Check your product – We made an upgrade purchase for a specific vinyl flooring through our builder and when it got laid noted that a different cheaper product of similar colour and lessor quality was laid in its place. Number of excuses from packed in wrong boxes to human error, finally took 2 months to replace as floor apparently had to be ordered from overseas and we found that our floor was laid in another house, can only speculate, but appears close enough is good enough call from the supplier. All I can say is double check the product that is supplied is the one you purchased as we are now aware of two other instances this occurred. Buyer be vigilant.
