Excellent product which I recommend to everyone who struggles with sap sucking insects on their houseplants. I prefer the granules over other powder products as the granules can be seen after application, saving me time and money by stopping accidental retreatment of my plants. And of course, it works well. I broke one of my late grandmother’s 45 yr old pots, largest of a set of 4. Devastated…. I used Kneadit to rebuild the broken chunk, then sanded, sealed and painted it to match other pots. It required some patience, but worked amazingly and now the damage cannot be seen. GREAT PRODUCT - Thank you!!
Pestrol rat /mice bait is fantastic, rats were present in our roof and under the house I used the red bait and after 24hrs no scratching in roof and walls , the rat appeared on my grass to die, apparently the sun is the last place before dying, I repeated what we did just to be sure found all the bait was gone so I will definitely be reordering soon for the future, Show reply

Great company to deal with and great product. I purchased some solar powered, motion activated sprinklers and put them on my roof to keep pigeons away. And they work a treat.. no more pesky, dirty pigeons.

As I explained to Aruna, she told me that this happens all the time as a customer that is not good enough it the company responsible the correctly pack the packaging and Didn’t even put correct protection plastic and blamed Australian Post for pestrol mistakes. Dyson style fan (but in reverse, i.e. suck rather than blow) in order to suck the mosquitos into a separate chamber rather than directly through the fan.
Larger insects and geckos can currently easily get stuck in the fans and cause them burn out. This really is a design fault and I would have expected better from products that cost hundreds of dollars. I certainly won't be wasting anymore money on these products, they are simply not made to last!!!

The best part was they are not into eliminating our wildlife which is what most pest companies aim to do. Their aim is to help us live in harmony with wildlife and get rid of introduced species. the courier. Make several enquiries via email and given new tracking info via Australia Post 3 business days later. Next day Aust Post tracking still says PENDING so order has not been dispatched again. Email again and promised it will be sent express that day (which is 14 days since placing the order). Then get an email later that day informing me they cannot locate the main item (Killgerm AF Demi Diamond Tineola Glue Pads for moths). Meanwhile the moth problem I have has gotten much worse. contacted Pestrol who told me I needed 4 people to stretch it into a rectangle shape. It also has a hole in it!!! Thats faulty! I had to cancel my handyman. Next, I took the net to a friends and we pulled it into a better shape but it is definitely NOT a rectangle and it does not lay flat either. I am not happy accepting a product that I paid $219 for, that has a hole and is unlikely to be fit for purpose. Pestrol's website says "We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange of your purchase." However when I asked to return the product they refused, because I have had the net over 30 days. I will absolutely NEVER buy from Pestrol ever again and I will tell everyone I know why. If I could give this product zero stars, I would. Update: After negotiating, I was sent a repair kit for the hole in the net, which I will have to try to fix however the net remains unable to be shaped into the 10x5m met I bought. I then asked for a $60 refund to compensate for this faulty net and they have just agreed to that. However, I would still not recommend these Pestrol or these nets to friends or family because you don't find out about needing 4 or more people and the "chance" you "might" pull it into the shape you paid for if you are luckier than me. I have now purchased another net, from a different supplier, and that one does not need stretching before installing and is the perfect shape right out of the box. Lesson learned on this supplier.

Trusting the advice, I ordered the tool directly from Pestrol’s official website. That’s when the problems began:

cart....the banner then said "your order qualifies for free shipping" (see attached photo). Went and checked out and I have been charged $10 postage. I contacted their chat feature on their website for [Name Removed] to tell me that because I spent under $150 using the code, it does not qualify for free shipping. I said that's really sneaky because I already had the code in my cart and it prompted me to spend more, then once I did it told me that I qualified. understanding I have is that it is the courier of Pestrol's choice and therefore totally their responsibility. I'll be boycotting both Pestrol and Aramex, as from my perspective, either one (or both) is a scammer or a thief.
As Pestrol refuse to refund me for non-delivery, i'll be doing a chargeback through Paypal.
It's just not worth the hassle purchasing anything from Pestrol.

that gets worse with sun (you have to use solar as despite having a USB port it is blocked with a plain sticker and when asked they say it can only be charged by solar!). No mention in manual sheet or on product or on advertised product. This device, as for their other devices with sonic feature, you can't tell if it works. Mine has little effect if at all.
