Order wasn’t able to be done due to shop being closed. Nothing on website to say it was closed. This meant that a special baby didn’t get flowers. Not able to order from anywhere else due to it being Saturday after the delivery time cut off. Not using this service again.
Negative stars for this company. Paid for a premium arrangement and received a small arrangement with wilting flowers They offer 3 sizes and l ordered the premium size l wonder what the classic size would have looked like? . Utterly disappointed and a waste of money.

What a pathetic place ordered premium size flowers wow what did my mother receive for her 80th birthday flowers all dead within 4 days of receiving them, and photo on left is what I ordered but was meant to be premium in a larger scale photo on right is four days old no where near what was ordered or nor was it premium

My friend loved her flowers and the colour substitute was perfect. They were fresh and well displayed. Ordered a “deluxe” bouquet for delivery on Mother’s Day. Delivery occurred at 8pm. The size of the bouquet was what I would expect from $30, not $119.95. Totally not worth the price or stuff around

purchased from woolworths. -logged complaint, they offered 50% refund. Still not worth what was sent. **I then purchased a new arrangement from my local florist for half the price and delivered myself (driving 1 hour each way). My local florist was mortified by what was sent and the amount I paid. Sadly, would never purchase from this company again.
Please don't use this company to purchase any gift or flowers,We decided to send a surprise flowers to my sister for her birthday, but what we order and what she got was completed different. The flowers were old as only lasted one day. I send an email with photos to the petals complaint just got talk that it was nothing wrong with the flowers. We paid $125 for the attached flowers. This is robbery!!!
I’m embarrassed and extremely angry/disappointed with the ‘bouquet’ you sent my mother for Christmas Eve. It’s insult to injury that this is what I paid for in lieu of not being able to go home for Christmas. It’s ruined my day.

Advertising stated it came with a vase, when it was delivered there was no vase. Contacted support and they offered no solution and then ignored me. Do not buy from this company!!
Follow-up · Flowers were delivered on time, no confirmation from the company that they had been delivered, so I had no idea if my friend who had just lost her dad had received them and obviously wasn’t going to ask her. Never saw the flowers so can’t comment on the quality. Vase was pictured and also written in the description that it was included.

i ordered flowers for my mum and stepmum for mothers day. both mums were very happy with them and said they were gorgeous. i was so happy they got them on time as well. it was super easy to order online and i was happy to be able to see they had a pay in 4 instalment option with paypal as ordering flowers for 2 mums can be expensive so this makes it more affordable for me. would highly recommend this company.
Wonderful! – I see the only reviews are negative which makes sense because people only write reviews when something bad happens. So I wanted others to know that I had only positive experiences using this service. I ordered flowers chocolates and wine while in the states to be delivered to my partner in Melbourne. They did not present with a plan just presented with problems.
I suggested the parents home but the first thing I was told is that would cost another $15 then it was that was outside the delivery area so they asked for more money.

They didn't call my mother or myself and sent this text on Sat night leaving me no time to find an alternative. At no point did the lady I spoke to on the 1800 number indicate that I was late or there was any possibility that the delivery wouldnt be made either in time or, as it turns out not at all.
I am not even sure this wasn't a scam and will watch closely to see if any refund is provided.
Update 10 May - Received a placatory email with no reason or concession. I'm not worried about the money, I'm worried about my Mum so will look elsewhere in future as there was nothing substantive to indicate this wouldn't happen again. In future I will deal direct with the florist in Ballina and advise them of this outcome - I would imagine they will, like me, be underwhelmed by Petals lack of engagement.

they attempted delivery, we were home all day and after checking the security this confirmed they HAD NOT attempted delivery at all! We were advised by the florist that placed the delivery with PETALS we would get a refund. Mmmm they now claim they can't offer them full refund as they are unable to confirm who said a credit would come! My daughter placed the order for my husband.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Very bad company, don’t trust them. My bouquet and bottle of wine never arrived and they sent me an email that went to my junk. Their excuse was that they didn’t have my mobile number but the next day they sent me a text message on same mobile to apologise for the inconvenience. It was my wife’s birthday, our wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day and they spoiled it.
On an order of 12 red roses has an undisclosed handling fee of $25.95. On top of the Delivery fee. My flowers came with no card but instead their order form that they sent to whoever was supplying the flowers. This was on recycled computer paper with someone’s order on the back. Their name address and phone number. The flower value and a cheaper delivery fee was on this paperwork.
