they attempted delivery, we were home all day and after checking the security this confirmed they HAD NOT attempted delivery at all! We were advised by the florist that placed the delivery with PETALS we would get a refund. Mmmm they now claim they can't offer them full refund as they are unable to confirm who said a credit would come! My daughter placed the order for my husband.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM! I hope you enjoyed the champagne, flowers and chocolates..

Please don't use this company to purchase any gift or flowers,We decided to send a surprise flowers to my sister for her birthday, but what we order and what she got was completed different. The flowers were old as only lasted one day. I send an email with photos to the petals complaint just got talk that it was nothing wrong with the flowers. We paid $125 for the attached flowers. This is robbery!!!

Beautiful flowers great service – Beautiful mothers day flowers thank you. I have used petals a number of time and always been happy. We ordered ours to be delivered the day before mothers day as i heard about the flower shortage. Mum wasn't home when the flowers got delivered but they called her and waited at her house for her to get home (she was only 5 minutes away). Mum loved the flowers. Thanks Petals Show reply

Still not worth what was sent. **I then purchased a new arrangement from my local florist for half the price and delivered myself (driving 1 hour each way). to delivery requests in fact she sarcastically fobbed off my comments about courier having to wait just for 1 minute at a security gate before someone would come & let him in to deliver the flowers but no, apparently that's too much hassle for a courier to put up with for a "$25" local delivery charge of a bunch of flowers ! [Name Removed] thought it was okay to say that my birthday flowers were delivered to recipient at 5.40 at night when they weren't in fact delivered AT ALL !!! I can understand if some flowers are out of season. But this is disgusting that you can charge people what you do and then deliver this??? Not only did I purchase for my Mother but also my Aunty who is battling health issues!!! I’m waiting on a photo of here so check against what I ordered for her! I would be interested if this is happening often to people. I worked on florist farms. I have a good understand of costs ect. They are beautiful flowers. But not what I paid for and look less. Definitely not $150 worth! This needs to be investigated and one for consumer rights!!! Paid for through NZ account and delivered to Hamilton, Waikato & Gulf Harbour Auckland. One receipt attached. I wanted to add the other from the other order aswell yesterday. Only allows me to add one. I’m normally writing 5 stars plus for reviews. Not this!

Ad CLEARLY states "Flowers to Bindoon | Florist Bindoon | Same Day Delivery 2pm..." I have a screen shot. After paying for what looked like a reasonable bunch of flowers was advised by email they don't deliver to Bindoon and they will send me a full refund in a few days! After reading the rest of the reviews it seems like a bit of a scam site.

Advertising stated it came with a vase, when it was delivered there was no vase. Contacted support and they offered no solution and then ignored me. Do not buy from this company!!

 Follow-up  · Flowers were delivered on time, no confirmation from the company that they had been delivered, so I had no idea if my friend who had just lost her dad had received them and obviously wasn’t going to ask her. Never saw the flowers so can’t comment on the quality. Vase was pictured and also written in the description that it was included.

Very bad company, don’t trust them. My bouquet and bottle of wine never arrived and they sent me an email that went to my junk. Their excuse was that they didn’t have my mobile number but the next day they sent me a text message on same mobile to apologise for the inconvenience. It was my wife’s birthday, our wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day and they spoiled it.

On an order of 12 red roses has an undisclosed handling fee of $25.95. On top of the Delivery fee. My flowers came with no card but instead their order form that they sent to whoever was supplying the flowers. This was on recycled computer paper with someone’s order on the back. Their name address and phone number. The flower value and a cheaper delivery fee was on this paperwork.

My partners mum bought these to be delivered as a gift for me. Judging by the photos on the website compared to what I got in real life is completely different. The website flowers look ok. What I got in real life are basic and already half dead. For the amount they paid for the flowers I feel bad for my mother in law. My camera is actually making them look nicer than what they are. This corrupt business still retained $50 wirh NO FURTHER explanation. And while ordering which took about 15 minutes to get the information right, with tediously checking and re-checking details on the phone, there was apparently a dog heavy breathing. I had to ask what the unpleasant & disconcerting noise was! So unprofessional, I should have terminated my involvement right there My humble advise PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This business, is another franchise run by those WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS ONLY ABOUT GRABBING THEIR MONEY. So I made contact with the company directly and they apologized for what the local florist had sent and she arranged another florist to send what I had originally ask for.
