Very slow communication and response – We have contacted with them a few times before renew the policy, they replied the emails very slow. We still renew with them due to the promised credit. The credit didnt received with 7 business day as promised, actutally, it has been 2 months. We sent a few emails to ask the progress and never got the reply.

Worst Insurance Ever – Worst Insurance Ever. When making a small claim they will find many reasons not to pay you. So don't waste your money with this company. $75 a month for a cat insurance and won't pay $45 for the vet bills. Better to keep that $75 a month rather then paying them, and you won't get back anything.

Very happy with the service! – I haven’t needed to claim yet but I received a discount for my furbaby’s plan as I am an existing member which was nice! It was very easy to sign up and understand the contract. This was the cheapest and offered everything I needed for my cat. Will update when I do eventually claim but I am happy with the service so far.
