Never, Ever Again
If I could rate with minus stars I would. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Now 3 months since the order was placed.
I ordered perfume in February, but didn't hear anything from them, not even a tracking number so sent an email requesting more information. 7 weeks and yet I cannot get my order
I ordered few perfumes on 2/5/2020 and till today I did not get my order nor my money back. I sent an email and I got no reply, I called many time and finally they called back and told me that they had a technical problem and it would be fixed in a week , that was 3 weeks ago . Now I am trying to call them and cancel my order and no one answered or called back yet ! I will never order anything again for sure
Never received the goods, the seller didn't even process the refund
I've ordered $150 worth of vitamins about a month ago, but didn't hear anything from them (not even a tracking number) for about three weeks. Worried that the goods may have been lost on their way, I've called them to ask for a tracking number and was told that the item was not shipped due to an issue with a supplier. (If they knew they had an issue with a supplier and couldn't deliver the products, shouldn't the email the customers to let them know?)
They offered to process a refund, as it may take a while for the product to be shipped. About...three days later, I still didn't receive the refund notification (I've paid via Paypal) so I called them again and was told that the manager will be processing the refunds later that day and that they will ensure it will be completed. Waited two more days, and they didn't process the refund so I called them a couple of times but this time, no one even bothered to answer the phone! In the end, I had to open a dispute through Paypal to get my refund which took over a week or so because they didn't bother to check the Paypal dispute either. Thankfully I've paid through Paypal so I didn't have to continually chase them. This company is a bit of a joke as mentioned by the other reviewers and I would definitely not recommend ordering from them.
Failed to send products ordered after two weeks. Had to continually chase. Poor communication.
Poor communication and customer service. Did not reply to my first email asking where my order was. Cancelled my order after waiting over 2 weeks as they could not fulfil it. Still have not refunded me and have told me I need to wait until the end of the week. Same experience as a lady below. DISGRACEFUL!
Best online experience
Purchased a couple of vitamins and received it today in excellent condition. Their packaging is top notch. Excellent customer service as well. Thanks Pharmadeal!! Will definitely buy from you again
Don't order online......
Paid and ordered goods online. Cancelled my order after waiting over 2 weeks. They never contacted me. I had to contact them. They state stock not on hand but failed to inform me this. I had to chase them up with order intern being cancelled by myself. Very poor service
Ordered a few generic items and received in less than 2 days! (I stay in Melbourne CBD)
I wish all the online retailers had such fast service! Would make our lives so much easier.
Think about twice ordering from Pharmadeal
I ordered aftershave from Pharmadeal 3 weeks ago and had no feedback on shipment date. I contacted Pharmadeal and ask where my goods are I ordered. I received a response 2 days later telling me that they only have 3 Old Spice aftershave and suggested they refund me the fourth bottle. Ok, I said and another week later I still haven't received my order. They also said they would credit the fourth bottle into my PayPal account...nothing has gone in so far. They then told me the parcel got lost with Australia Post at Sunshine Melbourne. I just can'...t believe this company is just so full of excuses... I do not trust them... they have my money $69 but can't produce the goods. I informed PayPal about this matter and am waiting a few more days and I shall get on to them through PayPal. This company needs to learn how to properly deal with customers and not ignore them. I would discourage anyone from buying from this company online.
Don't Order Online!!!! This company is a Scam!!!
Ordered and paid for goods online 7/9/19. No goods had arrived by the 20/09 so emailed them 3 times before I finally got a reply. Reply stated "We will revert back to you" but there was no name to the email. Seems no one wanted to put their name to my request and take ownership or responsibility. 2 days later still waiting to hear back where my order has got to. It is now the 26/09 and I am no further ahead and out of pocket!!!! DO NOT use this company. They are a scam!!!! :-(
Pharmadeal makes my day
I recently ordered a couple of perfumes the price range of which were competitive. I received them well packed within a couple of days. Upon usage, I found the fragrance perfect as I knew it to be and it lingered on for ages. I am so happy to be able to procure this perfume exactly as I needed and that too at a really good bargain at top speed .

Bad Customer Service
They were supposed to refund me for goods they haven’t sent and do not have in stock. I keep calling them and they keep promising me. Next step is I will open Paypal complain case against them to get my money back. Customers should not chase their money. Bad service, had enough.

Dont reply to emails when asking where my order is & when you ring them to ask why they dont reply & where is my order they give excuses. I asked them for a refund cos they didn't send my stuff & they said they would & still waiting weeks later so had to do a dispute with PayPal cos they haven't sent anything or refunded.

These guys are fakes look at the reviews I think eBay should ban them,they take your money mine was two weeks ago,still no stock,Ithink they are going broke.They took$50 from my severely disabled son still no refund 2 weeks later.I am going to consumer affairs tomorrow, just read all the bad reviews to the right.
BAD SERVICE EVER
I bought 5 items from them, could't track my order online like their advertising. When asking for tracking my order, I got really slow responses and a lie that they would dispatch my order on Monday (after 3 days placing). Then, they were still keeping ignoring my order and messages on Monday. On Tuesday, they sent me an apologize mail because of the lack of item, so they couldn't dispatch my order on Monday and offered a refund or express postal upgrading. Being afraid of they would take more time to proceed the refund, so I decided to let the...m send my order without the missing item. Eventually, when receiving the parcel, I realized 1 item is nearly expired. I sent them the complain mail and ask for the refund of missing item but no response. This is not a fake review. I have all the evidences.
