Beware of these scammers! They change their names and operate under different business names when they get in trouble. They are now going by Philip Reliable Service with the website https://philipreliableservice.com. The owner is going by the name [Name Removed] and his ABN is 32 550 455 265. His company is based at 24 Stratton St Newstead, Queensland, but he contracts cleaners nationwide.

We were based in Perth and Emmanuel said that had staff nationwide. He assured us that his staff would do a professional job and are well experienced in end of lease cleans. We hired Reliable Cleaning Service (or Philip Reliable Service, as he is now being called) for an end of lease clean. But nothing was done and things in the apartment were damaged after his cleaner left! [Name Removed] ignored our emails and requests for a refund and damage repairs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THIS MAN SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!!!
