

I contacted my bank to make sure there wasn't an error from my end. They confirmed that the payment was made by OSKO and had been paid into the correct account.

I provided peptides direct with this information and confirmed my name and order number that was submitted when the payment was made.

Seemingly trying every trick in the book to avoid supplying the products, this proof still wasn't accepted as good enough.

However, after 6 weeks of back and forth, i finally received good news, peptides direct agreed to supply the order and confirmed by email.

But this good news wasn't to last.

Later on the same day peptides direct emailed to say their bank had refunded the money and the products wouldn't be sent after all.

Of course their bank never contacted me and I never received a refund.

BUYER BEWARE.

were/are likely out of hand of PD but the staff, C, helped me out immensely with some simple science perspective as well as rectifying the situation with my order. I dont normally write reviews, Im just here because i was/am ecstatic with the customer service and product (BPC only, tried the TB but i think BPC is better IMO, for those of you with injuries)

Money wasted – After 2 coarses with no side effects whatsoever 3rd coarse had some strange reactions that have warranted me to stop using this product after only one week now I have$600 with of peptides heading for the rubbish bin! Im not on any another medication and nothing in my diet has not changed to bring this adverse reaction on.

this course following the dosing instructions ? I later realised that this was probably due to the convenient assurance that " everyone reacts differently and that some individuals require more.. I completed the course following the dosing instructions ( was advised by [name removed] that i would receive a check up call and possible advice on dosing adjustment ) this call never came , there were however a few calls and emails exchanged when i raised concern over the effectiveness as i had experienced absolutely no change at all and that possibly something had happened when my products were compounded at their pharmacy . The response i received via email from [name removed] stated that they were under no obligation to refund or replace and that the testing of my products would cost me thousands of dollars furthermore i was warned that any review could be considered misinformation about a medical product. *Nice try [name removed] and yet here we are. Im not disputing the science , but i would never again use these guys and urge anybody considering to shop around . Australian Peptides Direct exist comfortably within consumer law as they dont actually claim their products will work..maybe thats because some of them dont .There was another review that someone had claimed products were higher in price and diluted, i regret not taking that more seriously and i would suggest anybody considering to also keep that in mind. work. Because of Tolls policy I couldn't get my order for another day due to their policy and I had to go pick it up myself from the depot which is some distance away. I emailed them as I wasn't happy with the situation, if they emailed me like they were supposed to with a tracking number I could have made the necessary arrangements to receive them. All they did was apologise, which wasn't good enough for me as they had cost me time and money plus maybe the quality of the products, they didn't credit me or give me any kind of compensation which I thought was pretty bad as I just spent a small fortune and expected a premium service.

As for their products the jury is out as they didn't get the same affects or feel the same as when I get them from my usual trusted supplier, can't say for sure without getting them tested, I have my theories.

All in all I wouldnt recommend them, their customer service is garbage. Won't be using them again any time soon!

Questions not answered – I have spent around $700 as a newbie. I would ask questions about dosing and would get very short answers. The dissapointing thing is lack of support.
