Purchased thinking this was an Australian company. So was charged an extra unexpected International Transaction Fee and it arrived after expected date. It seems to be coming from china so only buy the item if you have time for it to arrive from overseas and have factored in the extra transaction fee. The product itself was great. Mine was a Mother’s Day gift and my mum loved it. The product itself is A+.

I ordered two of the daffodil cards for Mother’s Day , and they did not disappoint . The designs of the flowers and card looked so realistic . My Mother and in law were over the moon with their flower card and so lovely that they can keep them forever . Show reply

Product beautiful - delivery process was painful – The product was lovely although delivery was elongated with few updates. Then, once delivered I have been hounded requesting reviews. The company are not able to send this to someone as a gift, it has to goto you first, for you to then resend - if you want the card to be addressed to the recipient. Ok - just ok – Their ok. Novelty value for an 0 birthday but delivery took ages so you need to order well in advance. Constant emails afterwards are tediously irritating. If I wanted to write a review I’d have done it - so now you get an ok.

Would not buy off Petal Pal again – I ordered 11 cards off Petal Pal believing they were Australian based as that’s what they’d like you to believe. Much to my surprise I was charged a Foreign Fee. When I approached Petal Pal they refused to acknowledge they were an overseas company and blamed my bank for charging me a foreign fee. My bank wouldn’t have charged it me if this company… Read more

was based in Australia like they claim to be, nor would they be transferring money into a US bank account. I ordered the cards on 18 January and didn’t receive them until 30 January as they came from overseas (China, which in an email they said would happen as this is where they’re made). When I dug a little deeper I was to discover from their correct address (and not the “virtual” address they use in Australia) that they are based [Name Removed] even though they continually deny this. Their cards are nice but I won’t use this company again due to their shoddy work practices. In response to Petal Pals response, under accountability and transparency, to prove that you are a reputable company, what country is your head office based in?

Great Product – Very happy with the product and before delivery service.Product took a while for delivery but this would be due to the Christmas backlog.Service was very helpful in follow up on tracking.

I did contact you by email and to be fair received a swift reply! – The delivery took forever, it would have been helpful if you had kept the customer updated. The tracking didn’t seem to work.

Awful – After waiting 21 days I still don't have the item. Some customer service agents are OK when corresponding regarding the time this is taking, others are very rude.

PetalPal – I bought this product for a good friend for Christmas. She loved it. Postage was a bit longer than expected but it was Christmas time. Package arrived in perfect condition. Show reply

Late delivery marred my appreciation of cards – I ordered 3 of these to include with Christmas gifts to be sent to family and friends. I had assumed as Christmas themed they would be dispatched within a couple of days. This sadly wasn’t the case and resulted in my having to pay next day delivery fees when I received them and forwarded them with the appropriate gifts. It would have been helpful to know delivery times at time of ordering.

Liars and cheats – Ordered in plenty of time for Xmas but still haven’t arrived. Was offered a full refund in exchange for removing negative feedback then emailed back to say it was a mistake and they’d offer me a 15% discount on another order!!! I will never order from these cowboys again. Avoid at all costs!!!!
