This company provided me with a Fake version of Givenchy L’Interdit Rouge. The scent fades within 1 hour and it is nothing like my genuine scent. I put a claim through PayPal but unfortunately they can’t smell the fragrance. Don’t trust them , no refund. I offered to return the perfume but they didn’t want it back. This is an expensive scent don’t waste your money. Show details

Fake fragrance – I bought Hermes Terre D'Hermes Eau Givree. The quality of the fragrance is weak. There was no base note developed and the fragrance disappeared after 1 h. The authentic one last very long and developed the base note. Avoid this place. Quite sad really – The perfume I purchased was Jasmine Rouge by Tom Ford although a good price and it’s a completely different and watered down product. Avoid purchasing from Perfume Clearance Centre. Show details

Balenciaga Paris Eau de Parfum – I purchased this fragrance through Kogan the on 31 Jan this year, and it arrived on 5 Feb.. I opened the bottle to test it- it was weak. email I received from the Director of Perfume Clearance Centre when I complained. My suggestion that it may have not been fresh was countered by his claim the product was super fresh and a lecture on different perfume notes, hot weather and what not.. His lecture was based on the assumption that I knew nothing about perfume and could not tell the difference between designer Eau de Parfum and the product he sold me. Bordering on insult, not that I feel insulted, just extremely disappointed. A very expensive 75 ml bottle of alcohol. Buyers beware.

changed the formula but on their website they advertise that it was launched in 1989 perfume so I assumed it was that formula) I was told that my purchase was months ago (it was - but the packaging looked right and I didn't open it until I finished my previous one). The fact that it was defective and I offered to send it to them (several times) should have peaked some sympathy - but NO. Just a factual 'I don't care' attitude. No offer of any future discount. The perfume bottle is full and is unwearable. So much for all the information on their website about caring for their customer. I note that the perfume is still on their website but marked 'Sold Out'. I will NEVER buy from them again and will tell all my friends about their poor customer service.

Pathetic experience – They lied about postage options. Australia post confirmed the business pays extra to exclude safe drops. Business won't deal with complaints and staff are morally ignorant and refuse to accept responsibility for the lies they tell.

I sincerely recommend these guys and you can always email them knowing you will get a response even if you are after a parfum or cologne they do not have on their website... they are always happy to have a chat... Glad I've found them...

In the future, please use the correct pictures when you represent a product. If it is the small size (which was the only option when I purchased), show the correct bottle instead of giving the impression you will receive something else.

Overall the purchase process and speed was good- just my expectations were set for a bigger bottle.

Simply Brilliant – I bought aftershave on their website and it arrived within the week. Communication is top notch as you get emails to let you know when it's been dispatched and also AusPost tracking. The price is seriously low but I've checked the code numbers on box and bottle and it all checks out as genuine and manufactured within the last 12 months. I'll certainly use them again and recommend to others.
