Gave me an estimate of $850, sent me an invoice after for $850 with a due date the same day, then proceeded to ring me 5 times after they sent the invoice to say it was overdue and demanded payment and complained it’s been a week after they did the work but only received the invoice for the work they’d done on the 18th? Great Job - Perth Vacate Clean – Recently had my house cleaned and employed the services of Perth Vacate Cleaning. House is a 3 x 2. I had three great employees turn up and did a fantastic job. AVOID Perth Vacate Clean – Spent $1200 on a vacate clean and carpet steam clean - complete waste of money! The carpets weren’t even vacuumed! Real Estate agent and I had a loooong list of basic things they had to go back and re-do … PVC’s reason “our cleaners are only human”. Not professional at all. DO NOT waste your time.

bathroom floor was filthy. When she did the final bond inspection she wrote a long list of items still requiring attention. The carpet cleaning was inadequate and had to be done again. The tenants had a dog and the carpeted rooms still were thick with dog hair around the edges. Clearly they didn’t pre-vacuum before steam cleaning. When the tenant tried to contact them they kept hanging up on her.

Stay away from this company – I contacted PVC to conduct a vacate clean of our 3x2. On the day of the clean, PVC informed me that they would not be able to attend the property and requested the clean be rescheduled for the following day. The day after the clean, we conducted an inspection with the realestate agent. The property looked like it had been wiped with a dirty rag. The realestate agent provided us with a long list of items that required additional cleaning. These items were clearly articulated in the agreement between us and PVC. After several failed attempts to ring PVC I settled for an email with the feedback from the realestate agent.

PVC offered to send another cleaner to the property. We had vacated the property a week ago at this stage so the realestate agent had arranged to leave a key for the cleaners. On the day of the second clean, the cleaner attended the property and left before the clean was complete. PVC claimed the clean has a medical issue. However, the cleaner had also taken the key with them. After several attempts to contact the cleaner for the key, the realestate agent changed the lock at our expense.

I contacted PVC to request a refund citing a breach of contract. PVC refused to provide a refund and insisted on conducting a third clean. At this point the realestate agent had lost faith in the company and was not willing to provide an additional key to them.

PVC has not offered a refund, we had to pay for an another cleaning company to finish the clean and we had to pay for new locks to the company. PVC are difficult to contact, do not provide the services agreed upon and were rude and hostile to deal with on the phone.

Disappointed in a Company that claims Professional Vacate Cleaning – I ordered a vacate clean for a three bedroom unit with 18 mths old wooden floors. needed a professional clean by professional cleaners with beaches, sprays, soaps, some cloths and mop. The first couple arrived in a small car. No cleaning items with them, said they saw a snake and left. No snake found, second cleaner arrived hours late and demanded another $161.00 before he would clean the unit and if you say no you lose your money already paid 24 hrs. earlier. Perth Vacate Cleaning had been sent photo's of the inside and outside of the unit and quoted $539.00. for the job. The money has to be paid 24hrs before cleaning starts. Hardly anything was done on there list and no cleaning items used or freshers. No one has returned to finalize the job that was started a month ago. I'm so disappointed in this unprofessional Cleaning Company. A quote is a contract between two people.

Would not use this company again! – My daughter organised for this company to clean the rental (very small 3 x1) she was vacating due to not having enough time to do a vacate clean. to some of the things I mentioned. I phoned my daughter and she sent me the information sent to her from the company. I left the cleaner at the property. My daughter called in there after work and the cleaner was still there. The cleaner asked how was it and on the surface it looked fine but when we went back the next afternoon to finish off we were very disappointed to find things not cleaned. Some of the light fittings had been missed, exhaust fan in kitchen and bathroom, not all of the window tracks were cleaned, air grills in the ceiling, wardrobe doors, on top of the air conditioner, on top of tiles in bathroom and laundry, under sink laundry cupboard and not all the skirting boards. My daughter took photos of the things that had not been cleaned and emailed them to the company. They were very good to reply and apologised for some of the cleaning not completed. My daughter asked if they could come back and they said they would but not until after the property inspection just in case there were other things picked up. We decided to complete the cleaning ourselves as we only had a small window to complete everything and we may not have had enough time. So I’m not saying the place was not cleaned but there were things missed that would have definitely been picked up by the property manager.

I don't even think they used any cleaning products – The shower screens were not cleaned properly. The floor tiles appear to have been cleaned with cold water and doubt they used any detergents or chemicals. The cupboard doors were not even wiped with smear marks left over the place. would also be cleaned and they didn't do this either. Not sure what they did do and they charge like they are a first class cleaning company. Oh and they didn't return my call or messages when I had issues. Definitely won't ever use this company again and don't recommend them

It surpassed my expectations!! – At first, I was skeptical about hiring someone to do the vacate cleaning of the house I've been living at for the past 3 years but now I can definitely say that I'm absolutely relieved I did it. The house has never been cleaner! Every corner, every wall, every tile, even in the smallest details seems like brand new. I got my bond back and I'm very satisfied. I'll certainly hire them again the next time I'm moving out.
