Can it be washed? Also if washed by mistake does it do any harm?
Hello Anshika, thank you for your questions. To quote the user manual: "The thermabag/thermal tote can be wiped clean with mild soapy water on a damp cloth. Clean the internal lining of any milk spills after each use. DO NOT soak the thermabag/thermal tote in water. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight. In extreme temperatures, the performance of the thermabag/thermal tote may be affected."

Can I store Warm pre made formula bottle?
Hi Celina, thank you for you question.We recommend feeds be made up when needed, to avoid the risk of the milk going off while you are out and about. Add formula milk powder to the pre-boiled warm water when your baby is ready to feed. You can use warm made-up feeds within one hour. Can I have inside design Thermabag? I want to carry warm 92 degree milk, 2 bottles, of Medella US, 5OZ capacity. How many hours, it will remain at 92 degrees?
Hello Sri, that's a good question. Our Neoprene ThermaBag is designed to keep cold beverages cold and hot beverages hot, for up to 4 hours. Please bear in mind that you should not store both hot and cold beverages in the ThermaBag simultaneously, for it to work properly. We cannot guarantee the beverages will stay at exactly 92 degrees for the duration of the 4 hours, but they will remain hot for up to 4 hours when stored in the ThermaBag.
