Seriously disappointed – Have had insurance with Petmed for over 10 years and with the premium increasing to an outrageous cost requested to drop cover to a lower level. Was told they are not modifying or doing any new policies. So disappointing because now my dog is over 10 it seems I either cough up $2600 a year for his policy amor have no insurance m. Highly recommend Petmed insurance – I have been with Petmed insurance for many years now and have never had in issue in any way. Policy inquiries – Yesterday I phoned Petmed as I was having difficulties logging in to my account. Katrina was most helpful in sorting out the problem. I also had inquiries as to the coverage offered by my policy for two dogs. Again Katrina was able to offer me assistance and an option which was suitable to me. Show details

They didn't pay my claim and then kept taking my money after I cancelled my policy – Paid my premium for years then when I lodged a claim they not only paid me a pittance of what I should have received when I inquired why it was so small and asked for them to provide me with a breakdown to see what the payment was allocated against my emails were completely ignored! finally I received an email from [name removed] who gave me claim numbers didn't match up to what was in the system against my pet when I informed her of this - nothing!!! So after all this I cancelled my policy and they continued to take money out of my account after I had already cancelled the policy stay!! Away from this insurer they are thieves I am reporting them to ombudsman and the financial complaints authority tomorrow. I am beyond furious!!
