Do not order from this store – Item not shipped after a few weeks, contacted to cancel order as took too long and no longer needed. Said they would reimburse and still waiting 3 months later, several emails and phone calls yet still not complete.

Do not order online from this company, it's a scam – Ordered "in stock" items over four weeks ago. received an automated reply saying tracking data would be sent once dispatched. Still nothing dispatched and no further communications. I'll be reporting them as a scam to the Police.

Took 26 days for them to post after I contacted them – Ordered 2nd of October. I contacted them to follow up has taken 26 days to post order with no explanation.

Perfect Transaction! – Ordered a few generic items and received in less than 2 days! (I stay in Melbourne CBD) I wish all the online retailers had such fast service! Would make our lives so much easier. RECOMMEND!

Do not order online – Lack of communication. Took almost 3 weeks to send and that is after emailing and going through paypal to chase it up. I wish they would communicate any delays to their customers better and give them the option to just cancel all or part of the order to speed things up. If you ever want an item in less than a month or 2, dont order online - you'd rather go to an actual pharmacy and get it. I wish i had check their reviews beforehand.

Over a month and no goods – Ordered, in-stock goods a month ago. Communication for 7 days saying shipping may be delayed due to Covid . No reply to 3 email enquiries.

package had been lost. I was initially told that the perfume had been included in a separate order made 2 days later. That package also had no tracking information but did actually arrive, however, no perfume included. Another phone call and I was told that the order had been sent and they would call me back after checking with Australia Post as to its whereabouts. No-one phoned. Yet another call, I was told a new order had been sent but once again, no tracking. Yet another call and I was told they were waiting on a supplier. At no time had I been told this product was coming from an outside supplier. Another call and was then told that because it had taken so long, a PayPal refund would be issued. That didn’t happen and on my last call (number seven) querying why, I was told refunds were being made that day. Once again – nothing. I received an email from PayPal saying a refund had been authorised, however no refund was received. It is now May and a dispute is in place through PayPal. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances and will never use them again.

7 weeks and yet I cannot get my order – I ordered few perfumes on 2/5/2020 and till today I did not get my order nor my money back. I sent an email and I got no reply, I called many time and finally they called back and told me that they had a technical problem and it would be fixed in a week , that was 3 weeks ago . issue with a supplier and couldn't deliver the products, shouldn't the email the customers to let them know?)

They offered to process a refund, as it may take a while for the product to be shipped. About three days later, I still didn't receive the refund notification (I've paid via Paypal) so I called them again and was told that the manager will be processing the refunds later that day and that they will ensure it will be completed. Waited two more days, and they didn't process the refund so I called them a couple of times but this time, no one even bothered to answer the phone! In the end, I had to open a dispute through Paypal to get my refund which took over a week or so because they didn't bother to check the Paypal dispute either. Thankfully I've paid through Paypal so I didn't have to continually chase them. This company is a bit of a joke as mentioned by the other reviewers and I would definitely not recommend ordering from them.

Failed to send products ordered after two weeks. Had to continually chase. Poor communication – Poor communication and customer service. Did not reply to my first email asking where my order was. Cancelled my order after waiting over 2 weeks as they could not fulfil it. Still have not refunded me and have told me I need to wait until the end of the week. Same experience as a lady below. DISGRACEFUL!

Don't order online – Paid and ordered goods online. Cancelled my order after waiting over 2 weeks. They never contacted me. I had to contact them. They state stock not on hand but failed to inform me this. I had to chase them up with order intern being cancelled by myself. Very poor service

order. They also said they would credit the fourth bottle into my PayPal account...nothing has gone in so far. They then told me the parcel got lost with Australia Post at Sunshine Melbourne. I just can't believe this company is just so full of excuses... I do not trust them... they have my money $69 but can't produce the goods. I informed PayPal about this matter and am waiting a few more days and I shall get on to them through PayPal. This company needs to learn how to properly deal with customers and not ignore them. I would discourage anyone from buying from this company online.

Pharmadeal makes my day – I recently ordered a couple of perfumes the price range of which were competitive. I received them well packed within a couple of days. Upon usage, I found the fragrance perfect as I knew it to be and it lingered on for ages. I bought a shampoo and a conditioner recently from pharamdeal for half the price. It was shipped on time and I receive it so fast. I highly recommend pharmadeal to everyone.

Bad Customer Service – They were supposed to refund me for goods they haven’t sent and do not have in stock. I keep calling them and they keep promising me. Next step is I will open Paypal complain case against them to get my money back. Customers should not chase their money. Bad service, had enough.

Be careful with this company. Bad customer service – Dont reply to emails when asking where my order is & when you ring them to ask why they dont reply & where is my order they give excuses. I asked them for a refund cos they didn't send my stuff & they said they would & still waiting weeks later so had to do a dispute with PayPal cos they haven't sent anything or refunded.

Being afraid of they would take more time to proceed the refund, so I decided to let them send my order without the missing item. Good product, average info – I have have previously purchased iron supplements, and was very happy with the service and product, but have been trying to re order for several months now and the product has been out of stock.
