James & montaz fantastic fast movers – James and montaz on time and great care of my glass items and furniture small move but done great and will use in the future again if needed to move recommend to all .

They don't care about you – We had a very large move to 2 different addresses. The guys worked hard and got everything moved, but they broke the glass top of a desk. "Don't worry, we'll fix it" they said. That was 4 months ago. I have called so many times and every time I am told "I will speak to the manager and get back to you." And they never do. on the glass supplier to tell us it is ready to pick up" - that was 2 months ago. Accidents happen, but these people don't care about you once you've paid. What really upsets me is the constant lies. I would not use this company again.

Update June 2022: After almost 6 months they finally succeeded in having a piece of glass cut to the desk dimensions I sent them, had it delivered, and phoned to check it arrived. It was painful, but I persisted and at least they got there in the end!

few last minute questions. On the day of the move I was called 30 minutes before they arrived so I could be ready when they got there. The 2 guys who came out were fantastic! They showed a lot a care with my items. There was even room still left in the truck and a few boxes I was going to move myself where able to be fitted in! They checked my new address before we left so I was able to correct the house number before there were any problems. Overall a really easy and smooth experience.

BEST GUYS FOR MOVING!!! – Pick and Pack are awesome, I used them for a small one bedroom move and they were really fast and careful with my stuff. My sister is moving next and is definitely using their services. Thank You!!

EXCELLENT MOVING + PACKING SERVICE – Their team helped me pack and move my two bedroom apartment in Ashfield. They packed everything with care and labelled each box which was my main concern. After they finished packing all items were moved to my new apartment in Pyrmont in a short amount of time. The guys were awesome!!! Will recommend you to all my friends!

had brought a small truck that was only big enough to fit a 1 bedroom apartment so they left HALF our furniture in our house. They did not speak a word of English, so we could not communicate with them - they even called their daughter to try be a translator between us. Not only that, but they left 15 minutes before us, and arrived an hour after us at the new location - who knows where they made a joy pit stop. So $900 later, and we had to spend an additional $650 and 2 days lugging the rest of our stuff to our new house, PLUS hiring cleaners as we were left with no time to clean with the buffer now being wasted on having to do the rest of the move ourselves. They also left ALL of their packing tape rubbish in every room they unpacked - DISGUSTING. Save yourself the headache, and go with another company!!!

Not the most honest people – The 1st time I hired them, they did an efficient job (different pair) although they were shady about the actual time it took them. bedroom townhouse to a villa not far away from the point of origin. It was a disappointing move because the movers knocked on my door at 8:10am but apparently called their office to say they were at my place at 7:50 am. Then within a span of 30mins one asked to go to the toilet and used a good 20mins in the toilet. Then the other mover also went to the toilet and spent an equally long time. When we arrived at the villa, the other mover went to the toilet again and this time took his time even more. They also left the laundry/toilet in a mess. Then, one of them who was mostly using his phone, carried my stackable chairs one at a time. Overall, they took their time every step of the way, stopping frequently many talking to each other about unrelated stuff. What could have been a maximum 2 hr move became a 3 1/2 hr move. I would understand if they took time because they were careful with my things but my furnitures end up with chips on the corners and my fabric lounge has so much dried grass on it. To top that, when I rang their office to give a feedback, the supposed supervisor rudely said “What are you complaining about? They are entitled to a toilet break.” I felt the removalists took advantage of the fact that I was a woman and alone at that time.

Worst Service and dishonest – Moved from Homebush to Kellyville. Damaged our TV . Did not take any responsibility. Claim now lodged with fairtrade and legal. Very unprofessional they were late and tried to clock up hours. Did not cover items as discussed. TV was covered with a blanket.

Fantastic Team and Movers!!! – I Moved from Warwick Farm to Edmondson Park with the help of Pick and Pack. From the beginning until the end the guys were very professional and helpful. They took great care of our items and we were left with no damages which was our main concern. We were really happy with them and even recommended them to our friend that is moving soon.

5 Star Service as always !! – This is my third time using Pick & Pack Removals and their service is the best as always. This time they helped me with a large move which they handled very professionally and with care. They guys always know how to fulfil all of my requests. They helped me move my fully furnished 3 bedroom house within 5.5Hours including the call out fee. If you are looking for a Removalists these guys are 100% the best. I cant thank them enough.

Amazing Guys!! – The guys on my job were absolutely amazing. They got the job done in a fast manner and were very polite. They are reasonably priced and have No Hidden Costs at all. I was very happy and impressed with the service. If you want a stress-free move Pick & pack Removals is the company to go with!!!

Professional and efficient!! – Moved my 1 bedroom studio with 2 stops. The guys were amazing, the communication with both the office and the team was great. You guys made my move 100times easier at a cheap rate. I will use Pick & Pack in the future again, highly recommend!!!

Best Experience Ever!!! – After another Removalists cancelled on me one day before my move Pick & Pack was able to book me in last minute. The guys that came on the day were efficient, friendly and careful with our items. We were a bit worried due to the COVID situation but Pick & Pack followed their COVID Safety Plan which made us really happy. We will definitely use them again!!

Highly Recommended! – The removalists came on time, were well organised and friendly. I had a furniture, etc in a house for a 2 bedroom unit. They also assembled furniture for me. The whole process went smoothly. With a competitive price, I would use them again!

Friendly and very efficient! – I Had Abud and his mate for the job. (Medium size storage to my property) .They spoke English well and were very friendly. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. No crap tactics - excellent work. Have them booked again for another job.

Rami the driver and his friend were amazing – It was one the cheapest quote and the driver Rami was very professional and he looked after my furniture. He was quick at packing and unpacking the truck and he ensured everything was well looked after. He called to let us know when he’s arrive and he was very friendly. Nothing was a hassle or stressful for him and he made my move from Geelong, Victoria to Wollongong, NSW so much easier!

Good service and good rate – Was of the cheapest quotes that I could find. Customer service was very good. Removal staff handled all items with care Moved all house items, from one town to the next, timing from start to finish was quick.

Removalists were great – I recently organised a move back at the end of August 2020. The movers were great, did everything as directed and were professional. They were even able to make an additional trip after I'd realised that the truck size I had ordered initially was a bit too small.

Nightmare moving experience – I have moved many time before and this was hands down the worst experience that I have ever had. It took them 13 hours to move a half empty 2 bedroom apartment to 15 minutes down the road. were rude and aggressive.

It started with 3 attempts to have the empty boxes delivered to me prior to my move, the first two times arranged for the delivery no one turned up and there was not contact or communication at all.

On the day they came unprepared to do the move. I was promised portarobes, which arrived but without a rod to hang clothes. They would disappear for hours at a time to the truck. They half packed the truck and insisted that they could not fit more and would therefore need do a second trip. They threatened to leave things in the lobby when it wouldn’t fit in the elevator, they threatened to leave my washing machine and dryer at my old place.

They made ridiculous excuses as to why the move took so long asserting that there was difficult access at both the pick up and drop of locations which was untrue, they parked right outside the front of the building at both ends.

They damaged a washing machine and dryer that cost $270 to repair, which they have refused to reimburse me for.

Despite repeated requests, they never provided me with a tax invoice for the move.

This was the most unprofessional, stressful moving experience I have ever had. You frankly would be better off moving the things by hand by yourself – it would be faster than these people.
